Had Jason out to look at a window on my rental home in Costa Mesa whereby there was some dry rot and/or termite damage to some of the wood trim. The windows was retrofitted over the wood and I was prepared to have him replace and rebuild the whole thing. He was honest and unselfish to let me know the damage was rather isolated and a painter could use Bondo to restore the damaged wood and it would save me a lot of money.
