Had window installed by Murph and Justina in January of 2022 after waiting months to build Milguard Window. Murph originally told me he was gonna install a retro fit window, and do all the trim work, and drywall repair which had to be removed when old window was taken out. He quoted me around $1200 for new Milguard window, and another $500 or $600 to redo all the trim, and drywall around window. So the time comes to install window after waiting months to build it, and window gets installed, and no one comes out to install new trim and drywall. I contact Justina and she say" oh sorry we don't do that anymore, and we lost crew due to covid so I dont have enough people to do that anymore, but i can try and find some one to do it". So I was totally floored by her response, and explained how I could of had Pella do the whole darn thing (new window, window trim, drywall, and stucco fill in on outside) instead of hiring her, and Pella would of just charged a little more, but whole job would be completed. She just said " sorry nothing i can do , and I will try and get someone to help you". So she gives me name of some drywall guy who had a bad attitude, and wanted like $650 to do just the drywall and he doesn't do window trim. Justina tells me that's all she has and can't help any further. So now to this day my window trim and drywall still incomplete, and doesn't look good at all. Now I gotta find a someone who does window trim and drywall, and they will probably charge a ton cause only one window. I don't recommend Window HQ because they basically lied and went back on their original promise to do the whole job, and left me hanging and didn't give a hoot because they had bigger money jobs to do, and they don't care about the little guy. Not sure what is going on a window hq but significant improvement is needed for their communication with potential customers if they want to stay in business. We had them out to do a walkthrough and measure for a window and door replacement project at our home and nearly two months later no quote or communication follow up whatsoever. I tried calling, emailing, you name it and zero response on the status of the quote. Luckily there are other window and door specialists in Orange County who actually have communication with their clients so try using them instead. read more

What a pleasant experience it was working with the owners Justina Sigle and her husband on picking out and installing a large "fiberglass" Picture Window by Marvin? When Mr. Sigle came out to measure my large old Picture Window that I wanted replaced, I also showed Mr. Sigle my granddaughter's vinyl window in her bedroom. In short, it would hang-up and wouldn't open. Interestingly, Mr. Sigle told me the vinyl window itself was still in good condition, but the slide mechanism just needed a little tweaking adjustment. Twenty minutes later, the window opened and closed perfectly. When I offered to pay Mr. Sigle for his time and effort for fixing the window, he refused to take my money. A couple days later I got a very fair price from Justina and placed my order for a large Picture Window by Marvin (i.e., sturdy fiberglass construction, Low E-3 glass with Argon Gas.) A few weeks later, Window H.Q.'s installer named Tim came out and demoed-out my damaged old window and installed my beautiful large Picture Window by Marvin. My new window is gorgeous and Tim and his crew did a great job with the installation process. In closing, I highly recommend the Window H.Q. This review is long overdue! We were in the final stages of a whole house remodel and wanted to replace a sliding glass door and garden window in order to install some sort of folding doors. I did lots of research and then ran across a company called Window HQ, only a couple miles from our house. I went to their store and met Justina, who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about product options. She introduced me to Murph, who gave me a tour of his workshop and it was plain to see he is highly skilled and organized. I had Murph come out for an estimate and we decided on getting bi-fold doors made by WinDor in Brea. When the doors arrived, Murph's team did the demo and installed our new doors. They protected the interior of the house and cleaned up at every stage as they went from start to finish. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the great work they did and we love our doors. We've had several parties and have opened up all the doors making our living room part of the covered patio...perfect! Our friends and family all say what an improvement the doors make. Windows HQ were truly excellent! I went through a 4 month exterior remodel of my home and key to the project was replacing my original windows from 1947. The requirement was not a simple window retrofit but a full replacement of some very old windows and frames. Murph visited my home several times ensuring we had the windows sized correctly and he fully understood the old structure that he had to work with. He cut out several sections of old drywall prior so he knew exactly what was hidden in the old walls surrounding the windows. He was also in touch with my finish carpenter who was to follow and rip off the old stucco and replace it with siding. Through out the process of sizing and install he communicated everything that was going on. He responded to all my texts and phone calls promptly. On the day of install he and his team replaced 5 windows and had the job fully completed in less than a day. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend his company!! read more
