We had went to the big ALL the big name home improvement stores, 12 privately owned door companies in Orange County and a few mom and pop door companies working out of their homes. It was a nightmare!! We would get so far with a company and then there was problems and issues that lead to a total collape of trust. The whole process with these other companies were a waste of months and a lot of frustation for us. Today's Entry Doors was one of the last companies we dealt with. We went to their warehouse and talked with Michael. He showed us some options and explained, in detail, the process that we would go through if we bought a door from them. He did not lied, exaggerate and made promises that he could not keep. He sent out Garrett within a week to measure and pick out exactly what we wanted, not what they just had in stock. Upfront they told us the doors would take a couple of months to be delivered to them. And that was exactly how long it took. Justin came out with the doors for us to examine and he installed three doors and two screens in a day and a half. They were not the creapest nor were they the most expensive. These doors are very expensive with poor quality .Didn't realize it in beginning but I now am getting run around trying to get my door fixed.Todays Entry Doors brushing me off to a third party when I paid them nobody else.Ordered several doors from them and the most expensive one the front entry door having issues with the bottom seal coming off.Had it fixed by today's entry doors service installer the first time by same guy who installed it originally.Then several months later happening again but told me to call this number of another company who never showed up to appointment I had.Avoid today's entry doors at all costs or you will regret it like I am now.There are better doors companies out there you can deal with i will cut my losses and pay out of my pocket to have it fixed by someone qualified.Lesson learned the hard way they shouldn't be selling doors with poor quality just for profit and wash there hands clean of responsibility.I may even take a small claims lawsuit against them. read more

Our 29 year old, cheap construction grade, front doors wouldn't even stay latched, and were one more "refinish" job away from holes. We knew it was time, so I started researching my options. I found the big box stores would offer the same brand as we were considering, at a lower price, but then I studied the reviews. I was especially pleased they only do doors, and they handle responsibility for the whole process. The contract was straightforward, the wait time due to manufacturing delays was explained, so we signed on, and settled in for the long wait. We received regular communications from Michael who kept us updated on the date, and then suddenly we got the call that our doors had arrived early, so an install date was set. Justin came with the doors, and his very first task was to have me inspect them. He then proceeded to remove the old door, frame, and sill which he happily disposed of for us.
