The size is about 9 ft x 20 ft ahead if schedule. Great. The work took about 4 to 5 hours including demo The work was very good and it looks very nice. They built my sons patio cover and he referred them to me. Minor issue: the round column head and bottom are same piece. At the bottom one side is colored yellow and I had to asked it be painted which took 20 minutes. On the whole, they did a very good job and the price is lower It also included light fixtures. However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I am enjoying my patio, it looks nice but I had some issues I want to mention. The demolition was fast, but not done as I wanted. Even though I was home, they never checked with me. They did save some of the good posts and beams as I had asked. When installation came, they took my wood! They did not completely replaced the rotting fascia, as I was told they would during the sale. There were some unfinished points that were corrected after several calls. The shades I had were not able to be reused because they were too heavy for the aluminum so Wilfred volunteered to run to Home Depot to get some. But...when I asked for the receipt I was told it would be e mailed, which never happened. After several calls and e mails. i finally went to Home Depot myself and found out he had charged me about double. I sent a message with pictures but still no answer. Bravo patio installed my 44' x 15' back patio. It is a roof mount which gives me additional height and it has insulated roof panels. I have been impressed with Bravos professionalism and the quality of work. Elizabeth at their office was always available or quick to respond to any questions or concerns and always came through as promised. Ok so, I am VERY SKEPTICAL of most contractors My experience generally is, expect to be screwed or cheated. Bravo patio did a freaking fantastic job at:.. and I can't stress this enough these days.... an actually fair price. They beat 3 other quotes, although marginally by one, but they did a great job. Also, all the guys were super chill and nice. They ripped out a rotten old patio and the new one is gorgeous. And they put it in with a higher ceiling and it looks 10x better. Bravo Patio cons: 1) a tad slow finishing the job, but the supply chain is a mess and they were very nice. This is a very baby con. 2) they left a little bit of junk in the yard. I mean I am nitpicking, it was a few pieces, but I am giving a neutral review. Bravo Patio pros: 1) they demolished the old patio fast because I needed to repaint (this is related to being a little slow. They demolished fast to do me a favor, but had to wait for materials. So my "con" 1 has a big qualifier it was largely my fault). 2) they were nice to my stupid dogs. This has nothing to do with their work. My dogs are morons and they petted them and were very chill. Big props. 3) they listened to everything I wanted and gave it to me. 4) my neighbor is in construction and asked how much I paid for my patio cover and when I told him he said, "ok, that's a good deal." 5) they showed up when they said they would. So "Will" - was this spectral personality judging being done while your team trampled over plants in area they had no business being? Or when they asked questions about the job already agreed to in the sales phase because there was no record of it? When your "teams" that you hid within were asked when they would return one said "I have no idea - someone called in and said they were too emotional to work today" - Maybe that "Emotion" is because they are being silently watched instead of led and mentored by a team lead?
