The patio cover itself turned out great; no issues with the final product, and the installation team did solid work on that aspect. However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. Daniel came and determined the best way to fix the leaks was to remove the first row of tiles from the roof. Ok so, I am VERY SKEPTICAL of most contractors My experience generally is, expect to be screwed or cheated. Bravo patio did a freaking fantastic job at:.. and I can't stress this enough these days.... an actually fair price. They beat 3 other quotes, although marginally by one, but they did a great job. Also, all the guys were super chill and nice. They ripped out a rotten old patio and the new one is gorgeous. And they put it in with a higher ceiling and it looks 10x better. Bravo Patio cons: 1) a tad slow finishing the job, but the supply chain is a mess and they were very nice. This is a very baby con. 2) they left a little bit of junk in the yard. I mean I am nitpicking, it was a few pieces, but I am giving a neutral review. Bravo Patio pros: 1) they demolished the old patio fast because I needed to repaint (this is related to being a little slow. They demolished fast to do me a favor, but had to wait for materials. So my "con" 1 has a big qualifier it was largely my fault). 2) they were nice to my stupid dogs. This has nothing to do with their work. My dogs are morons and they petted them and were very chill. Big props. 3) they listened to everything I wanted and gave it to me. 4) my neighbor is in construction and asked how much I paid for my patio cover and when I told him he said, "ok, that's a good deal." 5) they showed up when they said they would. So the owner Will states that he goes "under cover" at your home so he can judge you from a 3 minute interaction while his team leaves trash around your yard and then leaves, unprepared to finish anything. Or when they asked questions about the job already agreed to in the sales phase because there was no record of it? When your "teams" that you hid within were asked when they would return one said "I have no idea - someone called in and said they were too emotional to work today" - Maybe that "Emotion" is because they are being silently watched instead of led and mentored by a team lead? That was the day when you didn't show up until 3pm and then worked for 2 hours and left with no real plan for a return. Had a replacement carport installed a year ago and from start to finish, it was a mess. Issues with permitting, no consistent or clear communication, an extremely rude installer and texts to the office went unanswered when I asked for a Project Manager to help course correct. Now the cover leaks in numerous spots and the flashing for the roof was installed incorrectly and there are a bunch of leaks into the interior walls. I am spending over $4K to remove the bad work on the flashing and have it replaced. I spent over $16K with them and they have not responded when I sent them photos and a video asking for some sort of remuneration on the necessary repair to prevent further leaks into my home. No response in over three weeks which makes it clear they do not stand behind their work. read more

We had a patio cover attached to our house and a separate standalone cover over a barbecue area installed. Everything went super smooth. Getting a quote was quick and easy. The estimator gave us a design with our input and also provided the quote at the same time. Lead time was quoted as 6-8 weeks (busy time of year - beginning of summer). I think at just about week 6 we got a call and we're asked if next day would be good for install. We said yes. Installers arrived at early part of estimated arrival window (about noon). They unloaded all the parts and setup their tools and finished the BBQ cover that day. They came next morning and finished the patio cover by early afternoon. They took their time in cleaning up and left the area clean and neat. Installers were fast, efficient, friendly, asked just the necessary questions and did the job with a high level of workmanship. One of our LED lights was getting rusty and went out so I called Bravo to get it looked at. After a couple of back and forth calls to figure out a time and date, a service call was scheduled. Two guys came out and looked at the light that went bad and found another was doing the same. They called it in and they decided to switch all the lights out. They got on the roof and decided to check and add sealant to all joints to make sure no water is getting in. Guys were in and out within a few hours. We were going to do the demo ourselves to try and save a bit, but watching them work like machine to unbuild the old wood thing was worth the expense.
