This is a review that is long time coming from a install that was done back in 2018 . Price was decent at that time , install went smoothly and came out looking nice to the naked eye During the install the installer told me the edge of my fascia where the patio will connect to was not level so he would install the patio even . After it was installed you do see the patio is not even with the end of the fascia but wasn't a dealbreaker since my home was build in the 50s I have 2 gutters on each end of the patio and when the rain comes only the left gutter would drain water . The right one never had water coming out . Even during cold morning when you get condensation water will only come out of the left gutter . This proves that the my roof was level and the patio install wasn't . Contacted the owner before about this and he sent his tech out again and told me it was . But gravity says otherwise . Another thing was the plug they installed in my house to control the fan and lights is crooked ‍‍ Tried contacting Dave again and he never responded back to me ever again . Again this is not a dealbreaker for me but just wanted some of you to know . read more

We were lucky in picking Patio Masters because we got to see their installation on 2 of our neighbors backyards. Both of those jobs turned out great. Dave the owner had some great ideas for our new patio cover, we didn't like our old patio cover, it opened and closed and leaked on rainy days. Hector (crew chief) removed my old patio cover and he and his crew installed the new one in 2 days. Patio Masters is a good name for this company. It's been just over a year since they installed two pergolas for us. One in the backyard patio, and one by our side entryway. Everything is looking and holding up as good as the day it was installed. Dave gave us a very reasonable quote, with no sales pressure what so ever. They started and completed the job as agreed upon. The installation was flawless and the crew was very efficient, you can tell they really know what they're doing. I would recommend Patio Masters 100%. They really are patio masters! One more thing that impressed me. I had a spot light I wanted Dave to install above the BBQ on the side of the wall. This review is far overdue. We got multiple quotes and Patio Masters was very competitive. I had a design in mind and it was executed beautifully. There was a hefty wait time for install but this was mid-summer/mid-pandemic so completely understandable and out of their control as it was an issue with the supplier. Install was quick and efficient. Took about a day and a half and although the installers were extremely friendly and efficient, they could have been a little tidier. I have three young kids and after they left for the day, I had to go out to clean up loose nails and cigarette butts (we don't smoke), but the end result has been amazing! Our house is much cooler in the afternoons and no more direct sunlight into our dining room late afternoon. We have gotten so many compliments and I really feel like the cover has expanded our useable living space! Would absolutely recommend this company! read more

Dave and his dad are both very professional. Dave came on time and gave me a reasonable quote for my covered patio. I have pavers and they were able to remove the pavers for the footings and then put the pavers back after they finish. A lot of other companies do not even do that and want you to find someone else to do it for you. I had issues with my annoying HOA as well as the stupid inspector from the city. I will not get into that but with that being said, Dave was able to work with me and we got everything done. Dave's team was able to complete the project in one day and my patio was 12' x 22'. I was impressed with the finish and the efficiency. If you have been looking around like I have and can't decide then stop looking and give Dave a call and call it a day. read more

If you're planning to get an aluminum patio cover, would highly recommend Patio Masters. It's a family run business that care about their customers and their work. We got the highest quality cover at a fair price, with superb installation and craftsmanship. Mike the dad came out and gave me a quote. Part of his quote included fixing some rotten wood planks, and moving a bird nest that had three little birdies. Dave, Mike and Tony completed the installation in two days, went real smooth and they had no issues making some last minute changes including adding an additional light fixture. WOW are we happy! Two patio covers were installed at our home, lattice and a sold cover in two different locations. Dave was our first contact, what a nice, thoughtful and caring person. He spent about an hour with us giving us ideas and very helpful suggestions, he even suggested to add a light for our BBQ. (I love the BBQ light!) We had two old wooden patio structures removed by his crew of workers as well as new covers installed. When we met Dave's crew for the first time both my wife and I knew we had made the best decision. Hector and his helpers were friendly, thoughtful and caring. Hector left our yard spotless after removing the old very used patios, I knew at that point when it was time for the installation we would receive the same caring work and I was not disappointed. I AM SO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW PATIO COVER!! Dave came out to give us an estimate. He was so thorough!! He thought of things I didn't even consider, ie. the area over our kitchen window to be slatted instead of solid to allow the sun to shine in. =) He came with product samples and options so we knew exactly what we were going to get. If you have been looking into patio covers and are looking for an aluminum cover, there is a HUGE difference between Duralum and Alumawood!! I met with another guy after meeting with Dave for Alumawood and I was even more thrilled with The Patio Masters. Alumawood doesn't even compare! I would have never known there was a difference. The quality of Duralum material blows Alumawood out of the water, I asked the guy how thick the cover would be and he shows me a color sample thinner than a page in my daughters cardboard book! Duralum I think is close to 5"+ thick. You can walk on the patio cover if you wanted/needed to. The Patio Masters gave us an outdoor living space that I am in love with!! Dave and Mike did an excellent job installing the cover, which included all of the electrical for the lights and ceiling fan. They were done in less than two days.
