A few small issues arose during the project which caused some delays, but we were given updates and everything was completed within a reasonable timeframe. Their representative came out, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a competitive quote that beat the three other companies we had contacted. They handled the city permit and made the entire process easy. We wanted three ceiling fans, so our only task was to choose and purchase them before installation day. The crew completed the installation in just one day, and I was impressed with both the workmanship and how efficiently they worked. If you notice exposed wiring above the fans in my video, it was temporarily left uncovered for the city's electrical inspection. Everything passed, and they returned to cover the wiring afterward. The customer service has been just as impressive. Everyone has been patient, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. The patio looks fabulous and had provided plenty of shade for our family to enjoy meals outside and an outdoor space for our children to play. The company is mostly family owned and operated. The customer service was great and the staff was prompt, reliable and professional throughout the process. They also guided me through the process of getting HOA approval for our project. The prices at QFC were more than fair for the high quality product and look. The alumawood provided the look and texture of wood without the risks of termites, weather-wear and rot ( we've already had to deal with all of these issues with our fences and it is no fun) . QFC exceeded our expectations and the patio has improved the overall look and value of our home. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be referring them to family and friends. *for reference, we selected the insulated alumawood patio with built-in LED lights and ceiling fan.

Although the original carport was built right, it let a little too much sun onto the driveway during the summer. Not only did they do a great job, they suggested a design that was both more attractive and more cost effective than what we originally planned. Lalo and Fermin Dominguez came to give an estimate the same week I contacted them. They arrived within the timeframe that was scheduled, and kept me updated on their arrival time. After inspecting the existing construction they proposed several design options for the lattice and we chose the option that didn't require adding another post. The cost was reasonable for the materials and labor required and the driveway is now completely shaded.

I asked him to give me 2 quotes, one base install, and one with the bells and whistles. When I saw the quotes, I was presently surprised because I was expecting a much higher number based on the quotes I received from other companies. Before scheduling the installation, I wanted to add some concrete first. Zack referred me to a company he works with regularly. The concrete crew was able to come out the next morning and completed the work in one day. After the concrete cured, we scheduled the patio installation.
