It's about time I do a review for Patio Creation as we are approaching our one-year anniversary of our gorgeous new patio and I've recommended Pat to SEVERAL friends and family who have moved forward with him for projects as well. Honestly, look NO further than Patio Creation. I did EXTENSIVE research and no one could beat their quality, price for value, customer service, and experience and knowledge. Pat came out to do a quote within a few days of me reaching out and he knew his stuff and explained the entire process to us with the various different options. We were looking for a 24' alumawood solid patio covering with recessed lighting and two outdoor fans. We are obsessed with the final product and have never spent this much time in our backyard. It has truly transformed our home. One of the things that set Patio Creation apart from the rest was their willingness to handle the permit process and HOA approvals for us. All other companies were charging hundreds of dollars for this and Pat turned it into a NO STRESS process for us. All of his drawings and paperwork was very professional and there were no hiccups in the permit process. His team was also able to install the patio in just a few hours and they handled the electrical for the fans as well as they are qualified electricians. We had this installed at the start of COVID and they followed all safe distancing practices. Pat was EXTREMELY responsive to texts and did everything he said he was going to do. A global pandemic = home improvement! Pat Rose and Patio Creation came highly recommended from Mr. Gutter who worked at our house. Pat came out for his estimate and submitted everything via email. We had four other estimates and none of them came close to what Pat had to offer. We had him return to work out some details with our pool area and he was happy to do it and offered a design that actually lowered the price. On the day of installation, his crew arrived early in the morning and I couldn't believe these two hard-working gentlemen tore down our old plywood termite infested cover in a matter of two hours. Additional support arrived to install the new cover. They worked hard and had it basically done in one day, with a quick return the next morning for some finishing touches. WE LOVE IT! Patio Creations installed an aluma wood patio cover at our house in East Anaheim in June of 2016. It runs across the entire back side of our house and has LED lights and ceiling fans. They were fast, efficient and thorough at a very reasonable price to us. We get fierce winds during the Fall and Winter, and have had very heavy rains this year (as everyone else in So Cal). This cover is rock solid and does not leak despite the severity of weather. It helps keep our house cooler in Summer and is very pleasant to use and be under all year round.
