After about 5 different estimates, I decided to go with Jam Construction and I couldn't be happier with my patio. Sam and Justin just recently finished installing two new patio covers for me. What a great experience from start to finish. One patio project required a demo first which they even included a touch up paint job to ensure a clean look. I couldn't be happier with my new covers. Overall it was a great experience working with Sam & Justin at Jam Construction. They came out gave us our quote and explained how they believe the patio should be installed. We had a few other quotes but they were at a better price with higher quality installation. They even called after the initial quote and said they thought of a better more sturdy way to install and would still honor our original quote. They are very professional, friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. So happy with the way it turned out, the recessed lighting and ceiling fan will provide the necessary lighting and circulation when needed. I highly recommend them. I know we will be using them again for another project we have in mind. read more

Amazing service with Jam. After requesting a quote, they came out almost immediately and gave me a competitive quote while also being professional and showing me plenty of examples. They were able to get the material quickly and get the patio cover installed same day. Came out much better than expected and made our back slab look larger than before. Highly recommend these guys for business and would definitely reach out to them again for any future installs I need. read more

Sam and Justin messaged me right away on Yelp with a very competitive quote. They came out shortly after to give me an exact estimate, and during that same visit, they helped me color match the patio cover to my house perfectly and gave great recommendations for both the design and color scheme. Their eye for detail and design made the decision process so much easier and I signed the contract that same day. They installed a beautiful 12x40 insulated Alumawood patio cover with 6 dimmable recessed lights, 2 ceiling fans, and a chandelier -- and they even included free installation of the fans and chandelier, along with 2 outlets placed exactly where I wanted, based on their helpful recommendations. All of this was included in a very fair price -- honestly one of the best deals I found after getting several quotes. The entire installation was done in just 2 days, and the team was polite, respectful, and ready to answer every question I had along the way. Best of all, they left my backyard clean when the job was finished. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a professional, affordable, and detail-oriented team, I highly recommend JAM Construction. Sam and Justin are awesome! read more

Hello all, first off, I would like to thank Justin and Sam who did this work on our beautiful home today. Words can't express how grateful we are that they made our home more beautiful since being here 25 years. I rarely write reviews but when I come across a company that truly stands behind their work and business, I have to say something. I have done extensive research on finding the right company to build us our patio coverings at our home and they were the best. It is a company of two guys that truly love what they do and they firmly stand behind their business. They offer the best warranty for the products and the workmanship. Since they are the installers too, there is no middleman to complain too. They offered to service our patio for life time warranty if there is any problems with our patio. It is hard to find a company that stands behind their work and they were also the best price for what they offered from many other vendors out there. They were honest, professional, kind and conscientious about how we liked the work they did. I hope this finds future readers that they truly are the real deal when it comes to installing what you want for your place. They are very hardworking two guys that does everything from the ground up for your home. Best always guys, and good luck in your new business ventures... Sam and Justin are amazing to work with! They talk you through every option and work with you to design something that really works for your space. Had a freestanding patio completed in July 2026 and we love it. Jam Construction is the true definition of a small business done right. It's run entirely by Samer and Justin. No outsourcing, no middlemen just two professionals who stand proudly by their work. From the moment I requested a quote on what I wanted done, they responded quickly and fit me into their schedule with no pressure at all, making the whole process simple and stress-free. I had my quote same day they came by and they even encouraged me to shop around. I liked these guys so much, I just wanted to do business with them. I later contacted them with some complex edits I wanted to add to the quote and they quickly provided an updated quote within 1 day! Truly amazing service. Their pricing was fair and the quality of the work was outstanding. My patio addition turned out even better than I imagined, and they completed the entire install in just one day! I used Jam Construction for my patio cover purchase and installation. Let me start off by saying, they had the best pricing for an insulated patio cover from the six companies that I vetted via Yelp. On our initial in-home meeting, Sam and Justin (Jam Construction) were very thorough with measurements and explaining the entire process. Once I hired them, the permit paperwork for the City was handled by them with a small fee. What really amazed me about Kam Construction is that there was NO DOWN PAYMENT or DEPOSIT required for them to start the work. I paid the entire amount after the patio cover installation was completed. Once the permit was approved, they completed the installation. Within 2 days. The patio cover came out great and was completed to my satisfaction. They even cleaned up after the installation was done. I would highly recommend them for your patio cover needs. read more

Most people say, "you get what you pay for". Not always true! With Jam Construction, we got what we paid for and a lot more. I must admit, i was very skeptical in what they were offering and their promises to beat most competition and not cut corners in the quality of their work. Justin and Samer insisted that I priced other reputable patio cover companies; in which we did, and none made us feel as comfortable in pricing and professionalism as Jam Construction. I'm not one to brag, but I find myself inviting friends and family over to show off what we consider an extension of our home. Jam Construction has made our outdoor living more beautified, pleasant and comfortable. To sum this all up ........ Their service was outstanding! On time, area left tidy after the job, excellent quality of materials, priced to afford, confident in their job skills, and very accommodating to small changes. I wouldn't hesitate to refer these guys to install a Patio Cover for any of my family or friends. read more

After working with another company for eight months MG Patios and Awnings, a unprofessional and inexperienced company, we were left with an unfinished project. Then we meet JAM construction that agreed to pick up the pieces and complete our project. This was no easy task. MG Patios (original company) had ordered and delivered to our home the incorrect product sizes (before they left us high and dry) I could not express my gratitude to JAM Construction for stepping in and thinking outside the box and diligently measuring, cutting and constructing together the most amazing patio cover EVER Working with Jam construction was easy.
