Excellent experience. I needed my current patio extended and they did an excellent job. I can't tell where the existing patio ended and where the extension begins, they even cleaned up my existing patio to make it look seamless. They also added two fans and they assembled them for me. read more

I had an excellent experience with Santana Jr., Santana Sr., and their team! They were very friendly, always on time for every meeting, and incredibly professional. They are extremely hardworking and very detailed with their work -- you can truly see how dedicated they are in everything they do. They finished our patio project quickly and efficiently, and their pricing was much more affordable than other companies we got quotes from. They also cleaned everything thoroughly after the job. Our patio looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. 5 stars isn't enough -- my mom says they deserve 1,000 excellent stars! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality work! Thank you Santana JR & SR and to the rest of patio xpress team! read more

Good service, communication and quick install! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new patio install.

Let me start off my saying, we couldn't be happier with the Patio Xpress, from the work they did to their customer service. Santana was great from the beginning to the end. I want to also add their price was the best out of the six estimates I received. And the day of installation, Santana and his team did an amazing job and were very respectful and polite. One last thing, Santana was willing to come back out to put up my fan that did not come in time and even troubleshoot when the light cover manufacturing was not made to hold the cover on. I normally don't write so much but I wanted to just give a detail account of the great work that they did for us. My wife is also very happy with our new patio cover. If you need a cover give them a call first. Thanks again Santana read more

We have used Patio Xpress twice now in the last handful of years. Each time, they did not disappoint. They do everything from drawing up the plan for the quote, submitting permits to the city, and making sure your HOA (if this applies to you) agrees with the plan. They work so quickly and do great work. They are also very thoughtful when it comes to placement of outlets, lights, fans, etc and are able to provide their expert recommendations I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a patio cover read more

Great! Job!!!! I really recommend this TEAM, The Santanas Patio Express. read more

I started with an estimate based on a referral from a friend. Santana Jr was great to work with and ensured that the customer experience from start to finish went flawlessly. In about 3 weeks, I went from estimate to a patio that we can enjoy. Santana Jr is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions at all phases of the project. The workmanship completed is of high quality and they even ran a speaker wire that was provided as well as install a provided TV mount. Overall, I would highly recommend this business for their customer service, pricing and high quality of work. read more

Extremely happy with their service. Santana was fast to respond to our inquiry about a patio cover. The quote was competitive with surrounding companies, but the workmanship and customer service was even better. From signing the contract to finishing the job was about 2 weeks. Santana kept me in the loop about everything. Very transparent company. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Will be referring others to him. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Santana and his crew. When I first contacted Santana he gave me a quote that was on par with another company I called, but there was something about him and his no pressure approach that made me want to go with him. When Santana arrived for the inspection and official quote it was actually cheaper than what he quoted over the phone - and thIs now included outdoor lights. He also warned that due to delays with getting materials it could be up to a 2 month wait. About a month after the meeting he called to let me know the materials had arrived and he was coming out. Santana and his crew are beyond meticulous. I could not be happier with their work and the finished product. They had the patio up in a few hours and spent at least an hour cleaning the workspace and touching up details. Don't think about hiring Santana - just do it. read more

FACT: Santana knows patio covers! His team did the patio cover for my neighbor and provided me a fair quote and met the timeline we set out. The slate gray with white ceiling patio cover was installed faster than anticipated, looked great, and had all the extras including electrical outlets, LED lights, and fan hookups. Long after installation, he answered my questions and was responsive. He took extra time to make sure I understood what could happen where the patio meets the stucco (I have some small cracks that were present before the patio cover install). He even provided some other contractor recommendations when I asked him for references for pools, etc. I recommend this business wholeheartedly and my only regret is I didn't call him earlier to get the covered porch installed. I'll likely hire him for more patio covers in the future. read more

We began contacting patio cover businesses just before Christmas and had 4 companies come out to give us a quote. Patio Xpress came in right in the middle of the other offers, but they were so personable that they stood out. Between Santana Jr.'s incredibly kind and professional approach, and Santana Sr.'s knowledge and recommendations, I didn't really care that they weren't the cheapest bid. I felt absolutely no pressure, and they answered all of my hundred questions without getting annoyed (sorry about that lol.) We ended up getting a half solid (non-insulated) and half lattice cover with 2 electrical outlets, recessed lighting, and a fan installed. They included the fan installation for free. From start to finish was Dec. 21st to Feb. 2nd. That included time for material to be ordered, plans drawn, HOA approval, permit pulled, and construction. Pretty quick compared to what other companies told me. Santana Jr. kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process, and did most of the paperwork for me. Only thing I had to do was submit approval application to the HOA. Construction day was scheduled and they came prepared. Showed up promptly at 8:30 and had a crew of 5, all of which were kind and respectful to the property. When they had to come inside for electrical, they even took their shoes off without being asked! (Huge plus in my book!) They finished up around 3:30 and completely cleaned up. Not a single piece of trash, litter, or leftover material was left for me to clean up, just a beautiful patio cover for me to enjoy. If I ever need another patio cover, I will be contacting Patio Xpress without hesitation and I recommend them to anyone looking! Thanks again! read more

I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely impressed by Santana and Santana Jr. of Patio Xpress. Santana was genuine in his presentation and assessment of what I wanted for a patio cover. He was the only one to show up with informational materials in hand and was quick to provide a quote. Patio Xpress was the first quote I received and was also the most competitive. The communication was superb. Patio Xpress took lead on the Beaumont City permitting process and provided professional design documents for my HOA approval. Everything was relatively quick and smooth. The actual patio cover looks great. I'm enjoying the shade and cover from the rain. My kids love to play underneath it. Would highly recommend. read more

Santana and his crew did a great job on my patio revision! We had a patio that for unknown reasons stopped right before the sliding door. They extended the original patio and were able to match the colors and materials perfectly to where if you didnt know to look, you could never tell this wasnt one big patio in the first place. They also added electrical for us, putting in 3 fan lights and 4 post lights. They got it done quickly and we're very happy! AND. I got about 4 or 5 quotes for this job. They were the lowest by a few hundred dollars!! read more

I'm so glad we chose Patio Xpress to build our patio covering. Patio Xpress provide us with a very competitive offer compare to three other estimates we received from other companies, but we really selected to go with them because of their professionalism. Santana, the owner, is a true professional who takes the time to answer all of your questions and he doesn't pressure you into making a decision right on the spot. When he shared that he does all the work himself and that he doesn't subcontract his work to anybody to ensure every patio gets build right, we were sold. They got all the work done in a timely manner, they cleaned up the patio before they left, the patio passed inspection, it looks beautiful, what else can I ask for? I highly recommend Santana and his crew. read more
