Outstanding Service & Beautiful Work! Adam and the entire KM crew--thank you so much for the amazing, beautiful patio! I was out of town for work when the installation took place, but my wife was home to oversee everything. She was extremely impressed with how professional, helpful, and courteous the entire KM crew was. They truly provided world-class service from start to finish. When I came home and saw the finished patio for myself, I was just as happy and impressed. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank you, Adam, and the entire crew, for a job incredibly well done. We highly recommend KM to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service! Start to End, this was a brilliant experience working with Adam and his team. Patio was installed, inspected ans passed without issues.

Adam gave us a great quote and his team delivered on it with great service and a beautiful patio cover. It's almost like having an added room outside with 2 ten foot pull down shades and a ceiling fan. His team was in and out in 6 hours. Great job and great company that I would recommend to everyone looking for a new patio cover. read more

These guys are amazing! I have not done a yelp review in years but I had to! Our HOA is a bit of a stickler and when we needed our patio cover shortened the company we originally bought from couldn't get back to us in time. I randomly called multiple companies regarding my issue and "KM Patio Covers" came through! Couple of pictures and a few minutes of a conversation, Adam quoted me a great price and said he can get it done in one day!!! The original company that did my patio cover called me the same day and I just ignored it! If I could go back in time these are the guys I would have gone with. Just amazing! Doesn't even look like they alter my cover! That's how good they did! read more

KM installed our patio and we couldn't be happier! They were efficient and the work speaks for itself!

We went with KM Patio Covers due to the 5 star ratings they have received and they deserve it! Adam came out on 3/22/25 and set us up. I was determined that my cover would be white & I was not going to be upsold for color. The colors were free So we went with Adobe trim & Desert Sand for the ceiling. The price was very fair. The crew came on 4/10/25 at 9am & finished at 2pm. They installed the ceiling fan & shades as well. They were friendly & did a great job. It is beautiful and I love it! read more

KM Patio Covers was referred to me by a neighbor. Adam and his crew did an amazing job installing our patio cover complete with fans, LED lights, outlets and switches. Adam was very responsive during the planning phase up to the day of install. The crew was very professional and friendly, completing the install in one day. I decided to add on roller shades the day of the install, Adam and his crew were flexible and accommodating to the last minute add on. I would highly recommend KM Patio Covers. read more

The entire experience, from our initial visit with Adam to waving goodbye to the installation team was fantastic! Our expectations were exceeded by far more than we ever imagined. The crew left the site cleaner than it was before they arrived. The structure is beautiful and we really love it! The cost was much less than other companies. read more

Just have our patio cover installed by KM Patio Cover and wow- what a difference it has made at our backyar. Adam was so easy to deal with and so are the crew, Edgar, his Dad, and younger brother who did the the installation. They did the work with accuracy, measuring everything at all times to make sure everything is even. Always asking us about options that we have i.e. light and fan switch before installing it. Work was done in a day and they left our backyard without any mess- cleaning and throwing trash, and using a blower to blow the dust from cutting. The cost is comparable to two companies that i have talked to but decided to go witk KM Patio Cover- highly recommen! read more

I worked with Adam and KM did a great job on my patio cover. He came out and went over all details with me and gave me some suggestions as well. The staff was on time and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an installation of a patio cover! read more

Adam was the person of contact. He responded to me promptly via messaging. And kept on giving updates when asked. Initially the patio roof was supposed to attach on the wooden eave however I installed the rain gutters, they couldn't find enough space to attach. Eventually chose a roof mount option. But Adam was very courteous to understand the problem and didn't charge extra. Put an extra piece in the roof area where they was a slope. The crew including Todd came right on time and installed it on the very same day. It came out so good and looked so nice and beautiful. Had recessed lights installed. Their price is also fair compared to other companies around me. I contacted 5 other companies and didn't feel comfortable in their process. I went with them based on the service and reviews in the yelp. I highly recommend them for patio services. read more

Excellent work on a cover on the side of my house for my truck. Completed in one day, excellent communication, great finished product. The KM Team cleaned their work area and I'm good to go. The only minor issue was that the manufacturer took over a month to get KM the cover. Not their fault but it did take a month from bid to finish. read more

We recently had KM Patio come out to do a two level patio cover for us. Adam came out first to hear our idea and measure the project. He was attentive and very personable. We decided to go with KM and he ordered the material which took about a month to arrive (but this was over the holidays). His brother Kent, (the owner and designer) installed it with his crew and we couldn't be happier and more impressed with how beautiful and perfect it turned out... It looks amazing! His crew was very professional and communicative with me throughout the whole process. I wish I could give more stars! A big thanks to Adam Kent, and crew. You guys are the best! read more

KM installed an alumawood patio cover for us this week and we are very happy with it. They even figured out a way to hang up our metal shark, which we formerly had hanging from our old wooden patio cover. Everyone we worked with was very nice, and they were in contact with us the entire time. Showed up on the date scheduled. We did not need them to remove our old cover, but they do offer that service as well. Great work and nice guys. read more

KM did a nice job installing our patio cover. Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions when they would pop up. Fair price and great communication. The crew was courteous, kind and respectful too. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but it was resolved in a timely manner. I do wish the spacing of the poles were all the same distance as we discussed before installing the poles with the crew. Because now the sunshades aren't going to fit in each section, which now requires custom shades, which are more money. I still recommend them because they are honest and have excellent customer service. read more

Kent, Adam and team were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We picked out two huge patio covers and KM did not disappoint. They both turned out absolutely beautiful! I appreciated the great communication. The install was extremely quick. The team was very friendly, efficient and they left the patio cleaner than when they arrived!
