After vetting a total of 5 different patio companies we went with Podium and couldn't be happier. I saw a post on Facebook from Podium Construction having a holiday deal for Alumawood Patio Cover so I went ahead and sent them a quick message through messenger. They got back right away and gave all the information I was asking for pricing and financing. When we finally decided to do it, everything was done through text, email and phone. Sent them the photos they needed and then they emailed me back with all the paperwork's I needed. Estimate and quote was done within half a day without anyone coming out to the house. Brianne was the one handling all the paperwork from drawings, contact and city permit - all done in "DocuSign - electronically". Then Garrett's crew came in the following week with all the materials to start the job. Garrett introduced himself to me and explained everything. With just a three man crew, they finished my 40'x15' Patio in a day. I'm really particular when it comes to work being done and I'm telling you they're workmanship is TOP NOTCH!!!!
