Think twice about these guys if you want a permitted patio!!!! They seamed professional, I liked the price, I wanted my patio permitted and they said they would do everything from start to finish. They did pull the permits thru my city, they completed the job in 2 days but when the inspector came they were written up for a bunch of stuff. They told me they would come back and fix it so it can pass inspection well they never came back and I only heard from them thru email for payment. Patio looks good I will just probably have to tear it down once I need anything else done to my house. Oh I was never able to tell them once it started raining I did have leaks but those at that point were the least of my worries. This was in 2022 here we are 2026 and yeah they definitely forgot about me. read more

It was very easy to get an appointment and a quote with the company. Javier came to my home, prompt and on time, explained their services and I was sold right away! They were able to install earlier than expected once I verbalized concern with the weather. The overall project looks amazing. I just didn't like how the business manager had different amounts every time she sent the invoice. I paid with credit card and she already added the 3.5% fee but the amounts kept changing The patio cover is installed but I noticed some imperfections on the top cover. Communication was very fast via initial Facebook message. Got the estimate within a week, and signed contracts same day for a discount with an install date within 3 weeks. Old patio was removed in less than 3 hours and the install appointment came soon after that. Materials were dropped off on one day and the install completed on the next. Now everything it rains, the breaker trips shutting off power to the area where they pulled the power from. We had a Alumawood patio cover installed in March. Everything was fine with the installers and the final product looked fine. We got some rain a day or two after the install and we noticed some water leaking where the patio connects to the house. I was told on March 21st by Caitlyn that the installers would come out to fix it after the rain stopped. I followed up twice (once on April 16th and the second time today) and gave plenty of time to get scheduled but never got a response. Overall, the price was fine but the install was not ideal due to the leak. Pretty disappointing. read more

I had a relatively small project to replace 40' of a garden retaining wall in my front yard. I had to request quotes from 11! different landscape/masonry companies to get 4 to show up (I normally get 3 quotes for all projects). Robert/Cali Landscape was one of the four that actually showed up. Only Robert and one other company actually showed up when they said they would show up (On time!). He provided a quote in a timely manner, provided recommendations for how best to replace my wall and was able to fit with in my budget. Robert was very accommodating and worked with me despite some last minute changes that threw a "monkey wrench" in to the project. The work was completed on time and they did an great job of cleanup/restoring the space after they were done. The new wall is so much better with a 16"x16" footing and using the proper 8x8x16 block (vs the 6x8x16 block with a 12"x8" footing) that was used by the previous company that allowed the wall to start falling down. Robert's foreman Santiago was great to work with as well. I'm very happy with the work and would work with Cali Landscape again on future projects. read more
