We had a great experience with our patio cover installation. They walked us through the entire process. Their quote was very reasonable, and there were no surprises. It was clear that they were very familiar with the product, and had been doing this for a very long time. Within two days we had a massive patio cover with six recessed lights and two patio fans. They even installed our TV mount and electricity. Very excited about our new life out on the patio! read more

Absolutely,100% satisfied with my Patio Cover and rain gutters! From the 1st phone call, to measuring and consulting to installation, Willie was a true professional! During installation, Willie and his team were working together to build a clean looking patio cover. After completion of the install they cleaned up without any evidence of being there! I am a very Happy and Satisfied customer! Thank you for your professionalism Willie! read more

We like our patio cover, but it was hard to communicate with Willy. Not sure if it was because we got a deal for the patio cover with our solar, but we were never a priority. Took well over a month to try and get an install appointment. The install was quick, about 2 days, but he left the fan and flush mounted light hanging down to be inspected by the city and told us he'd be back within the week to finish the install and never came back. My husband and I have reached out multiple times and haven't heard back from him. It'll be a year in April since we had our install. Got tired of reaching out and my husband finished the job himself once he got back from his deployment. Very frustrating. read more

I had an old patio removed and Willy installed a brand new 13X50 patio cover with 8 led lights and 3 fans for my home. It looks so amazing that the city inspector even commented on how nice and expensive it looks during inspection! Willy even custom made gutters for my patio to my liking. He is so easy to work with. The consultation was a breeze and the work started soon after. Willy has the BEST prices in the area! I would HIGHLY recommend Willy and his team to anyone looking for a super clean job. read more

I highly recommend this company as they came to our house and gave us a quote for a patio and gutters and did an amazing job they advised us to pull permits on the work as it is needed by the city and all the other quotes said we don't need permits. I reached out to several rain gutter companies who service Murrieta and surrounding area, and Willy was the first to respond. Within minutes! Very competitive rates, and was upfront and honest. There was no haggling involved, and he followed through with what he promised. Even when I through in a twist where they could not walk on my new roof to install the 2nd story gutters. He and his crew came out and completed the job today. The gutters look fantastic, and the craftmanship is top notch. I will recommend Willy and his company every time gutters come up in a conversation. read more

I had them install a patio cover due a free patio cover promo deal with my solar panel company. I was under the understanding they would tear down my existing cover and install a new one. Since the existing patio was built into the house, they could not remove it all, which I understood and continued with the project. What I did not expect is the poor demo job they did. They took a sawzall to my original cover, took the facia board off and left it uneven. I spoke with Willy after and he said I was responsible for the facia board replacement as they are not roofers ( why would they mess with the roofing in the first place?) and I sent him pictures and I did not get a response at all after this. As a result of that, the roll roofing came up with the winds, and when it rained it leaked into my house causing damage. He contacted me again after seeing this review and said I never gave him a chance to fix it and since I did not have a direct contract with him, that it's out of his hands. I understand I did not have a contract with him, but did expect a good job done, and at least fix what his crew messed up. That would be the right thing to do. He did not own his crews mistakes and extremely poor job. I had to take out a claim to fix this issue, and for whatever reason Willy seems to think it's ok to wash his hands of the situation his crew created. Pretty unprofessional. I'd stay away. read more

Called Willy on Monday 5/17/2021 and asked for a quote, Willy gave me a verbal over the phone with the approximate measurements I provided, which was 16' x 16' and stated he would need to come out and measure to give an official quote. I called Willy back 20 min. later with the correct measurements 13' x 15', he also quoted me for teardown of old cover and hall it way along with a new permit. Willy said he would be at my house Thursday 5/20/2021, did not show up or call. I called Friday morning 5/21/2021 and Willy said he was finishing a job early and would be by to give me the quote that afternoon, again no show no call. I texted Willy on Saturday 5/22/2021 and asked if he was still coming, he texted back stating he was sorry he did not make it on Friday and stated he would be at my house Monday afternoon 5/26/2021. Shockingly he again did not show up or call. I texted him after 5 pm on 5/26/2021 and asked if was coming by or if he just did not want to do the job. After texting back and forth for 20 min. he finally stated that the job was just to small and he did not want to do it, and went on to say he did not think anyone would do the job, only to offer to refer me to his buddy one sentence later. I fully understand if a contractor does not want the job if it is to small for their business model. What I do not understand is why a contractor would string a customer along leading them to believe that were wanting the job and were coming to give a quote only to wait a week later to let the customer know the job is to small. I had called and received 3 verbal quotes on Monday 5/17/2021 and canceled the other 2 since Willy stated he could do the job and is local to my area. I now need to start the whole process again. Thanks Willy for your lack of customer service. read more

Willy came out quickly and was on time. He did an amazing job cleaning our gutters. I highly recommend.

A great, professional and very responsive gutter guy I would recommend to everyone. Willy communicates clearly and shows up on time from the estimation to the installation. His price is very reasonable and he works really efficient. We have a two story house and he completed the job just within one hour. Great experience starting with the estimate through the install. Nice to interact with the business owner throughout the process.

I am completely satisfied with the work that Raindrop Gutters and Patios completed today. The contractor finished the job quickly and professionally. There were no hidden fees and the original estimate was free. We have already recommended this company to a general contractor, with which we are associated, and he has passed the contact information to one of his clients. Thank you Raindrop Gutters for your clean, professional, and prompt work. We will continue to recommend you to friends and family. read more

Willy and Sean both did an outstanding job on our patio cover and drains! Our backyard is small so I had concerns that the patio cover would take up too much space and make it feel even smaller, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It actually makes it feel bigger, and the height is perfect for a fan to help keep it cool and flies away. Since having this done, we have spent hours outside every day. We almost didn't go through with this project, but Willys price couldn't be beat and his time frame was perfect! Sean had the patio cover complete in under 2 days, and Willy had the drains done in less than 30 minutes, so it was all very convenient and both Sean and Willy were very professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend them for your job! read more

You will NOT be sorry using this company. In these days, it is tough to find a contractor who responds to your inquiry, shows up on time and does a great job. We needed a repair with our loose gutter banging against our fascia. He repaired it and checked/repaired the other loose gutters. He came prepared with his pressure washer to clean our gutters. Once he checked them, he said they didn't need the cleaning..Say what, we found an honest guy! Thanks Willy. I will recommend you to any of my neighbors needing your services. read more

Willy did a fantastic job replacing the gutters on my 1911 craftsman home. Most of the contractors I contacted declined the job because it was too difficult. The house is three stories. All of the work had to be done from ladders since the roof was too steep. The roof corbels had to be notched out for the gutters and then sealed. Etc. Not only was Willy/Raindrop Gutters and Patios willing to do the job, but they also provided the lowest quote. I am completely satisfied with my new gutters. I would recommend them to anyone. read more
