They did an exceptional job in installing our gutters. Mark ensured that we did everything right prior to installing our gutters. He recommended getting our fascia painted first to avoid any complications in the future. He could've just installed the gutters, but he made sure that us, as first time homeowners, do not run into anything in the future. When we got everything set up, Mark came to the house to color match and order the right materials to make sure that everything looks good. His team did a great job installing the gutters. They were clean and efficient. I recommend them for any of your gutter needs. read more

Mark was wonderful to work with. This was my second time working with them. They were patient with my time available and when I was finally ready they came right out. The quality was excellent. The men were very professional and nice. Very efficient. The value was great. What I requested was done with a little extra work. No problem for them. Thank you. read more

Mark and Oscar were great to work with. The pricing was fair, the team was professional and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

Attempted to use Sure Flow Seamless Rain Gutters for repairs on our home up in Idyllwild. We were in the middle of moving and not occupying the home full time yet, so scheduling with Mark was nearly impossible. Gave him multiple different options to go up to the home without us, or to send him photos, but he insisted that we be there. We finally scheduled for him to meet with us at 2pm on a Friday but told him I'd be busy moving furniture that day and will give him updates. Called and texted Mark 45 minutes in advance to our meeting time to update him that I was running behind. He didn't bother answering until he was 5 minutes away from the house. We tried rescheduling with him and he said he "has no interest" in helping us and recommended that we go to Rainbow Gutters instead. I'm glad that I'll be giving my time and money to another company that is actually interested in my business! What a waste of time and how incredibly unprofessional! read more

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mark Moya and the team at Sure Flow Gutters. From start to finish, Mark was incredibly professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. He took the time to walk us through options, provided color samples, and offered thoughtful recommendations that really helped us make the right decisions for our home. What truly stood out was how he went above and beyond--helping us select custom leader heads and even painting them to match the gutters seamlessly. The final result looks amazing and feels completely custom. We also made a last-minute design change, and Mark handled it with total flexibility and zero complaints, which we were so grateful for. It's not easy to find reliable, high-quality contractors these days, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found someone as dependable and skilled as Mark. We highly recommend Sure Flow Gutters to anyone looking for top-notch workmanship and excellent customer service! I also want to add this was a "new to us" home and we did not live there yet. We had no issues scheduling and truly appreciated Marks willingness to work with our busy schedules. read more

Highly recommend this company if you need rain gutters installed on your house! Mark came out for the estimate and was extremely professional and detail-oriented. He took careful notes and made excellent recommendations on the best placement for the gutters and downspouts. The following week, his crew arrived and did an outstanding job with the installation. Their workmanship was simply the best - clean, precise, professional, and very accommodating. We just had a heavy rain, so I was able to put the new gutters to the test, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mark's team angled everything perfectly: no more standing water on the backyard sidewalk, and all the roof runoff now drains directly into the grass (which is a bonus because now all the rain runs off into the grass). If you're looking to have rain gutters installed, I highly recommend this company. I honestly couldn't be any happier with the work Mark and his team did. read more

Let me tell you, folks, before I met the fine purveyors of seamless aluminum rain gutters, my house was less a home and more a water feature. Every time it rained, my porch became a slip-and-slide, my flowerbeds turned into miniature swamps, and the sound of cascading water rivaled Niagara Falls, but with less majesty and more mud. My dog, bless her soggy heart, started wearing a tiny life vest just to get to the mailbox. It was a watery apocalypse, and I was its reluctant, perpetually damp prophet. Then, like a beacon of dry, well-drained hope, came Sure Flow. From the moment their sales representative, a man whose enthusiasm for gutters could only be described as evangelical, arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He spoke of "optimal water diversion" and "architectural harmony" with a twinkle in his eye, as if he were discussing the secrets to eternal youth, not metal troughs attached to my roof. The installation crew? Gutterly fantastic. They arrived, they measured, they cut, they installed, and before I could even offer them a lukewarm soda, they were gone, leaving behind only perfectly aligned gutters and a faint scent of aluminum and triumph. Now, when it rains, it's a symphony, not a disaster. The water glides gracefully, silently, down the rain chains , like tiny, well-behaved liquid soldiers marching to their designated drainage points. My porch is dry, my flowers are flourishing (not drowning), and my dog has retired her life vest in favor of a jaunty bandana. I can now open my front door without fear of being swept away by an unexpected deluge. In conclusion, if your house is currently hosting its own impromptu water park, if your foundation is starting to look like a sponge, or if you simply yearn for the sweet, sweet sound of no water gushing where it shouldn't, then I wholeheartedly recommend seamless aluminum rain gutters from Sure Flow. They're not just gutters; they're a lifestyle upgrade. They're peace of mind, delivered in sleek, metallic form. Five out of five perfectly drained puddles! read more

GREAT JOB!!!! Starting from the beginning bid to job completion, it could not have gone any better. Mark came out one week to bid & his workers the following week to perform the installation. The finish product was better than expected. Not only did they replace a dented piece but added additional gutter to assure the colors matched-at no extra expense (since half the gutters were installed many years ago). Happy to say it is a seamless job. You cannot tell where the old system ends, and the new system begins. Shane & Oscar-I believe that's his name, did an outstanding job! Great crew, great owner, GREAT JOB!!!! Thank you Mark read more

I received five estimates for placing rain gutters on my house. The estimate I received from Sure Flow was price competitive, but more importantly I was impressed by the high number of Yelp five star reviews and business practices that included insurance bonds and paying workers a living wage. Mark the owner communicated well, showed up on time for the estimate and explaineed his process and the materials that he uses very well. The gutters were installed today and I am very happy with how everything turned out. The two installers were very proficient and completed the project in three hours. Their attention to detail and even cleaning up afterwards was impressive. I am convinced I made the right choice and am pleased to add to the company's list of five star reviews. read more

Mark was recommended to us by Everett and Everett painters. I called and Mark came out the next day to give his quote, which was fair. Three days after our house was painted, the Sure Flow guys came out and quickly, quietly and cleanly installed top quality rain gutters. We are so happy with the entire process and definitely recommend Sure Flow! The gutters look great and we are ready for winter. read more

Mark the owner is very hard to get a hold of, that should've been our first red flag, but we still went through with making an appointment based on the raving reviews on here. He also had the soonest availability within a couple weeks whereas most gutter installation companies were 2-3 months out. The day of the appointment his subcontractors were over 30 minutes late - don't mind if they have a later start just wish they would've called to let us know. We thought they were gonna be a no show and Mark wasn't answering his calls or texts. During their visit, we were asking questions because we were curious - we know nothing about gutters so we naturally just had questions to clarify how things were being installed and how things work. One of the guys Oscar was unfortunately very defensive and argumentative and raised his voice at us. It was very uncomfortable. He thought we were questioning his skills and knowledge - that was not the case at all. He yelled at us saying "I've been doing this for # of years." We are paying a good amount of money and naturally have questions on how things work. Why is that a problem? Although the end product was a good installation, we would not recommend this company. Such an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. They also left a huge mess everywhere - scraps of metal and trash - and did not clean up after themselves. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mark was prompted to get back to me and every time I had to reschedule because of my contractor he's was understanding and flexible. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Matt in Temecula read more

I got 3 other price quotes and Mark's estimate was very reasonable. The day of service Shane and Oscar showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They walked through everything with me prior to starting work to make sure we were on the same page. They quoted me 6 hours and they completed the job in 4. I also loved the paint match of the downspouts to my home. I'm extremely happy with the finished product. read more

I texted Mark and he got back to me immediately while he was on vacation. We set up a weekday morning appointment, Mark showed up on time and was very professional and pleasant in demeanor and had a friendly vibe. He gave me a reasonable quote on beautiful pre painted (paint is baked on to the gutters) gutters that matched my home's color scheme. Mark's crew showed up on time, ready and professional, was super friendly, good vibes and good music. Made me feel confident in my choice of the vendor and installer. they did the whole job in 3 hrs +/- time on a 2600 square foot home. Oscar & Shane are true craftsmen in their art and you can see it, there is no what if's and maybe's there just do. and get done. If I were you I wouldn't go to anyone else for gutters. The warranty on labor and material is substantial coming from a business that has been in business 30+ years. Now I can finally re fog my stucco from all those years of water stains due to not having gutters. read more

I needed rain gutters around my whole house. Text Mark to set up an appointment. Set up an appointment for the following week. He Showed up for estimate on time and as scheduled. He was very nice, friendly & knowledgeable about the gutters I needed. He explained what size gutters would be best for my roof and where would be the best places for the downspouts and how they would install them. After he got all his measurements, he gave me the estimate on the spot. Which was very reasonable and fair. I immediately told him to set it up. On the day of the install, which was today. 2 gentlemen showed up on the scheduled day & on time. They went over with me just to make sure all the downspouts were in the spots I wanted them to be & then they did there thing. Took about 4 hours to finish, which was pretty fast I thought. I am extremely pleased with how they turned out & I love the way they look. Absolutely would use them again if needed & would recommend to anyone. Mark Moya is amazing and is a shining example of how every business owner should be. He is professional, courteous, prompt, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He comes through on his word every time and he also calls and shows up when he says he will. We were given a quote back in January 2018, but unfortunately had to hold off while we had an addition done to our home. Mark understood and was so patient. The moment I called back to let him know we were ready again, he was quick to come out and give us a new quote. I was very impressed that he even brought our original quote from 9 months prior including all measurements, colors, and notes on our conversation. I'm happy we decided to stick with him over all the other companies we got quotes from, we were definitely not disappointed. We also appreciate the military discount and thank you for supporting our service members, the vets, and their families. The two men the did the installation were professional and friendly. I had locked myself out of the house and they didn't give me any grief for having to climb back and forth over the gate to install the gutters in the back. Plus they had to deal with both my dogs barking at them the entire time. They were also very thorough with explaining the warranty and going over the paperwork after the install was done. Quality company, quality service, quality product! read more

Mark and his team were excellent and provided great customer service. They installed gutters on our home while I was at work. Came home to quality work. A week later the winds picked up and I noticed a vibrating noise coming from the gutters at the front of the home. I called Mark and he had his guys come out two days later to work their magic. So far i have not heard the noise any more. Sure Flow was not the cheapest or the most expensive quote I received, but I was sold on their warranty guarantee. And they sure did honor it in my case. Recently, I've had to deal with some pretty sub-par contractors for various projects around the house. Sure Flow, however, has done excellent work on my home. It's really a breath of fresh air and makes me feel confident that there is honest hard working folks out there. From the initial consultation with the owner to the install guys knocking it out this morning, every step of the way was A+. We got the entire front of the house done. The gutters look awesome. I'm looking forward to the first rain fall to see how the gutters work. Lol. The price was good too. Mark is a super nice guy and explains everything to you. He even draws diagrams to show you where the gutters will go and how many down spouts you will need and where they will be placed.
