I called around as usual to get quotes for an entire lift and re-lay for my entire roof (around 1975 sq ft) due to several existing leaks and Dale quoted me a very aggressive pricing that beat the next couple of quotes that I received. I did some additional background checks to ensure worker's comp and license/bonded status and everything checked out great. So I went ahead and signed the contract. His crew came out and did a superb job of doing the entire lift and re-lay within 3 days (started very early mornings and worked late at night). This also includes city permitting. I'm very happy with the repairs and the crew was extremely hard working lead by the project manager, Bulmaro. They provided the large trash dumpster and all the debris was cleared after the work was completed. I included a picture from the work in progress after they lifted all the tiles and installed underlayment rolls. This was mid-way thru the repairs. Kudos to Dale and the entire crew. I really appreciate Dale and Steve for coming to help us with a leak this past spring. We called a couple other roofers before this company and one of them insisted we needed to take out 25 perfectly fine tiles and re-lay them and blah blah blah! He wanted to schedule me 2.5 months out and gave me a quote for $1500 which included a "COVID-19 $300 discount"! That company also stomped loudly all over the roof in the process. My experience with Dale and his team was way different and I was so happy I found them. The roof got some damage over the long winter and the leak from one of the vents started damaging our ceiling inside the house. I called and he came out right away. He fixed the origin of the leak on the quote appointment and didn't charge us. I still wanted to have him come back to fix some cracked tiles and re-wrap our vents. He had Steve come out not too long after. Steve was so quiet I couldn't even tell he was up there. He wrapped all of the vents and replaced 5 tiles for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. I also called up Dale this past week and they scheduled him to come out the very next day. I wanted him to address some concerns I had in one area. He thoroughly explained why it was normal and that I should have no issues when it rains. It made me feel 100% better. So now he's officially my roofer. I won't be going to anyone else for repairs. The work included complete lift & relay, all new metal flashings, new skylights, two layers of felt , new fascia boards (primed/painted) and (2) layers of new roll roofing on our patio . I would urge caution on working with this contractor. The roofing work that he did was very good. Basically they removed the tiles and updated the underlayment and put the tiles back. However part of the work was to replace two skylights and it is been many months waiting for that to happen. I know times are tough but I had hoped for better responsiveness. Having paid for the skylights I am now forced to find someone else to do the work and have to pay for it read more

We had a large patio cover re-roofed (previous work done by a different co.) by Fix Right, and also had a new gutter installed by them as well. We actually had the work done awhile back, but we wanted to wait until after the first real rain of the season to see how everything went. Finally had some decent rain over the course of a 2 day period - no more leaks, and gutter doing its job!
