I recently noticed water stains on my dining room ceiling and quickly searched for a roofing contractor hoping to get an appointment quickly as the rains were going to start the next day. I saw that this company had great reviews. My husband called and spoke to Maynor, who is the owner of this business. I later spoke to Maynor and he said that he would be at my home early next day. He did arrive early, and he quickly assessed what was the problem, and made a fair estimate of the cost to repair. We took care of it and he sent his expert Victor to fix my roof. Maynor the owner returned my call the same day on a weekend and did my consultation on Presidents' Day. He explained in detail what needed to be done. He quoted me a reasonable cost and schedule a date that was convenient for me re: my daughter works from home. I was informed by him the worker's name and time they would arrive. They arrived on time and finish the job in a timely manner. They left everything clean, no nails or materials. The only question I had for the owner was why the tiles were not flush together in the valley, which was way it was before. See attached pictures. Triangle left 2 inches of valley exposed on each side for water runoff, dirt, and leaves can flow to the drain. I am not a roofer but this was the way I understood his explanation. Called to get an estimate for an insurance claim and right off the bat the guy was telling me that he knew the insurance company would not pay for this because he worked at this job for 20 years. Very sarcastic. So I told him that he sounded like he didn't want to do the job. He said he could not help me withis job. Bad business because if the insurance company would not have paid for it, I would have done so myself. You lost business because you thought too much. I called Triangle roofing and spoke to Maynor about getting a roof inspection and repairing a leak. He came out the next day and did the inspection. He explained what needed to be done to find and fix the leak and showed me pics. He gave me a quote for the repair which I thought seemed to be a fair price. I asked a GC family member about it and he said that it was a great price for what was going to be fixed. Maynor sent one of his roofers to come out the following week and the roof was repaired. We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you don't want to go cheap on your roof it's one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. Fixed my roof after some rain damage. Felt like estimate was fair, the repair was completed quickly.

After heavy rains in Murrieta, we had roof leak that came through into our breakfast nook. Triangle Roofing was the only company that quickly returned our call and they were out to fix our roof the next week. In one day they removed a very old and leaky pool solar water heater and repaired our roof. The work was performed exactly as discussed by the owner, Maynor Alvarez. I reviewed the work in progress and was very happy with what I saw. After removing tiles and the old black felt paper, they put down mastic before putting the new water sealer paper back on. They did not break any of the roof tiles. They then carefully loaded all of the trash onto their truck and hauled it off. I highly recommend to anyone who has roofing needs to contact Triangle Roofing Company! My husband and I sold our first home this past July due to my husband being deployed and stationed else where. We had our home inspector out before final sale and he recommended we have 2 roof tiles replaced. I then reached out to get a quote from a roofing company in the Murrieta area and they went out and inspected our roof and said there needed to be more repairs than the home inspector said and wanted to charge us $1500... Being that my husband is deployed and I no longer live in the area I wanted a second quote! I then started to research and saw great reviews on Triangle Roofing. We recently needed to find a contractor company to re-roof our house and garage. Luckily, we chose Triangle Roofing in San Jacinto and Maynor the owner came to talk to us and offer an estimate. We judged him to be honest and reliable and we accepted the contract. The cost was comparable to 3 others we had checked. Maynor had explained the steps of the job to be done and what we could expect. The job was to be done in a continuous fashion, no stoppage waiting for materials delivery or for work crew availability, or for debrie removal or even for unplanned weather events. The job from start to finish took only an impressive 5 days. The work crew was polite and knowledgeable. The noise of the job was quiet compared to other roofing jobs in our neighborhood. Maynor also answered our phone calls for a clarification of an item and for a request we made for dormer vents to be added even though it was obvious he was on another roof somewhere working. All resultant mess from removal and replacement of the roof was thoroughly cleaned up and removed by completion of the job. I agree with all the other five star reviews of Triangle Roofing. I highly recommend this company. Our house is about sixteen years old and I doubt it ever had the roof inspected since it was built. I called the owner, Maynor, for an inspection and he was able to come over to our house within a few days. He inspected it with his daughter, Crystal, both of whom are very nice, professional people. What I liked a lot was he took photos on the roof of what needed to be fixed which I thought was very important since I didn't want to go onto our roof to see for myself. I could easily see in the photos what was damaged, including replacing some of our concrete tiles and replacing some torn underneath paper. I am sure if we didn't have this fixed we would have eventually discovered leaks. Maynor had Victor and a co-worker come to do the repairs within a few days of the inspection. They worked very hard on the roof for about four hours. I don't think they even took a break! Victor took photos of the repaired work which I could view. They did a great job! It rained later that evening and of course, NO LEAKS! From now on I will have our roof inspected at least once every five years and of course I will contact Triangle Roofing. read more
