I had a concerned leak on my roof while it was raining and Daniel Roofing responded quickly and as promised. I called on the day of the rain, Thursday, and Danielle answered the phone. She relayed it to Daniel and he called back the same day. Daniel asked me if it was ok to see me on Saturday morning. Daniel showed up and repaired it that Saturday My concerns was his concerns and he showed up, repaired it with a smile. That's what I called a great contractor. " A Man of his word" That's why he is dependable. I am a retired person with a General Contractor license and other license businesses. I know that Daniel Roofing Co. is great. A contractor of a man of his words and a great job completed on said day as promised. Mel H. read more

My experience with Dan's Roofing was great. I had a leak that turned into a huge problem in my spare bedroom when the ceiling caved in. Armando came out to look at it, and from the moment he saw the damage and the location, he knew exactly what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable, told me what was needed to fix it and did not try to upsell me into replacing the whole roof like several other companies did. They came, did the work quickly and without any problems. They were very communicative the whole time. I'll be using them every time I have a problem, from now on. read more

I'm not very happy with Dans Roofing. I hired them to install roof vents. They came recommended by another contractor. Should have done my research before hiring this company. They sent a guy out, and I was concerned he was removing roof tiles in the wrong location. I texted Meynor about my concerns and that I have vaulted ceilings he told me to have the worker come inside home and view exactly where we wanted to the vents. After the inside tour of the home, the worker said he understood where he could install the vents. The next thing I hear are a bunch of curse words from the worker, and I see the sky from inside my bedroom. The worker proceeded to take some of my roof tiles out to his car, stating we did not need them. I again contacted Meynor and told him I could see the sky from my bedroom ceiling. He indicated worker mis measred. 3 weeks later, and after several messages later, another worker came out to fix the hole that the worker created in my bedroom ceiling. The patch job was not very good, and you can clearly see where it was patched. I contacted Meynor again, and he told me to use orange peel spray to fix it. Not very good customer service, and I really tried to be patient because I know accidents happen. However, my experience was horrible with Dans Roofing. Ugh, it's simply awful experience, and now I have to find a new company to do roof vents. read more

Dans Roofing is probably the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. Did a horrible job on my roof. I was better getting a guy on a street corner to fix my roof. Now, I am forced to repair the roof from the damage their guy did to my roof. read more

Dan's Roofing gave me a good price and came on time. 1st day the crew worked hard and cleaned up every night when they were done. They did a lot of work on my roof and replaced everything they said and more. They were done in 4 days on my 2 story house. The last day they cleaned up and took all the trash. I didn't know I had bought some tiles a few years ago from them until I went to pay for my roof. Great group of people to work with. read more

Good Company! It takes a bit to get scheduled, but they're busy. Very pleased with the results, and would recommend.

After having Dan's Roofing recommended to us by a client, we can now highly recommend Dan's roofing to others! Everything from the initial quote we received until the final nail was hammered down was smooth, pleasant and worth every penny. All of the workers were friendly and were even able to begin work a little ahead of schedule which helped us to reach our HOA deadline. Dan's attention to detail, professionalism and excellent communication made this one of the easiest home improvement projects we have ever done. Our roof looks great, the price was fair and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Dan's Roofing!! read more

Dan's Roofing is amazing. They are honest, trustworthy, and do a great job with inspection and repairs at a fair and reasonable cost. I can't speak highly enough about Dan's Roofing. We had a leak around a skylight. Dan's Roofing did a good job re-building the flashing and drainage around the skylight. What really stood out about Dan's is the great communication from the moment you call, until the job is finished. They text you to let you know when the technician will be there, when the technician is on the way, and follow-up to make sure everything went well. This is so refreshing in an age when a lot of so-called contractors show up late, barely communicate, and provide spotty quality. I highly recommend Dan's Roofing. read more

We just got our roof replaced and the entire process was very quick. The team was professional and got the entire roof done within 3 days which was awesome. The only issue I've had is that the pipe connected from the water heater to the roof came apart in the process, and when I called the office about it, they explained someone would come to repair it. I've called a total of 3 times to get assistance with repairing it but no has come to do it so unfortunately I'll have to hire someone else to do it. Again, everything else about my experience was great except for not having the vent properly reinstalled. read more

My neighbor provided them to me as a referral for a small roof leak. They did numerous repairs, but during the next rain my small leak was larger. They came out and did another repair. My leak was smaller, but now dripping somewhere else. They came back out and did another repair. During the last downpour, my small leak got bigger. After numerous attempts to get them to come out and fix the issue, I finally called someone else. Yes, they warranty their work but they never fixed it and made it worse. They committed to come out numerous times and to have the owner call. After the last broken commitment on Monday, I found someone to come out and finally fix it. read more

We came home from camping to find a roof leak in one of our rooms. I called Dan"s Roofing and Armando came out the next day. He gave us a quote for the repair, which was very reasonable, without any high pressure sales tack ticks to persuade us to replace the entire roof. We ended up asking for a quote for a new roof and decided to go that route. The crew showed up on time, worked very professionally and they cleaned up each day before leaving for the day. We are so happy with our new roof and highly recomend Dan's Roofing. read more

We didn't hire Dan's roofing, it was through a solar company, however, they were great, no leaks, no mess and very polite. No loud music, or rude talking. IF YOU'RE NOT A LOCAL REALTOR WITH THE POSIBILTY OF A LOT OF FUTURE WORK DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS I should have read the reviews before calling Dan's Roofing. They don't show up or even call to say they don't want or need the work. I waited a day and a half just to get an estimate. The work was scheduled for Saturday between 8 and 9 am. AGAIN NO SHOW. Not even a courtesy call. I reach an answering service at 10:30 that said they would get in touch with someone right away. Another line of crap. It's now 2 pm. Dan's Roofing obviously has too much realtor work to bother with anybody else. read more

Seriously great company, we had been jerked around with other companies not even answering the phone and giving estimates. Dan and his employees were very helpful and did a great job. We were up against a closing date and he jumped in and made everything happen. I highly recommend this company. And knowing that we were on a deadline he could have asked for more money, but he was actually the lowest of bids, when they were done they left no mess and a perfect repair. read more

I had Dan's Roofing fix my roof in March. I had leak that came into my master bedroom. They said they located the leak and it was an easy fix. The next day they had a worker come out and spend an hour or so. He said it was fixed and he was confident that I could repair and repaint my ceiling. They charged me $300 and said it was guaranteed for a year. I couldn't test it as we had no rain to speak of until last week. The roof still leaked in the same exact spot and it looks like it was worse than before. I called Dan's and the secretary said she would have someone call me that day. No call, so I called again and she apologized and said someone should be calling me the next day. No call again, so I call back and the secretary apologized again and said she would be sure to get someone to my house. No one called or came so after the weekend, I called again and this time I think I got the owner. He was nice and asked me who I talked to before and I told him, I thought it was the secretary. He apologized too and said he would research what happened and get right back to me. Well guest what? Three days later and no call. Luckily I talked to the builder of my house and they said it was still covered and they would take care of it. Bottom line is, I will never use Dan's Roofing again. Obviously they are a dishonest company and don't stand by their work. read more

Absolutely THRILLED with this company! Superb customer service to say the least! I'm buying a home and needed a quote on the damaged tiles on the roof. This company came highly recommended by 3 of my coworkers. I called Dan's on a Thursday morning and they were extremely accommodating to my needs for escrow. They were OUT BEFORE LUNCH and did an extremely thorough inspection with my seasoned realtor who was very pleased overall. Their expedient service enabled me to work my deal with the sellers before the weekend came. They provided a quote that other companies couldn't come close to! And did I mention the WOW factor on the customer service?? OUTSTANDING! I AM THRILLED TO REPORT that the seller's have hired Dan's roofing to perform the repairs on my new home! read more

Highly disappointed, I had them inspect my roof, after they inspected the roof they gave me a quote to repair, I excepted the quote, set two appointments for the repairs and they never showed up for either one even though I called to find out what happened with both appointments. I'm a local realtor and needed a roofer to come out to one of my listings to do a repair. I called numerous local roofers and nobody seemed interested in coming out to look at the job, then I called Dan's roofing and they have been my "go to" roofing company ever since. Their dispatcher Kim is friendly and very helpful and always manages to accommodate my needs. Mike, Dave, Juan and Edward are just some of their employees that I have personally dealt with and all have been pleasant, professional, friendly and hard working. I have used Dan's roofing for my own personal residence and can't say enough about their employees. I will continue to use them as my number one roofing company. read more

My worst nightmare happened on March 12,2020. I could hear the sound of water dropping on the floor INSIDE my house! I panicked; my carpet was soaked in one corner and I looked up and saw we had a leak! Honestly this is the worst time It could have happened not only was currently raining, but the forecast showed rain for the next two weeks and to top it all off we're in the middle of a pandemic! So naturally your first thought is whose going to come fix this for me? I'm never going to find anyone! Fortunatley I was able to get ahold of my realtor (because we purchased the home back at the end of December) and she had the phone number for dans roofing; who fixed tiles for us after our home inspection. Once I got ahold of him the excellent treatment andexperience began from there. I called him Friday and left a voicemail expecting not to get a response because all that has been going on; but sure enough he called me back within and hour and had three guys out Saturday morning. I was out running errands Saturday so I told my husband call me when they get to our house. When my husband called me he told me they already found the problem and we're fixing it!!!!! I was in shock because most situations like this never go smoothly for me it's such a hassle and usually anything that can go wrong will. I cannot give this company enough praise for their quick response, inciative, and great communication! I will forever recommend them to anyone in who asks "do you know good a roofer." I've been a local real estate agent in Lake Elsinore for over 19 years and I've used Dan's Roofing on multiple occasions for my clients and myself. They've always provided fast service and gotten the job done right. I recently had my personal roof repaired and when the heavy rains hit we got a small leak in another location. I called and they had a crew at my home the next morning and fixed the problem. Dan's Roofing is our "go to" roofer. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. read more

This is my first review so it means a lot for me to take the time to share my experience. I read all the reviews before calling Dan's Roofing to come out and give me an estimate. I was a little weary but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I called Kim answered the phone right away, no answering machine. She made an appt for the next day, and Dave came out and took pictures to show me what I needed. He was thorough, honest and down to earth. No pressure sales like I'm used to when asking for an estimate. I decided to hire them and I'm glad I did. They came out to do the job the next working day and had the repairs completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Chris and all of your staff for making this a smooth and pleasant experience. I will definately use you again in the near future to repair the rest of the roof. read more

I would highly recommend Dan's Roofing. Not only did their techs do a beautiful re-roofing job on our large 2-story home, but they completed the job from start to finish in less than 2 weeks - actually only 9 days - in the blazing August heat. Their workers were most polite and considerate of us and our neighbors. Work was not started in the AM till after the neighborhood was up and about and was wrapped up in the late afternoon well before we and our neighbors settled in for the evening. Equipment and supplies were stowed neatly away or removed at the end of each work day, and our driveway and walkways were cleared regularly of roof debris while the newly replaced deck off our master bedroom - one of our big concerns - remained damage-free. All in all...a very positive experience! read more
