I highly recommend Latchford Roofing. Deana Latchford set up a next day appointment for Brian Latchford to come out to inspect my roof. There was a small stain in my ceiling that I wanted him to investigate. He was very thorough in his inspection and offered a detailed explanation of the issue likely causing the leak (flashing near the chimney needed to be fixed/repaired) and showed me pictures of the area needing repair. The price was reasonable and included a ten-year warranty for the repair. Since rain was expected at the end of the week, Brian set up the repairs for the next day. The repairs were done in a timely, detailed and professional manner by his employees. Brian and his employees were very courteous and made sure they cleaned up the area after they were done. Full disclosure: I'm not the homeowner, but I rent a room where I spied some slight discoloration on the ceiling - not so noticeable, no sheet rock damage. I pointed it out to my wonderful, diligent landlord, Ann, who jumped right on it. She called Latchford Construction and roofing. Ann worked with them at the gate. I got to speak with Jacob as the crew was wrapping up. They came after I left in the a.m. on time. I returned home to find them working earnestly. When they took a break, I went out and spoke w/ Jacob who apprised me of their findings in the section they were working - they took photos, too. We had solar installed right after we moved in to our new house. When we first got the massive amounts of rained we noticed leaking. Solar company couldn't come out in time. Called Latchford came out . Found a bunch more broken tiles from solar installers. They were quick and efficient. Came when they said they would. I scheduled a roof inspection with Latchford Roofing & Construction, mainly for peace of mind. Our neighbor had several cracked tiles, which was surprising to me, given that the homes are new construction. Brian Latchford is in high demand, but we were happy to get in the queue and patiently wait for the inspection. Fast forward to the day before the inspection and we made the spontaneous decision to rescue a stray dog who had been living on the streets for at least two months. The little guy was scared to death and just needed calm and quiet, so we were faced with the decision of whether we should cancel the inspection with Brian. We decided to keep the appointment, and it was the best decision! Sometimes we are lucky enough to cross paths with someone we need at exactly the time we need them, and for us, Brian was that person. He is an absolute dog whisperer and was able to comfort our scared little guy in a way that I'm not sure many people could. He gave our nervous and skittish pup love and scratchies for well over an hour. Brian was such a pleasure to be around. He is a man of very high character; this became more obvious the more time we spent with him. We were touched by and forever grateful for his generosity and kind-heartedness. Our scared little dog did let his new best friend out of his sight long enough that he was able to do a very thorough and detailed roof inspection, complete with a report and photos. Brian Latchford Roofing team attempted to fix only part of the roof under his paid contract and ten year warranty. He was paid in full and called back to replace a loose nail left by his team's lack of finishing. The small hole is from his lack of craftmanship finishing and his loose nail. The small hole is leaking into and thru the plywood. Upon his return he was aggressive in tone and body language. Though he was highly upset that his team showed a lack of due diligence and improperly performed the job, he walked to his truck and stated he would repair. I went to get him a ladder and he drove away stating I need get some diet pills. I find this to be very unprofessional. Brian Latchford refused to come back and repair the small leak.
