TWM was referred by a good friend of mine and I already had 2 different companies who attempted to fix a leaky roof and window at my home. There was a multitude of issues I had aside from a leaky roof. I had a leaking kitchen window and the pergola bolts may have not been installed incorrectly. TWM was the only company that was completely thorough. The Estimator named Diebys did a multitude of tests and listened to all of my concerns. He offered suggestions and a plan to tackle my issues. I felt very comfortable and I felt that he had our best interests at heart. The costs was very affordable and being affected by the recent government shutdown that meant a lot, they even gave us a little price break which was appreciated. During my roof repair, which is all that we paid them to perform, they showed up on time and worked on my roof all day and they finished ahead of schedule just in time for the Heavy rains forecasted - which was fantastic. During the heavy rains I noticed we had a drip coming from the ceiling and I emailed them to ask if they could send someone over when the weather permits to take a look at it again. Not only did they respond in just a few minutes but Diebys arrived at my home in the pouring rain within an hour. Upon arrival he told me he's going to do everything he could under the extreme weather to mitigate our water intrusion. We we're blown away with his customer service. We have a 30+ year old tile roof which needed to be redone. TWM Roofing was recommended to us and we called asked for a quote. Lee contacted us and came out to check our roof. He took the time to educate us on the process to replace the old paper and reinstall the tiles. Lee sent us the quote promptly. The quote was reasonable and thorough - it included the recommendation to add some roof vents as well. Rob was the project manager and did a great job communicating with us. Lead estimator Lee Cox came out to my house for an estimate on my entire roof. I text him the previous estimate the same day & told him to quote me around the same price if possible...its been 4 days & no response from him. So I called the main office & told the lady what was going on. She said the estimate was sent out the next day, which come to find out, it was sent to the wrong email. I then said, its very unprofessional to not reach back out to me & to forget about it & that I would leave a bad review on this business. She said, "ok no problem, u have a nice weekend". She must think I was joking about this review..think again! Replacing a roof is something you may only do once. And deciding on which contractor is not comfortable. The estimator from TWM Roofing explained everything in such detail, including questions I did not think to ask. Because of such detail, I expected their price to be the highest. However, their cost was right in the middle of the other 3 estimates I received prior. And to elevate my comfort level even higher, their estimate is completely itemized in writing. They came out the day after we called, examined the roof, which is really three, two flat roofs, and the rest of the house is regular roofs, Gave us a bid that was well below the other two bids. They came out a week after we accepted the bid, and work was done in two days. They also replaced several boards that had rotted out, and replaced two skylights that really needed replacing. All work crews kept the area around the house clean, and there was a lot to clear off. In general, we couldn't be happier with their timing and their professional work. read more

Work was solid, price seemed to be in line with other estimates we were given. Communication could have been better, the contractors would show up and disappear without taking a moment to let us know how progress was going or estimated time left. One day right before it rained all weekend, only one guy showed up, rather than the whole crew so it was an anxious weekend with the tile still missing on part of our roof, but the waterproofing paper was laid so everything appeared to be okay. We spent the next couple of days guessing if it would be done the next day or not. Just would have been nice to have a little more communication for the whole process. read more

TWM has done two roof inspections for us and we've had a good experience so far. Not sure about executing any work but the two inspections had two very different recommendations so I know they aren't just using blanket statements to replace your roof. The communication has been a little slow going and it can be hard to get someone on the phone. I also know they are really busy right now with roof repairs following a huge storm, so this may not be typical during normal circumstances. I'm happy to update my review down the line if we get work done, but so far we've been please with the service for inspections. read more

The entire team I've dealt with are absolute professionals. Lynette was quick to schedule an appointment after the initial request on-line. Lee came out and did the estimate. He was quick to recognize the age of the tiles and wanted to make sure he had enough tiles in stock before he submitted the bid. I was pleasantly surprised with the bid that I received. I had a couple of questions I e-mailed to Lee but learned he was on vacation but Qing was real quick to reply and get me the answers. Once I signed the contract, Rob contacted me and gave me a timeline of 3-4 weeks out but was again pleasantly surprised when he called me back and was able to slot me in a week later. Down to the actual work...all I can say is that the foreman David who was assigned to my job is the kind of guy that absolutely takes pride in his workmanship and it shows. He kept me informed of any damage to the roof that would need repairs and made sure I was absolutely aware before authorizing any change orders. He made sure that each part of the job was done the right way and the end result made me realize how much the previous home owners took shortcuts on their last repair job. Belated review from the Spring 2019 rains that finally found it's way to the inside of our home. It was early in the year and we started to see evidence of roof leaks around our chimney. We did intensive research and learned very quickly that when it rains, most roofing companies are very hard to book for an urgent repair. We were grateful to find TWM Roofing and appreciated their professionalism, strong communication, and quick repair to resolve our roofing repair needs. Called at the end of January and received a reasonably scheduled appointment with a lovely email confirmation telling me who was coming, what they looked like, and what to anticipate for the first appointment. Lee Cox was the representative who came and gave a realistic evaluation as to what our problem was and how to best resolve it without breaking the bank (I make this comment because another company told us that we needed to redo the WHOLE roof!). Based on quote and communications regarding schedule, TWM Roofing came out ahead of the pack as the best price and schedule. Once the appointment day arrived, there was only one individual that did the actual repair. He was quick and efficient and managed to complete the repair in time for the next rains. He was clean and completed the transaction in one day (~6 hours of work). Final communications were led by the owner's wife (Qing). She was prompt in her communications and provided all documentation requested. All in all: if we have another roofing issue, we would be glad to return to TWM Roofing. TWM roofing did a repair for us 2 years ago, and we just discovered a leak at our chimney. I called and the next day Tom, the owner, was over to inspect the chimney. He found the metal chimney cover was leaking, and gave us a referral. He checked the roof for leaks by running water on the roof and chimney , and only the chimney leaked. He also suggested how to create better drainage at the slab wall next to the chimney, so water would not seep in. Great inspection, and for no charge. read more
