This company had already reroofed our rental property,we had a pain free excellent experience that we had to ask them to take care of our main residence which is a 2hr drive each way, Not only did Raymond agree to help us come all the way out here , but also advised us on unnecessary spending and headaches with the city, Raymond went out of his way to deal with the city and gave us a good faith discount for doing our second home with him, saving us a headache with the city, and saving us money on top of his competitive price! Raymond and his crew again delivered phenomenal service and took care of everything, they added roof vents to our 1950s house which has cooled off our house significantly! The new roof looks amazing! .... will definitely keep letting friends and family know my experience with them and recommend them! They treated us like family! read more

Thorough, competitive price, did not oversell, very experienced, on time and flexible.

We had Sandoval Roofing come out and fix the area of our roof that showed leaks after it'd rain. Especially under where we had solar panels that weren't attached very well thanks to Sullivan Solar (Sullivan is out of business now). We really liked what the owner had to say, in regard to how they do the work, and why they do it so well, along with their warranty. Another reason we chose Sandoval, is because they stuck to what they do best (roofing), and partnered with a small, really knowledgeable, solar company that they worked closely with, who reinstalled our solar panels better than they had been. We had been reluctant to fix our roof because we didn't know how to handle the solar. Sandoval Roofing beautifully took care of this worry of ours. We were so impressed that we decided to hire them a second time to fix up the entire roof. Once again, we were very pleased with the quality of work & the outcome. We were so pleased with the work that I even recommended Sandoval to my parents for their house. Highly recommend this company! read more

Great company, punctual, service was finalized in 2 days, the roof looks great! And, after they completed, we had to reach out for a small request and they were very kind, came over and fixed it. We are very happy with the service that was provided and it was very reasonably priced also. Thank you! read more

A truly unparalleled experience with Sandoval Roofing. From the first instance of requesting quotes, Sandoval was prompt, responsive and communicative. Add to that: Sandoval's quote was the most competitive quote that we received. Now, after completing the re-roofing job, we couldn't be happier with the work. Sandoval's crew was professional, diligent and hard working. Best of all, they wrapped up the job in two days, which is fastest we have seen in our whole neighborhood. We are so happy we made the right decision by going with Sandoval. read more

They didn't really listen to our needs. We had them out to get a quote that just didn't go well. They didn't seem to hear what we were requesting read more

Fair price and they got right on it. Workers kicked butt and cleaned up after themselves.

His team was able to fix my roof and there were no more leaks during today's heavy rain. His workers are quick and neat and fixed other areas that has tile cracks for preventive maintenance. His price and warranty is the best out of several roofers who came to bid. Did not give the full 5-stars because he was hard to get a hold of on the phone or yelp after accepting the bid but I understand he is busy with all the estimates and management of employees. read more

We were in need of replacing 2 leaking skylights in our living room. We wanted to support local and a "mom and pop". I found Sandoval on Yelp, contacted owner and was impressed from initial quote conversation. But when owner came to my home it was clear this was our guy! Quote was in our budget, we were given options and informed responses to our questions. The installer was very kind, showed up on time and introduced himself. After work, my husband was able to discuss some items noticed that will need future fixing and some other roofing work not done right by prior owners. No pressure, no mark ups, and prompt replies. We will use this company in future. Thank you! Thank you Ray and crew! read more

Raymond Sandoval and his team did an amazing job of re-roofing my house. I have an unusually complicated roof with almost 50 different facets. They removed the old roof, installed the new one and cleaned everything up in six days. The crew were very friendly and obliging. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair without hesitation. read more

Jose came out for an inspection and gave me a detailed explanation of where are the leaks and the plan to fix them. Then I called and the owner Raymond picked the phone and answer every single problems and question I have. They are honest and hard working people. They keep me posted throughout the entire process. I've never worked with companies with such excellent communication! I will update my post after the work is done. I have high hopes and will recommend them to anyone who needs roof work! read more

Sandoval roofing was the first one who came out to get me an estimate among the other roofing companies I called in. Raymond who's the owner came to my house the next day, gave me an estimate and scheduled work on my roof at a reasonable time frame. Angela, his daughter was always available on my questions. We have not had rain yet, but I have confidence Sandoval roofing fixed my roofing issues. Thank you! read more

First thing I want to say is a big thank you to Ray Sandoval for helping me out on my roof repair! As far as I'm concerned this is the only roofing contractor I would use period! From the outset, because the roof leak wasn't really obvious, Ray said that he couldn't guarantee that the repair they would make would take care of the problem. That told me everything about Ray and Sandoval roofing- that they have integrity which is really hard to find these days. They were also very upfront about their work schedule and delivered on everything they promised! And the repair did take care of the problem which was just icing on the cake! Working with someone that has integrity and does what they say they're going to do is priceless these days! I highly highly recommend Sandoval roofing to anyone that has either a repair or a bigger job that needs to be done. read more

I contacted Sandoval roofing to check out a leak that I thought was coming from my tile roof. Raymond, the owner, came and quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the sliding glass door frame. He is definitely an expert and he demonstrated that the rain was coming in through door frame. He checked my roof and found no leak and he charged me nothing for this service. He told me how I could fix the problem with the door frame. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge. If I have to repair my roof in the future, I will definitely call Sandoval Roofing. Sandoval Roofing is the go to roofing contractor. Raymond and his crew are the best. They replaced my wife's asphalt shingle roof which was in need of replacement. They also replaced the old style "whirlybird turbine" with newer low profile style roof vents and added a solar attic fan. This company does excellent work and is very respectful of your yard and its surroundings. I've used Sandoval Roofing for pre purchase home roof inspection, work on rental properties and have referred this company many times to friends and coworkers. We had a great experience with this company and will continue to recommend this company. Thank you Raymond....you're the best. Steve read more

I highly recommend Sandoval Roofing. Raymond quoted me and then worked with me for about a month after to ensure I had all of the necessary information to get the project approved by my HOA. He was patient and professional with me. The actual job itself was seamless. The team even finished slightly earlier than expected. They were clean, efficient and very professional with both me and my wife. This is a fantastic company to work with! read more

We had a leak in our master bathroom ceiling and the owner of this company (Raymond) responded within a couple hours of my voicemail message. When he physically inspected the roof that same day, in the general area of the leak, he located the problem within a few minutes. The owner and his crew fixed the problem efficiently and for an unexpectedly low price. In subsequent rains, the leak is definitely fixed. If there were a rating for more than 5 stars, I would give Sandoval Roofing that higher score. You can count on this company to do a great job on any roof issues you might have. 6 months ago, we hired Sandoval to replace broken tiles on our roof and seal all pipe flashings and seal cement around roof penetrations. At the end of the job, we could still see a couple of broken tiles so they sent someone back to take care of those. A month ago, we had a leak in the upstairs bathroom so we called a few roofers to come give us an estimate. Imagine our shock and surprise when they told us that many of the seals around the pipes are already cracked and the 2 dormers were never repaired. In addition, we were told that just placing cement around the pipes is not the correct way to do things. A metal flashing should have been placed instead of sealing with cement, which is the old way of doing things. We also had a lot of cracked tiles that were just sealed with silicone (these were on areas of the roof that we could not see from the ground). The tiles Sandoval used were not a good match with our current tiles as they do not interlock and therefore, now have gaps. After hearing similar reports from different roofing companies about the "work" we had done just 6 months ago, we feel the work quality provided by Sandoval was not worth the money we paid. It would've been nice to hear other people say, "Wow, your roofer did a great job with your repairs." Instead, we're left feeling like we got scammed. read more

Redid my roof great service most importantly they knew how I felt about leaving the Nails or any kind of wood debris behind which they didn't. They did such a great amazing job. I would recommend this company for any kind of roof repair or even if you have to redo all your roof I would recommend them in a heartbeat just because the owner the managers, the workers are so polite so helpful and prices were just amazing. I compared them to two other persons, and they were by far the best of the best and I would highly recommend them to you guys look no more thank you for my new roof. I've been working with a different company trying to get a leak repaired since October. After multiple unsuccessful repairs, I decided to look for a different company. I found Sandoval Roofing through yelp and was impressed with the reviews. The owner Raymond came for the initial estimate and was very friendly, honest, and knowledgable. They were able to fit my repair in sooner than anticipated, and it looks fantastic. It's already rained once since the repair and seems to be holding up. These guys are amazing! Incredibly professional and so hard working! We highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

I had a sudden leak in my roof and called a company a friend recommended, but they didn't have an immediate appointment so I decided to do my own research and found Sandoval roofing on YELP. Their reviews immediately caught my attention and so I called and left a message. Got a call back from a VERY NICE lady, she was able to offer me an appointment The very next morning, so I took it. Raymond who is the owner showed up the next morning as promised, he was professional, detailed and very personable. He quoted me a good price. I told him I needed the work done ASAP as we were expecting heavy rain; he came through and made it happen. He communicated with me very effectively and sent out 2 crewmembers on Saturday morning. The crew was quick and even took pictures and showed us all the damaged area, they even installed an elbow to re-route some of the rain. They cleaned up after themselves and were VERY professional. We are so happy with the work they did, I would highly recommend them and HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. Thank you SANDOVAL ROOFING! YOU GUYS ARE TRULY THE BEST read more

My wife and I are so happy to have chosen Sandoval Roofing for a recent extensive repair to our tile roof. Our roof was leaking and many tiles were cracked. Raymond Sandoval quickly responded to my request for an inspection and quote. We learned that our tile was discontinued and was a difficult color to match. However, Raymond went above and beyond to quickly track down the closest match (which included taking sample tiles from our roof and visiting roofing tile suppliers). He kept us posted on his efforts (including sending us photos of various tiles he had located) for our review. Once the replacement tile was chosen, a timely repair date was locked in. His crew was punctual and quick. They were very professional, careful and had cleaned up everything nicely. I can honestly say we are very impressed with Sandoval Roofing and we highly recommend them! read more

We had Sandoval Roofing replace our aging composite roof. Raymond Sandoval provided a competitive quote, helped us with the material selection and got us scheduled. They were pretty busy at the time and I was a little surprised at the lead time, but then the other roofers we contacted were quoting similar lead times. The wait was worth it. Raymond came out about week before the start date and walked us through what was going to happen, the areas where he needed to access the roof and put us at ease about the process and what to expect. Our home is two story and about 2800 square feet. His crews showed up early Monday morning and were complete by Wednesday afternoon. His crews were well staffed and didn't waste anytime. The clean up was excellent and there was no damage to any of our landscaping. Raymond's quote included the minor amount of decking and facia board that needed replacing. Raymond suggested that if I provided the paint he would have his crews roll it on the facia board to provide a little more protection under the new flashing his crew installed. This trimmed out the roof and really gave it a nice new look. We were very pleased with Raymond's work and his personal interaction with us. When we called with questions, he answered right away or got right back with us. No waiting for a response. I felt like we got more than our money's worth and would highly recommend Sandoval Roofing. read more

Neutral on this company. We were on schedule to do the repairs on our roof. We got the call that they are ready earlier than expected, great! Unfortunately we were not going to be home due to work schedule. I asked if they coming during while not being home would be an issue and they assured there wasn't. Within a few minutes of arrival I was called with issues... during work. Sorted it out... shortly after more calls and then the alarm company called saying there was an alarm set off. Supposedly they removed part of the roof, entered the attic and then entered the garage. That was fun to sort out while giving a class for work. The owner did call after my "not very nice message" to them, while trying to work. He explained what happened and said it would be ok. Definitely not an easy feeling while conducting work. Work completed very quickly. 1800 later with about 4 hours of work. I don't judge on specialty work but was surprised on price compared to work preformed. This could be normal so I am not basing this review on that. We have had a rain storm since the work was performed and we didn't notice any obvious leaks. This is the only reason for a 4 star instead of a 3 star. read more

Had a roof leak from a roof mounted exhaust fan, called another company first for an estimate, then called Sandoval. Ray insisted he won't smear sealant but replace the fan and fix it for good. His estimate came in lower. His men did the job quickly and were thorough. When it rained a few weeks later he texted to ensure no leaks. Ray seems like a great guy, straight shooter and good sense of humor. I reccomend you give his business a try, I doubt you would be disappointed. read more
