The roof on our 30+ year old house needed a tune up, so we had Woolbright's come out and give us an estimate.

I did some additional background checks to ensure worker's comp and license/bonded status and everything checked out great. So I went ahead and signed the contract. His crew came out and did a superb job of doing the entire lift and re-lay within 3 days (started very early mornings and worked late at night). This also includes city permitting. I'm very happy with the repairs and the crew was extremely hard working lead by the project manager, Bulmaro. They provided the large trash dumpster and all the debris was cleared after the work was completed. I included a picture from the work in progress after they lifted all the tiles and installed underlayment rolls. This was mid-way thru the repairs. Kudos to Dale and the entire crew. Very professional and quick. Highly recommended!

We had a roof leak and Dale came out to access and give us a quote. He knew right away what the issue was, and got it fixed a few days later. I am grateful he was documenting everything with pictures, as we were not able to be present in person during the repairs. We will use them again in the future should there be more proplems in a new area of our roof. I know the area they fixed is bulletproof. Thank you Fix Right Roofing!

Frontline Roofing - Got new roof

This is my second time using Frontline Roofing, and again, I am extremely satisfied. I had some…read moreconcrete shingles unexpectedly break and fall from my garage roof into my neighbors parking spot. Thankfully, no vehicle damage happened. Luis came out quickly, and found an additional problem with a section of my fascia boards which I did not think was serious. That became the main project, and the garage tiles were replaced free as part of the repair. The work was also scheduled quickly to ensure that my neihbor's parking spot would not be out of service for too long. I have a tall two story home, but the roof is more like 2.5 stories high and very steep. The team went up and removed several rows of tiles, replaced the underlayment in the area, and replaced and painted two sharply angled facia boards that went to the highest point on the roof. It took a long day and a half to complete the repair (it was projected to take one day), and I could tell the team was working hard the whole time. Luis was on call to answer my questions throughout the repair, and that was helpful. The roof looks as good as new. I am very happy with the results. As before, I about a week later, I was emailed a pdf repair summary and photos of various stages of the repair from many different angles.

My review is a WARNING, so others do not make the same mistake I did by choosing this company! This…read morecompany did not even deserve a one-star rating, but please read what happened to us. In the end, we were lied to, they used damaged tiles, the roof installed in Jan 2026 was leaking less than one month after installation (Feb 2026), they did not honor the written contract, they left me with over 4K in new damages to my home, and are not fixing the leak! We did our research or so, we thought. We started by getting estimates from seven different companies, which we narrowed down to three. A company with good ratings makes you feel at ease and causes you to believe you can trust them. DO NOT TRUST THEM! The 2025 reviews are why we went with Frontline, but the ratings were probably fakes. If I was able to see the 2026 reviews, I would have NEVER signed with them. Something went terribly wrong with this rude, deceitful, and scandalous company in 2026! We were given different price ranges to choose from but chose the most expensive contract because it included a permit from the city and a better warranty. Now, I realize the permit with the city charges were just a way to get more money, and they ended up self-certifying the roof. We still do not have any proof that it was passed or approved with the city, the roof was never inspected by the county and the warranty we got at completion is not what the contract stated. Now, I regret paying the extra money for the useless county permits and fake warrantee! I am here to warn you, DO NOT TRUST them! They would not honor their contract! In February 2026, only one month after we had the new roof installed (January 2026), the first rain came pouring through the ceiling into our home. It damaged the drywall, paint, and who knows what else is now going to mold or how much it will cost us to repair it. They came out and claimed the roof was perfect. Well, why is it leaking? WHY ARE THEY NOT HONORING THE 20 YEAR CONTRACT WITH US? It has only been one month! They were also not laying flat. We were told they would flatten out when the weather warmed up and when they heated up they would seal together. We do not know if that is a lie or they may lay flat one day. Right now, with mostly sunny days since they were installed, they still have gaps and look horribly wavy (the opposite of flat). I understand that this is products fault, but the installation is so bad it looks like a roller coaster going up and down, leaving gaps everywhere. Actually, we were lied to multiple times. One was that they were out of receipts and would not give us any proof of the four payments when we paid them. Luckly, we have that proof because the lie was sent through a text. Then the lie already mentioned not honoring the contract because of a phone conversation that everything would be provided weeks after the whole project was completed and paid for. The biggest lie is that they would honor the warranty and contract if the roof failed and leaked! And that the roof would be inspected and approved by the County of Riverside, but is never was! We were very concerned because a bundle of tiles fell off the second story landed on our metal chair (which was destroyed). I am glad it was only tiles and the chair that was destroyed, but the problem was that they used those COMPOMISESD tiles on the roof. So, there was not one that spoke English on site that we could talk to DAMAGED tiles so we called the office and were lied too again! They lied and said they did not use the damaged tiles that fell off the roof, and the said the person who was here assured them of that. The person they said told them that WAS NOT EVEN HERE THAT DAY. The site director that they calmed they spoke to was not here that day. He spoke English so we could have just talked to him and would not have needed to call the office for help. You might say, how do I know 100% sure that the DAMAGED tiles were nailed to my new roof? Two reasons, they used every last one of the tiles that day none were hauled or thrown away. Also, because the damaged tiles were carried back up to the roof, not left down where they had fallen or added to the trash pile. It gets worse! When removing the old singles and nails, they damaged two windows. One is a huge picture window in our front living room. The tiles were hitting the window when they pushed them off the second story. We thought they were going to break it. Once again, there was no one on site that spoke English, but we did get them to stop hitting the window, but the damage was already done, there are multiple large slices in my glass window. My picture window has to be replaced and there is another whole long story about that, and more lies from the company, too. After paying over 21K for the new leaking roof we do not have 3K to fix the DAMAGED window. The tiles also hit the side of the house and left black marks all over the paint and on the cement...
