During the initial estimate, he went up on the roof to do a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the entire process to me so I knew exactly what to expect. The pricing was very fair, especially compared to other quotes I considered. I was also impressed with the speed of the project; the entire job, including painting the new fascia to match, was completed in just over a day. Freddy was incredibly professional throughout and even provided me with pictures before and after the job was completed so I could see the progress for myself. They even went above and beyond by fixing a couple of broken tiles that were discovered after the initial estimate was completed. The communication was clear, the work was professional, and they made the whole project stress-free. It's hard to find that kind of transparency and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend Freddy and the Armour Roofing team!

Because it was raining heavily he made it a point (no pun intended) to come on one of the days that it stopped raining in order that we wouldn't have more inside damage to the home. The repair was done well and efficiently. Now, unfortunately we have more roof leaks. I didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call him to have our roof repaired once again. Repairs haven't been completed yet but I have no doubt he will quickly identify the source of the leaks and repair it before the next heavy rain. I'm really glad we found this company and would recommend it to anybody and everybody. If you are local and having roofing issues I guarantee you will save thousands of dollars if you call this company. All in all, we are very happy with the service we have received and will receive from On Point roofing repair.

CONTACT Randy's First:…read more I wanted my roof inspected and ready from the rain. I had another highly rated Yelp roofer inspect my roof and provide me a quote. They were really expensive and the cost made no sense. I contacted Randy's and they immediately went to work. They found more broken tiles and did the repairs at almost 1/3 of the cost from the other company. They were really great to work, and excellent pricing. I'm a client for life.

We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. Throughout the process, the entire crew was professional, friendly, punctual, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed and provided detailed before-and-after photos so we could clearly see the repairs that had been made. If you're looking for an honest roofing company that stands behind its work and truly cares about its customers, Heritage Roofing Solutions is an excellent choice. I had a very frustrating experience with this company. While the finished roof looks good, the…read moreoverall process was a nightmare. They started my project without first obtaining the required city permit. The city eventually stopped the work because there was no permit, and the company only pulled one afterward. Another issue was the contract. They used the date they gave me the estimate instead of the actual date I signed the contract. When I tried to cancel, they told me I couldn't because they relied on the earlier date, even though it wasn't the date I signed. They also removed my swamp cooler without understanding how it worked and left a water pipe open, which left me without water for two days. My calls went unanswered until the second day. The craftsmanship itself looks good, but the lack of communication, poor project management, and the way the permitting and contract issues were handled made this a very stressful experience. I would recommend asking plenty of questions and making sure all permits and paperwork are correct before work begins.
