they showed up, i got the gutters cleaned, but they leaked a few days after they left when the first rains came. I had to call them several time to track them down in order to get them to come back. Hemet had rain this winter and water was standing around my house. Called both Rainbow Gutters and Pacific RainGutters for a quote to install gutters and downspouts. Only Pacific Raingutters responded. Tyler Smith came out to provide a free quote. Tyler was very knowledgeable about getting water away from the foundation. Tyler provided ideas besides gutters and downspouts to help us with our problem and provided a free quote on gutters to work with our cement tile roof overhang. The downspouts were installed one week after we told Tyler we would purchase them. The downspouts were immediately put to the test with 1 1/2 of rain. We didn't like how the downspouts were draining. We called Pacific RainGutters and asked to have someone take a look at them. Within the week Tyler Smith came back and spent almost 3 hours evaluating the roof and gutters. Tyler taught us a lot about our roof and how water flows off it. He did order some minor repairs on the gutters. The same professional crew came out and made the minor adjustments. The gutters now work perfectly. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They did not tear up the yard nor leave trash anywhere. They had respect for our property and for us as customers. They provided a timely, courteous service when everyone in town was looking for the same product. Wish all business/contractors were like Pacific RainGutters. Nicole in the office was helpful in working with me to setup an appoinment for a free estimate. Tyler came out for the 1st visit and his knowledge was right on. Every downspout down to the color worked. Two days later , it rained. Our drains were buried so we still had a problem. We found we needed two more extensions and he came out a week later. Got the extensions put in and adjusted our elbow above the bacck door where it was pouring down on us when it rained. We had to use an umbrealla. Excellent work. Hector and another gentleman who installed them rain gutters did an amzing job. Reasonable price, professional friendly service, good clean up, but I did find tiny metal pieces. But understandable after an all day project. They took their time and did a good job. These guys know what they're doing. I highly recommend them. I was not aware that they were gong to come early.. I didn't answer as I was in a meeting.. they ended up not coming because I didn't answer the phone for them to come early.. then I called and they were very rude.. my wife was home waiting and they just never showed up.. try someone else.. read more

Wow PRG is a great company. This is the first time I've had a contractor do work on my house, other than an A/C guy. Back in December I asked 4 companies to come out and give me estimates to install rain gutters on my house. PRG was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I finally bit the bullet and asked them to come out. First off PRG was the only company that followed up after they left the the estimate. I think this was great on their behalf, they followed up via email once and did not hound me on when I was gonna make a decision. This was a good sales method, it kept them in the back of my mind! When I set the appointment for the install, I just happened to lose the original color chart they provided with their estimate and was using another companies color chart (color was a slight bit different). This was my fault and not theirs! When it came down to the install, I took a day off work to be there to make sure everything went as planned. Although the installers were an hour late and no one called, it was not a big deal. When they arrived, the installers showed me a sample of the color I chose and it was not what I expected. The installers made a couple of calls and got the right color I wanted and finished within a couple of hours. All in all PRG is a great reliable company that has a very professional staff and the installers are all extremely professional. Sometime you have companies that come out with staff that you question, but not PRG. Great Job and keep up the good work! read more

He came out and gave estimate and I started the approval process with HOA....that is another story but bottom line is Tyler put up with several phone calls from me with HOA questioning exactly where the downspouts would go. I needed rain gutters installed on my house to protect the fascia boards and eves that I just had painted. First thing I always do is come on Yelp and look at reviews of different companies. I contacted PRG and they came out and gave me a quote on what it would cost to install rain gutters on my house. For the price they were charging me, I didn't even bother to get a 2nd or 3rd estimate. Setup a date for install and within a few weeks I had new rain gutters installed on my house. PRG matched the color of the down spouts to the stucco and the gutters to the fascia boards so they blend in tremendously. They also installed the down spout that runs down from the second story in an aesthetic manner so it looks good from the curbside. My neighbor down the street asked me for the contact information for PRG which I provided them. I also referred a friend from work to them. The entire job took the three men that came to my house less than 3 hours to complete. I would highly recommend this company! read more
