Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism this man had. If this is "man to man", imagine the level of disrespect to a female.. Backstory: Booked with Jordan on 02/12/2025 for install on 02/26/2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we notified Jordan on 02/21/2025 that we would like to cancel. Jordan proceeded to call my fiancé 10 times. He sent multiple text messages explaining that "he will be out money and we are ruining it for everyone". Frankly, my only concern is that other potential customers of his know the type of person they are giving business to. Just like he can refuse service to anyone, if we are not bound in contract, we reserve the right to cancel. Jordan, if you're concerned about being out money, maybe start requesting deposits before you purchase product. Just a tip (: read more

Jordan did an amazing job installing gutters on both the front and back of my house. He's a very hard worker who truly takes pride in his craftsmanship. I'm very happy with the rain gutters Jordan installed. He is a hard worker and takes pride in his work. He installed the flat front gutters on the front and back of my house. I checked them during this past heavy rain and they are working perfectly. He stays busy at times so be patient with schedules. It's pretty much impossible to get anyone to come out and do any kind of work anymore. I needed my gutters cleaned, but anyone I contacted would only agree to clean if I hand leaf guards installed. I don't need leaf guards. Jordan came out, cleaned my gutters, and added an additional downspout the same day. This is what we need more of - good customer service and a job well done. People in California are working themselves out of a job, and then they wonder why. read more

Jordan was professional, friendly, well-priced and efficient. We had another company give us a quote and then give up on our slanted eaves the day of install. We got in contact with Jordan and he had us scheduled and the job completed within a few weeks. He also kindly changed the design of our downspouts when we realized we'd made a design mistake-- he came back to install rain chains and it all looks so great! Highly recommend!! read more

Too expensive... I had it done somewhere else for $500 less!!!!!! They wouldn't give any discounts... Probably because they knew it was pouring rain and I needed it! read more

Jordan did a great job installing the rain gutters and downspouts. He has a good eye for color, closely matching an available color of the gutter with my trim. I only have to paint the downspout to match the house color. His communication was excellent, always keeping me informed about the status. His quote was very competitive and he did the work promptly. He customized the downspouts so they wrapped underneath the eaves and provided a good look to fit the house. I highly recommend Robledo. read more

Gutters and rain chains working exactly how they should. I didn't want regular downspouts on the main level and Jordan allowed me to provide my own simple chains and he installed. Overall everything looks great and functions even better! Can barely tell there are gutters which is exactly what I envisioned. Thanks for the great price and prompt service! read more

Jordan is not dependable, doesn't show up for scheduled appts to provide quotes. Definitely not on Mondays. We had 2 appts scheduled for Monday. He did not show for either, and then said Mondays are not good for him. I texted him to reschedule for 9am the next day. Then at 905, texts he'll be here at 10. When I finally say no thanks. He seems glad because a $5-600 job is not worth his time. Wow, then he thinks I'm elderly with memory issues, sad! I was never told Robledo's Rain Gutters does not provide repair estimates to tenants so they can get approval for the work from the homeowner or he wouldn't have scheduled 3 appts with me that he did not show up for! Consumers it's your choice who you choose for your gutter repair and maintenance too. read more

I found Robledo Rain Gutters on Yelp. I put out a request and he was the first to respond. I provided a picture of the area that needed the new gutter. He was able to bid the job from the photo! His price was very reasonable. But more importantly his work was beautiful and professional. I highly recommend him for all rain gutter work . read more

I called Jordan to come out and take a look. Initially didn't hear back from him but he messaged back three days later saying he was sick so he come out. He came out two days later, looked at the work and provided me a quote on the spot. I had two rain gutters in the back that became loose and misaligned due to strong winds. The price was fair so I told him go ahead. He was able to get the job done and even tuned up the remaining gutters at no charge. Thanks Jordan! read more

We have been needing rain gutters for many years, I've been holding off because I didn't think it was that important...until this last rain. Areas near our house were flooding and and that is bad for the house and stucco, not to mentioned our succulents almost died from too much water. Jordan came fast, and made our custom rain gutters in less than 3 hours. We are very happy - he made it an easy choice, he is skilled and on top of his job. Thanks again Jordan!!! Lisa read more

I would advise caution when considering this company. Jordan's level of professionalism is disappointing, and he has demonstrated a lack of reliability. Despite numerous attempts to reschedule for him to correct some mistakes, he consistently sets up the appointment and then cancels. The problems include downspouts that are not properly connected, spray paint on the fascia, and downspouts installed in incorrect locations. When I requested him to relocate the downspout to the back of the house (where it should have been installed due to his error), he wants to charge me as it is considered a new work order. Moreover, I have to replace the new roof tiles! Since I gave negative feedback, my warranty has been nullified. I would advise against hiring Jordan due to his lack of professionalism. read more

We had just finished major exterior work on our cabin. We wanted to have the rain gutters installed quickly before the rain and snow came. Robledo's Gutters came out and gave us a very fair estimate. We decided to take his bid and we are so glad we did! We had used another company on our primary resident and it was a disaster. The gutters were bent, crooked, and installed incorrectly. So when it came to our cabin we already knew from experience what we didn't want. Robledo's Gutters did an incredible job. Everything aligned perfectly! All the gutters are straight and installed correctly. They did a fantastic job on an old cabin. They were polite, clean, and precise. I liked them so much I hired them to do our duplex as well. read more

Step by step, we're continuing our renovation on our 1916 bungalow. We saw the need to add rain gutters to protect our new smooth stucco texture and most importantly and ultimately our foundation. We are extremely happy with our experience with Robledo's Rain Gutters. Jordan was quick to respond. He came out and gave an estimate and detailed what it was that he was going to do. Jordan came back out a couple of days later and installed four rain gutters. His work was clean and everything turned out great. Jordan was personable and professional and knew what he doing.
