Despite numerous attempts to reschedule for him to correct some mistakes, he consistently sets up the appointment and then cancels. The problems include downspouts that are not properly connected, spray paint on the fascia, and downspouts installed in incorrect locations. When I requested him to relocate the downspout to the back of the house (where it should have been installed due to his error), he wants to charge me as it is considered a new work order. Moreover, I have to replace the new roof tiles! Since I gave negative feedback, my warranty has been nullified. I would advise against hiring Jordan due to his lack of professionalism. read more
