Jose arrived on Saturday afternoon with a big smile and gentle spirit to assess our roof and within an hour of leaving we had email correspondence from him re: the job, cost and what we could expect to receive from the company. We were booked to have the job done before the following Monday as well. Jose confirmed the eta the day before the job was to begin and when I say they were there prompt, right at 0700!!! Jose not only answered my countless questions leading up to our first "meet and greet" but through job completion. This company truly goes beyond what one should expect, not only did they replace the dry wood /rot areas and lay out new felt paper, replace broken tiles and do a great clean up job BUT they handled unexpected issues that arose as well. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area.
