WOW, I reached out on a Sunday, got a text about ten minutes later with a general quote, I agreed thinking we would setup a time in the future, they came back and said they could be out in 30 minutes, showed up and knocked out all the repairs in an hour. I would this is not normal but what they try to do when they can if everything lines up. Basically some of the best service I have seen in a while.
