We recently hired NEMA Roofing Solutions to work on our tile roof, and I can confidently say this…read morewas one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Originally, we contacted them hoping to do a spot repair. What really impressed me was that Adam and his team refused to do it. They explained clearly that a spot repair would not be a real solution and would likely fail again. They could have easily taken our money, but instead they were honest and upfront about what actually made sense long term. That level of integrity is rare and immediately set them apart After walking us through the condition of our roof, they recommended replacing the entire section. At first, it felt like a bigger decision, but once everything was explained, it made complete sense. The tile roof was over 30 years old, and doing the job correctly meant addressing the full area rather than applying a temporary fix. We moved forward with their recommendations and are very glad we did.. It's also worth mentioning that NEMA Roofing Solutions is not the cheapest option and that's actually a good thing. You truly get what you pay for. You're paying for experiences, proper advice, quality materials, skilled workmanship, and a company that stands behind what they do. They focus on doing the job right, not cutting corners or offering quick fixes that don't last. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of our property, and the job site was kept clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Adam was always available to answer questions and explain the processes , which made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. The finished roof looks great, and we also received a full warranty, which gave us peace of mind knowing the work is properly backed. Based on our experience, it's easy to see why NEMA Roofing Solutions has such a strong reputation. If you're looking for a roofing company that values honesty, quality, and long term solutions over cheap pricing, I highly recommend NEMA Roofing Solutions. We're extremely happyy with the result and would absolutely use them again!!!

They have been organized, on time, on schedule, and professional throughout. We initially got approximately 7 quotes for our roof but went with Roman's as they are a family business that seem to share our family's values. Throughout the process, the owner (Abraham) has been on site reviewing the work, and they have been in contact with the city on our behalf regarding permits and all the red tape. I can't say enough how impressive this company has been, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacement and/or repairs. Hire them and you will have a ton of peace of mind.

5-Star Review for LVM Roofing…read more Lorenzo at LVM Roofing is truly 5-star quality service. From the very beginning, when we contacted him for our first roof repair on one of our properties, he was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He even climbed into the ducts to track down where the leaks were coming from inside the house before heading up to the roof. He took detailed pictures and explained everything thoroughly, step by step. He was the first contractor to inspect our roof, and he set the bar incredibly high. After two other companies came out, it was clear that Lorenzo was a cut above the rest. His customer service was outstanding, and honestly, there was no way I wanted to work with anyone else after meeting him. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive. I was blown away that a full roof replacement could be done with such reasonable costs. Just this past weekend, he also did repairs on another one of our properties, again, super professional. He even schedules small repairs on weekends to make sure his clients are taken care of. His communication is excellent; he responds personally by text and keeps you updated every step of the way. His team works efficiently, and the whole process feels seamless. If you need any roofing services, call Lorenzo at LVM Roofing. He is hands down the best in the IE.

I had an appointment with him to see why my roof was leaking near my skylights -- right on top of my bed, mind you. :( Lorenzo was always prompt in calling me back and texting me. He was also on time for our appointment, which is rare these days. Very courteous and professional. You can tell this guy cares -- another rarity in today's world. Even my kitty cat liked him. My kitty usually hides when someone new is in the house, but she went right up to him and gave him hugs and kisses. And I KNOW she senses things we humans can't. Lorenzo went up on top of my roof and assessed the situation. Beware: there are plenty of businesses that give you quotes from photos only, then charge you way more when it's time to do the job. Lorenzo gave me a full written assessment and explanation of the situation and what exactly needs to be done, with parts, costs, and total time for completion. Forever grateful for people like Lorenzo and honest businesses like his.

Real estate transactions must be handled in a timely manner, and, during the holidays, everything grinds to a halt. It was Howard and Sons who saved the day! Darryl Kelly met me at the house on fairly short notice. He was on time, intelligent, knowledgeable, and very personable. There was an odd, discontinued roof on the home that baffled even the home inspector, and Darryl identified it immediately. Even better, he delivered a roofing inspection, three estimates for different roofs, and aerial shots of the property to show us exactly what we were dealing with, in two days! Darryl provided us with excellent information, prompt, friendly service, and was just really enjoyable to work with. 100% will call Howard and Sons the next time I need a roofer.

I accepted the estimate and never heard back from anyone. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service and was repeatedly told I needed to speak with the representative who visited my home. Since I had no way to contact him directly, I waited for a callback as instructed, but no one ever followed up. I tried again in May to schedule the repairs and was given the same response. Now no one is answering the phone at all. Very unprofessional experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm not related to anyone at the company, nor did I know them prior to this project. However, several friends that are realtors and a very good friend who's a contractor regularly work with highly recommended them. After getting multiple estimates, I found that Hovey Roofing's quote was about half the price of the highest estimate (seriously) which was approximately 30K more. Their pricing is exceptional, and the quality of their work is impeccable. I consider myself a very particular homeowner who values cleanliness and organization, I couldn't be more satisfied. I give Hovey Roofing a triple diamond five-star rating and am truly grateful for the experience. They cleaned up after each day, were super polite and respectful, and the owner Glen checked in regularly. The best way I can describe the experience is old school attention to detail and craftsmanship combined with modern day efficiency.

I finally bit the bullet and had a second new roof installed on our Redlands house. Glen Hovey,…read morethe owner of Hovey Roofing, came out to answer our questions and look at different colors of asphalt tiles. We received and accepted a fair estimate, and seven months later our new roof was installed. The roofing company was backed up with prior orders. To the contractor's credit, no price increase was sought for what must have been increased supply and installation costs by then. The new roof looks great, and was professionally installed. The only problem was somewhat sloppy maintenance after the installation was completed. For weeks afterward Diane and I found roofer's nails and other debris on our back patio and adjacent lawns. Then five loose nails blew from the roof and were ultimately found on the floor of our swimming pool, leaving 23 rust stains as our pool sweep moved the nails around the pool bottom while we were gone for a week. I and a magnet pulled nails out of the pool, but Diane and I had to hire a pool service company to remove the rust stains. Still, we are pleased with the look and quality of workmanship of our new roof.

I initially contacted a competing roofing company to assess a leak in the air vent in my ceiling…read more It drips water every heavy rain. A young man came out with a drone and flew it over my house. I was initially impressed at the process, and the identified issues with my roof. I thought he'd climb up there to check it out, but he seemed to have it all worked out. He said I'd get a quote emailed to me, but after waiting a couple weeks, it never came. This brought me to Alpha Roofing. I scheduled an estimate, where I met Mario. The disrespect I felt with him flaunting his dodger hat to a deeply rooted Yankee home!!! yes, I proudly wore my Yankee hat as he and I bantered back-and-forth. We instantly hit it off. Mario is a personable and friendly guy, I felt comfortable with him. He came into my home to see the source of the leak and asked for access to my attic. He grabbed a ladder and climbed onto my roof first. I questioned him not having a drone and he told me he did, but for initial estimates, he needed to walk my roof to see what was going on. Once on my roof, he quickly identified everything the other roofing company mentioned and so much more. He found the source of my leak. The drone was great, but would never have caught the tiny holes left in my roof from removing solar pool panels. That gave me an Oh *hit moment! I quickly got an estimate and asked how soon the repairs could be done, as rain was approaching. Unfortunately, he told me it would take a couple of weeks. I braced for that. Next, there's Elsie. I was out with my granddaughters one day and kept getting a phone call from a number I didn't recognize. I get so many spam calls, I never answer my phone if I don't recognize the number, but Elsie was persistent. She probably called my phone five times. I finally answered and she apologized profusely for blowing up my phone, but was able to schedule me the next day for repairs. I was over the moon! I thanked her so much for her persistence!!!!! Finally, there's Jacob, Jonathan, and Gesar. What an amazing group of young men! They showed up bright and early, and ready to work. They were equally friendly and personable. Fun facts...Jacob is Mario's son. He too showed up in a dodger hat, which I had to express my dissatisfaction and told him it would reflect in his review, lol. Johnathan is a US Marine veteran, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!! And Gesar "G", is the silent assassin. He didn't talk, but he was hard-working. Their work was quick, efficient, neat, and done right. Once finished, I was shown pictures of all of the problem areas, and progress photos showing their work up to completion, with in-depth explanations. Everything was done just in time for the big storm, and guess what? No more leak! Oh, and by the way... Mario's quote was less than half of the first roofing company who missed the source of the leak. My neighbor had a major issue with their roof during this last storm, and I was happy to refer Mario to them. He showed up promptly and put a tarp on their roof, pending clear weather to do repairs. He is truly an honest and hard working guy. What a lifesaver!

I had the unfortunate experience of falling into a trap of a cheap quote to do my roof by fly by night operators from outside home depot. To my horror they ripped open my roof exposing my house to the bones, suddenly realized that my roof was way more complicated than they expected (with old wooden structure underneath the shingles) and they just took off and disappeared, of course along with my advance money too. I was all in a state of panic due to my open roof and frantically reached out to google to google roofers. Up came Team All Star - i made a call late evening and pleaded it was urgent. From there on that was the best call i have ever made in my life for an all purpose contractor. Larry returned my call almost instantaneously after reading the urgent message. I explained to Larry what had happened and since this was the fist time i was ever doing a roof was in a state of panic. Larry was calm and told me that from there on it was his problem and assured me nothing would happen to my house. From there on it was an amazing experience - Larry showed up first thing next morning and had already used satellite technology to map out my roof and had a quote ready all inclusive. He took time in explaining the process and timelines all the while assuring me that he would take care of the problem. From there, Larry's project manager Geremy took over and the work went as explained on the timelines explained and as assured my house was well taken care of. Geremy supervised the whole show - organized the demo team who were extremely courteous, professional and amazing. They demo'd my roof and then cleaned my place cleaner than it was even before they started taking care of all the trash left behind by the previous rogues. From there the material was delivered, crews showed up and completed the work in record time under a week. Since this was the first time i was doing a roof and with my house exposed, i was in a state of panic and texted Geremy and Larry many times. I was amazed at the courtesy, care and prompt response from both of them always re-assuring me and putting me at ease at every moment all the while understanding that i was a concerned home owner. They responded professionally to every text and ensured Geremy dropped over the next day to ensure all was on track. My roof is now complete in record time and it is an amazing job so well done that my neighbors have been commenting that the house looks like new. Team all star has won my confidence and any business i may ever have for life. I strongly recommend Larry and Geremy and you will not ever regret selecting them for your work.
