Having family in the contracting business, I drew from their knowledge and made the best decision I could when choosing a contractor for this roof. After receiving many bids and speaking with multiple roofers, I decided to go with Sergio and Sunset Roofing, and I am very glad I did. He kept his word on everything and not only met expectations but over-delivered on what was agreed upon. I'll leave out the extra details, but Sergio is a stand-up guy who truly took care of my home. It's clear that Sergio wants the best reputation possible for his company and is putting in the work to make that happen. He and his crew met all timelines, including pulling permits and completing city inspections. They were always prompt, arrived exactly when they said they would, worked the hours they committed to, and completed everything in four days. They left my property very clean. The crew spent significant time picking up and left the place looking great. They also painted all the fascia boards. His crew is friendly and hardworking. I would absolutely recommend Sergio and Sunset Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement. Thank you, Sunset Roofing.

I contacted Rich, from the start he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had very competitive pricing (better than other quotes I got). The roof repair was completed on time and Rich handled the permits too with the city, made it easy for us and we would get updates from city, via email. (permits are only required for larger scale jobs). And I appreciated that any time I had questions before or during the roof repair project, I could contact Rich by phone or text, and he would respond in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Roof Pros if you need roof repair, fixes or even just to check as preventative maintenance for your home.

Wow ! What can I say....lets start from the beginning…read more My grandma's roof was leaking, and since she lives far from me, I searched Yelp for the top-rated roofing companies. This company stood out with great reviews, and now I know why! I spoke with Francisco, who came out the same day, inspected everything, and sent me a full report with photos. His quote was the best among several I received, but what really impressed me was how thoughtful and knowledgeable he was--he offered ideas and insights that no one else mentioned. Throughout the entire project, Francisco kept his word--showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly, and kept me constantly updated with pictures and texts since I couldn't be there in person. The roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the care he showed for my grandmother's home. If you're looking for an honest, responsive, and reliable roofer, don't waste your time searching--go with Francisco and his crew!

The work was done very professionally, and these people work hard in the heat! Hopefully I don't need their service again anytime soon, but if I do (knock on wood) I would go with these guys again. The only complaint I have is the cleaning process, I walked the driveway and found at least 6 nails/ screws that are hard to miss, and could have punctured our car tires. Anyway it was a very hot day and I'm sure they are beyond tired at that point so not a huge deal to me.

I had an appointment with him to see why my roof was leaking near my skylights -- right on top of my bed, mind you. :( Lorenzo was always prompt in calling me back and texting me. He was also on time for our appointment, which is rare these days. Very courteous and professional. You can tell this guy cares -- another rarity in today's world. Even my kitty cat liked him. My kitty usually hides when someone new is in the house, but she went right up to him and gave him hugs and kisses. And I KNOW she senses things we humans can't. Lorenzo went up on top of my roof and assessed the situation. Beware: there are plenty of businesses that give you quotes from photos only, then charge you way more when it's time to do the job. Lorenzo gave me a full written assessment and explanation of the situation and what exactly needs to be done, with parts, costs, and total time for completion. Forever grateful for people like Lorenzo and honest businesses like his.

5-Star Review for LVM Roofing…read more Lorenzo at LVM Roofing is truly 5-star quality service. From the very beginning, when we contacted him for our first roof repair on one of our properties, he was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He even climbed into the ducts to track down where the leaks were coming from inside the house before heading up to the roof. He took detailed pictures and explained everything thoroughly, step by step. He was the first contractor to inspect our roof, and he set the bar incredibly high. After two other companies came out, it was clear that Lorenzo was a cut above the rest. His customer service was outstanding, and honestly, there was no way I wanted to work with anyone else after meeting him. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive. I was blown away that a full roof replacement could be done with such reasonable costs. Just this past weekend, he also did repairs on another one of our properties, again, super professional. He even schedules small repairs on weekends to make sure his clients are taken care of. His communication is excellent; he responds personally by text and keeps you updated every step of the way. His team works efficiently, and the whole process feels seamless. If you need any roofing services, call Lorenzo at LVM Roofing. He is hands down the best in the IE.

I received quotes from 6 different businesses, but Competition Roofing stood out as the best. From the initial quote, Kyle, the owner, walked me through their whole process. I had a few flashing issues that was making a badly installed window leak and he made certain that they would be addressed during the re-roof. Their pricing came out second lowest of the 6 companies I received quotes from. However, Kyle's communication and praise from other reputable contractors convinced me to roll with them. I wanted the roof done correctly, not necessarily for the lowest dollar amount. Once I signed on, Kyle was there throughout the entire process. He took care of permitting, informed me of when inspectors would show up, and even called to ask if I would like to be moved up on the schedule. I was impressed--I rarely come across contractors that are great communicators. Our new roof took 4 days. Kyle laid out exactly what would happen during each day. He was onsite during the tearoff and walked me through any small issues he saw, such as a few pieces of rotted plywood. The crew Kyle worked with was excellent. Each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and even took in my trash cans on garbage day! What kind of contractors go above and beyond like that? On their final day, one of the workers proudly showed me a video of the roof. I love it when people take such pride in their jobs. After installation, Kyle returned to do a full walk around with me to make sure all of the issues we had previously discussed in the quote were addressed (they were!). Overall, I cannot recommend Competition Roofing highly enough. They are true professionals in their communication, execution, and operations (yes, they are licensed and insured!). There were no pressure tactics, no mysterious charges, and no issues throughout the whole process. I can only hope that I find other companies that are as professional and skilled as they are when my next home project comes around.
