Excellent customer service from initial phone call to inspection and repair. Very impressed. Very impressed. Called on Saturday afternoon. Scheduled inspection for 1:00 Sunday. Argo arrived sharply at 1:00. We walked to damaged eaves, where tree branches were hitting the roof in the wind. We then walked inside to view the water damage. 5 feet from the exterior wall. I have a tiled roof. Argo immediately said he thinks he understood the issue and could remedy the issue, but had to inspect the roof. Argo was on the tiled roof and said he could identify where the leak was coming from. He took photos showing where the tiles had shifted and left a gap allowing water to seep under the tile. He repositioned and secured the two or three misaligned tiles. He was on the roof for 5 minutes. No charge. I am still impressed with his honesty and demeanor. He made my Christmas the best Christmas ever. It's going to rain on Tuesday for 4 days and end the day after Christmas. Now I can have a peaceful Christmas not worrying about a roof leaking. We can highly recommend Sandoval Roofing. We made a call to Sandoval and within a few hours a trained roofing specialist arrived at our home to inspect our roof. He immediately got up on our roof, took photos of all problem areas, and within 30 minutes gave us an opinion and reasonable estimate of what repairs were needed to fix our leaky roof problem. His cost estimate was a lot more reasonable than the other estimates we had received. A few days later we scheduled the repairs to begin. When the work crew arrived they were on time, professional and friendly. They had already reviewed the needed work, so they wasted no time in getting immediately to work making repairs. It didn't even take them the scheduled two days. Everything was repaired including replacing old, damaged plywood, broken tiles, and installing new metal flashings. They did more than we expected at no additional cost. They even did a great job cleaning up all the old trash and debris. These guys really know their stuff and understand roofs. If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars I would. Argo from Sandoval roofing came out and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After getting a few more quotes, we decided to go with Sandoval roofing to completely redo our roof and patio (new sheathing, paper, and tiles). We decided to go with them because they were quick to respond through call and text (even late at night), gave a good price, are licensed and bonded through CSLB, and have roofers with 25+ years experience (their roofer Francisco was awesome) They were able to start within a week of giving the quote, and finished the whole job in 4 days. The two bosses were on site to overview the job which I appreciated as well. Overall I could not be happier with this company. With all the bad contractors there are now a days it's hard to find someone who does quality work at a good price, but Sandoval roofing did so. I recommend Sandoval Roofing. After I contacted them on Yelp, they responded very quickly and promptly scheduled an evaluation. Argo, the manager, was very sincere. He answered all my questions, and even though my English is not very good, he was very patient. Once we decided to go with them, the project progressed faster than we expected. After removing the existing roof, Argo informed me that 75% of the wood needed to be replaced, which required me to increase my budget by several thousand dollars. I agreed but asked them to ensure that 75% of the wood would indeed be replaced as promised. However, since the workers installed the new materials without taking photos of the replaced wood, I did not receive any photographic proof of which wood was replaced. This was the only part I was not completely satisfied with. Everything else went smoothly. Argo helped paint the replaced wood and allowed me to delay the final payment by two days when I had an issue with my credit card. read more
