We just used Reinmanpro to get bird proofing installed on our roof and solar panels. We've had them for about a year, and the last few months, pidgeons have been driving us crazy. It's always scary having someone come to do work on your house, but our Reinmanpro team were amazing the whole way through. I called on 6/25 to book an inspection, and they were able to come out a week later to get us set up with a quote. Mark came out to help us and I knew we were in good hands! He was super thorough, answered our questions, and even brought something up we hadn't thought about: our HOA! This felt like a no brainer for us because it was to protect our home, but he was totally right, we did need to go through our HOA approval process. The HOA was the slowest part of the experience. In anticipation for that, Mark provided us with 2 quotes Mark kindly checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything else from him and the team. When we FINALLY got approval from the HOA, I contacted Mark (7/20) and he was able to get in touch with the team for us to get installation services THE SAME WEEK!!! This team is amazing. For installation, we had Armando & Robert, again, both super professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We wanted to make sure that our garage was open for them so that they had a staging area if they needed it, and make sure that they had access to a bathroom, but we also have two very curious kitties. We gave them a heads-up, and they were both very understanding, accommodating, and careful when they came inside. Installation took ~4 hours (which is so much faster than I thought it was going to be), and the results already look beautiful. In addition to the bird proofing, the team cleaned our solar panels (I had no idea they would be that dusty after just 1 year). We are absolutely getting on there annual plan for solar panel cleaning, which is a huge relief for us because I know that this team will take care of our house like it was their own. So glad we found you Reinmanpro team! read more

We had a wonderful experience with ReinmanPro, getting bird-proofing (both netting and spikes) installed on the roof of our 3-story home to protect our solar panels and rooftop. All of the staff were considerate and communicative. We were able to get scheduled for a quote within a week of calling, and when Mark came out to do a walkthrough, he was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. Because we live in a neighborhood with an HoA, it took us a while to get permission to do the installation, and ReinmanPro was polite & patient about checking in with us without being pushy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided us with quotes for both "just netting" and "netting + spikes", so that we were prepared regardless of what the HoA determined was allowed. Thankfully we were able to do the full install, rather than a partial. Installation was scheduled quickly, for the same week that we accepted a quote. The day-of installation was quick and easy, taking only about 4 hours. Armando and Robert did a fantastic job, treating both us and our home with respect. In addition to the bird-proofing device installation, they also washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters, and did a full clean-up of the worksite. They gave us a ton of before and after pictures from every angle, so we could see exactly what work was completed. Overall, ReinmanPro did great work, and we are planning to have them back once a year for solar panel cleaning. I'd like to give a big thank you to Mark, Armando, and Robert! read more

I am so appreciative and grateful to have come across this company! Mark did an absolutely excellent job helping us with our bird problem. He is extremely polite, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He even worked us into his schedule on a Sunday, which we really appreciated. Mark was very thorough and actually found an area we didn't even know birds had been hiding in. He explained everything clearly, stayed positive, and kept a smile on his face the whole time. He also made sure to clean up after he was done, which I really appreciated. He truly went above and beyond, and I have several neighbors who are very happy and say the same thing! It was truly a pleasure meeting him, and we're so happy we called this company to get this resolved. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pigeons or bird issues. They deserve all the business they can get!!! read more

I just had Reinmanpro come and service my solar panels for a cleaning. Their response time was quick and they were on my property by the next day of quoting me. They did an amazing job and highly recommend them. They took before and after pictures which was great to see the difference of how dirty the panels were and how clean they looked after. Reinmanpro - Our dirty windows now looks brand new! - Pressure Washers Near Me - Banning, California

Getting a quote and booking was easy! Pricing was reasonable! (Other quotes from other companies were not realistic.) The guys came early which is better than late! I appreciated that they thought of our neighbors on our side yard as the power washer would spray into their side yard, so with neighbors approval they did a courtesy clean of their side yard. The guys were very professional and the company sent pics of the cleaning and bird proofing after the job was complete. The only thing I wish was that I knew an estimated time of how long the service would take. Highly recommended if you're having pigeons declaring the underside of your solar panels home. read more

I hired them to clean my gutters. They did a pre inspection and said they were packed to the top with dirt and had to be scraped out. My ring camera captured mark using his garden hose running over top. The office then told me it was too packed to scrape. So he hand picked this packed dirt. This was a con job. Do not use them. The Reinmanpro team came over to bird proof my solar panels because the company before them did a horrible job and birds were still nesting under my panels. I have some spanish style tiles so they had to retro fit the bird guard to the shape of the tiles so birds can't crawl underneath the panels.I had a pleasure to meet Mark who is very friendly and a motivated professional. He always showed up on time and very communicative. You need to give this company a try and won't be disappointed with the quality of work they do. read more

Martin and Mark did an excellent job cleaning our windows. They arrived on time and after a friendly introduction went straight to work. Our home was built in the 1940's and has nice old windows. Mark and Martin appreciated the quality and were careful to handle them with care. I am not sure how long it has been since the windows were cleaned but we have owned the house for 1 1/2 years and the outside windows have not been cleaned in that time. They were filthy but now we are able to see clearly through them and feel our homes cleanliness and views have improved 100%. Martin and Mark work efficiently and with skill. I highly recommend their service and if you are lucky enough to get Martin and Mark you are lucky! read more

I hired Reinmanpro for solar panel and window cleaning. I would describe the service I received as punctual, excellent customer service, very thorough, and does it all with great pride. You can tell he cares about the quality of the work he does. I didn't realize how important it was to keep our solar panels cleaned. We live in a new construction area and we hadn't cleaned the dust, dirt, and rain from our panels since we moved in, which was a little over a year ago. I started to notice about a 10-15% drop in the total energy production because the solar panels were so dirty. We hired Reinmanpro to clean them and our power output and happy the energy production is back to normal. I'll definitely hire again to keep everything maintained. I also hired Reinmanpro to clean our exterior windows on the first and second floors. I didn't want to have to deal with getting on the roof to clean the hard to reach areas. He brought all his equipment to get it done right. Our windows look brand new. Now the windows look so clear you can't tell they are there. Very happy with the service! read more

I have found my window cleaner professional! So glad I contacted Rein he was so kind and professional on the phone. He was able to come to my home 30 minutes after we spoke for a free quote. I'm super picky about things being clean. I look at every detail. Rein arrived when he said he would arrive and even squeezed me in on short notice because I really wanted windows cleaned before I went into labor. He worked very hard and exceeded my expectations we had a a lot of bird poop stuck on every single window of my two story home. I can't recommend Reinmanpro enough! A week later and my windows still are amazing after dust and rain. So happy I have a professional I trust with my new home. read more

Excellent company with excellent service. I needed my solar panels cleaned because they were so caked with dirt and I actually noticed on my app they were generating less than usual. I contacted this company and they immediately responded and set me up with an appointment. They were professional and super nice and they made sure to be extra careful with my roof tiles and my whole house rain gutters. Fair pricing and good service are hard to find these days and my solar panels are back up to 100% efficiency. Thank you Reinman Pro! I highly reccommend. read more
