It looks like previously, we had our bird guard lazily put up with huge gaps that did not keep the pigeons away. We agreed to not only solar panel cleaning, but also redoing the bird proofing. I gotta say, I love the transparency and the quality of their work. Curtis was super kind to my wife and explained everything to her. He would show updates through video and pictures so you're always updated on what's happening. They were so nice to even provide a "neighborly discount" for the solar panel cleaning, since we decided to get the bird proof done. For the value, I would say go with it. Don't go with really cheap bird proofing because that really came to bite us at the end. The cost was very reasonable. Trust me, these guys know whats up.

He was very communicative and flexible with scheduling. He showed up on time and was very professional and informative. After answering my questions, he got straight to work, and finished in a timely manner. I really appreciate the before and after pictures, as well as offering reminder texts when it's time for the next cleaning. He also offers bird netting to protect your panels, and he offered a very generous bundle price if we decided to add on the bird netting during our next cleaning. Overall, Terry was professional, communicative, straight to the point, and it's obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!
