Dutch Touch cleaned my windows for my house that I was getting ready to sell. I haven't had my windows cleaned the entire 3 years I've lived in this house, and I've never seen them look as good as they do now. Awesome work and much appreciated. Would definitely use this company again. read more

We've depended on Dutch Touch for years to keep our windows clean and sparkling. Dependable, professional service with excellent results. Love walking into the rooms that are now lighter and brighter thanks to Dutch Touch. Very reasonable price for a stellar job! read more

The company reached out to me, sincerely apologized, and offered to come back and redo the windows, including thoroughly cleaning the windowsills. Having worked in customer service myself, I've always believed that you shouldn't judge a company only by how well they perform, but also by how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. Sometimes, how a company makes things right is even more important. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, and I now highly recommend them. read more

They were very thorough and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will have them back next year.

We had Jordan and Alex come out to clean our windows, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They showed up on time, were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. We have over 25 windows, including several that are more than 20 feet high inside the home--and they handled it all with no problem. The price they quoted was the price we paid--no surprises, no upselling, just straightforward service. They vacuumed the window tracks, washed all the screens, and did a thorough job cleaning every pane of glass. Throughout the job, they checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the progress, which we really appreciated. They worked efficiently and carefully, and the whole place looks amazing now. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and we absolutely recommend their service. Great experience all around. read more

Dutch Touch Window Cleaning - Window Washing Near Me - Calimesa, California

I have been a loyal customer for years and have normally had good to great service with getting my windows and solar panels cleaned. Regrettably, the two services have been less than great. Windows and solar panel cleaning on June 5 of 23 and my 4 bedroom screens were blasted and left with holes in them by too much pressure while cleaning them. I did not notice it for a few weeks until I went to open one of my windows and thought better of it. Meanwhile, I had the guys out this June 19th 24 and somehow had a problem with my two back slider windows just not drying properly and spotted. I was unable to get good photos but reached out to Matt and expressed my concern. He promised he would make it a point to be at my next cleaning to insure all went well. Recently to my surprise, one of the bedroom screens fell off...what the heck and never had that happen before. Thankfully we had a contractor here working on our sprinkler system and he was able to get the screen fixed and reinstall. Then he looked at the screen next to it and some of the other ones and ALL the screens that were recently cleaned are installed backwards. I have left a couple of messages for Matt as well as an e-mail to the owner John and have heard NOTHING back. Very disappointed... read more

We have always cleaned our own glass, but as we have gotten older it has become more of a challenge. Our home includes a back fence made up of glass panels. We recently hired Dutch Touch to wash our home windows and also to wash and remove many built-up hard water mineral deposits from our back fence panels. Victor from Dutch Touch came out to our home and made short work of our home's windows. He cleaned them so well it looked as if the glass was missing! He went to work on the mineral deposits on the fence panels and was able to completely remove these deposits and clean the entire fence spotlessly! Victor was a gentleman and an absolute professional. I cannot more strongly recommend Dutch Touch if you need any kind of very reliable and dependable glass cleaning in your home. They are the best and they were also priced lower than any of their competitors' estimate. A great value for our expenditure! read more

Sparking clean windows after Dutch touch technicians did their thing! Inside, outside screens & tracks.... 2 young men showed up with all their own equipment, dressed professionally ready to work... I was on a very tight schedule so I made sure everything was out of their way.... blinds up, counter cleared off, etc... they came in told me what and how they work, one outside doing screens, one inside vacuuming & cleaning tracks. Then the washing begins inside & out at the same time.... to make sure they get all the spots... They use a spot free formula so not a lot of drying involved everything is pretty much air dried and believe me I checked for spots. The only issue I had was they were running a little late I had to call to find out where they were because of my other commitments. She assured me they would be in & out so I could still make my own appointment and I did. Friendly & Efficient crew! read more

I have had Dutch Touch clean the windows on my mountain home for nearly 3 years and shame on me for not writing a review until now. They are professional, reliable (they always show up when they say they will) and best ... they do a fantastic job on every single window of my three story house on a hill. Alex and Ricardo were out this last week and they were meticulous, polite and nice guys. I cannot recommend this company enough - from it's hiring and training and the front line people like Alex and Ricardo and the very nice woman who set up my appointment.! read more

One of the best window cleaning experiences I've received in a long time! I'm totally serious!!! Tyler and his crew were extremely efficient and fast in cleaning all my windows, 2 sliding doors and difficult to reach windows. He also water pressured a small area of outside pavers at no extra cost. Plus, there were a few pitted marks on my front windows that he treated that improved the clarity of the window panes a great deal. Above it all, strong customer service, friendliness and addressing concerns ranked very high. A very professional and overall high quality of service. read more

Update: Thank you Jon for sending Matt and Jeremy to save the day! Matt and Jeremy were awesome! They earned the 5 star rating. They were very professional and quickly identified the problem. They confirmed that I do not have tinted windows "There is also tint on some of the windows that is aged and not looking perfect as well." But also that the job was not done to standards the first time. Matt and Jeremy immediately got to work to make things right. Thank you The two gentlemen came early and were nice and professional. However, they do a basic soap and water spray on and wipe off only! Some of the windows are still not clean as they said it would be a lot more money to have the water spots and dirt removed! Lime away in the soap mix and/or steel wool would easily clean them. For $200 I expected to have sparkling clean windows but I don't and after spending all that money I have to do it myself! Very Disappointing read more

I've used dutch touch in the past, and they were amazing!!! This time left something to be desired. The windows were clean, but a few of the windows had drip marks on them after they were done, and some of the tracks were only partially cleaned. The screens didn't seem as clean as they had been in the past, I wondered if they just rinsed the screens and didn't use any cleaner on them. Maybe this was a new crew, or just an off day. Not awful, but not amazing like they have been in the past. read more

After the storm of the century, my windows needed help. These guys came on time, were polite and professional and when they finished the job, my windows never looked better. If I could give them a 10 I would! Michael and Jeremy went above and beyond for us today. They were very professional, prompt and got a huge job done. They represent Dutch Touch is such a positive light and deserve a raise!! Such nice guys. They cleaned our windows inside and out, cleaned the screens and fixed one that had a corner piece missing, cleaned our gutters and scraped overspray from the windows upstairs. I had Dutch Touch Window Cleaners out yesterday to clean windows that had not ever been professionally cleaned...and I've got a lot of windows! I have a two story and have cleaned some of the reachable windows myself the "Windex" way, but never got results like this! They are now so crystal clear and sparkly! I felt so overjoyed to see the results! Many of the windows had calcification buildup, but these guys were miraculously able to get them clear, clean and beautiful. They also cleaned the screens and tracks. The two guys who did the work were courteous, friendly and knew what they were doing! They wore shoe covers inside my house to be mindful of my carpets and flooring. Another family member had used Dutch Touch and referred them to me, and now I'm referring them to you! Best money spent ever! Thank you Dutch Touch! read more

I could not be happier with the work that was done at my house yesterday. The two young men showed up right on time, gave me an estimate of how long they thought it would take and got right to work.
