Reached out to Ducking Clean for an estimate for window cleaning (interior and exterior) and re-sealing of several of the windows. Ibraheem was responsive. I sent him pictures and he was able to provide a fair estimate for what I was looking for. When I indicated that I wanted to move forward, he was amenable and worked to find a date that was good for both of us. He showed up on time and walked through the project so I was aware of his plan. The windows were way overdue for a cleaning but Ibraheem did not cut corners or provide lesser service to get done quicker. He would let me know when he was ready to come inside so I wasn't caught off guard (which is something most other contractors unfortunately do not do). When he was finishing up, he showed me an area of external window trim that cause him concern and recommended that I reach out to a window installer to make sure that it didn't become a problem. He refused to charge for the re-sealing as he said he felt that he couldn't complete it to his satisfaction. (What?? How many contractors are this honest ? He could have easily charged me and not said anything and I wouldn't be the wiser until much later.) He also showed me a couple of areas to pay attention to as they would need repair/replacement sometime in the future. Finally, the spaces around the windows were left cleaner than when he arrived. Based not his experience, I thoroughly recommend working with Ibraheem and Ducking Clean and intend to do so again myself. read more

After this past year, all of the above were filthy, gutters full of debris. Ibraheem, the owner, arranged for an estimate within a day or two. His fees were so reasonable that I hired him on the spot. He'd had a cancellation two days later and did all of this work in one day! The results are just beautiful! Several of my windows had old hard water deposits that he worked on, and my gutter debris filled a huge yard clippings bag, which he took with him.
