Beware - - he scratched our windows and our sons while cleaning. He was slow to come and look and his insurance company is even slower to complete claim and resolve. Again beware. I text Vance Friday night to come by and give me an estimate to clean my gutter at my mobile home in Redlands. He replied within 10min and said he could come by the next day to take a look and give me a price. He came by this afternoon as promised and took a good look at all my gutters all the way around my home. He got on the roof and took a ladder at each corner and looked in each gutter on each side. He took the time to show me problem areas and things that need repair in the future. After his review, he gave me a great price and said he could do the work today if I wanted. Him & his crew took the next 3 hours to thoroughly clean the gutters around my 1,800 sqft mobile home. I know it was a tough job because I've never cleaned them in the 11 years I've lived here!! But they were able to get them all cleaned out and in working order again. They also helped tighten & cut a few downspouts to help the flow for future rains. They did a really good job of cleaning it all up when they were done and sprayed down my home / windows & concrete around where they had worked. First he vacuumed and brushed around my 17 window seals and frames. No hose just good old hand washing and bucket. I can now see out if my windows and Vance repaired my screens. I moved in my home last July had my windows cleaned at least what I thought was cleaned. The decals from previous tenants where still on windows but not after Vance. Frames where bent Re: the previous washer did not know how to reinstall screens which let bugs in home when windows were opened.
