Beware - - he scratched our windows and our sons while cleaning. He was slow to come and look and his insurance company is even slower to complete claim and resolve. Again beware. If you have stucco surrounding your windows the sand gets in the solution and in the squeegee and rags. Cleaning my own windows going forward. read more

Vance was cleaning the windows of another house on our block. We asked him to take a look at our home to give us a quote for his services. Vance confirmed a date with us and arrived on time. He was very understanding, even cleaning the exterior windows first because our little one was asleep. His timing was perfect because when he finished with the outside, baby woke up and the inside work started. Quoted us for 4 hours of work and finished in that that timeframe. All of the windows look amazing! The house feels significantly brighter and cleaner. He even cleaned the windows on our door! Would recommend Vance to future friends and future work. read more

Vance is the man! We are in process of listing our house for sale and needed someone to clean all the windows and shower glass as running out of time with 3 active kids and 2 dogs. He came out on a weekend in between rain days and rain in the forecast to hook us up before the listing photo appointment. Extremely nice, gave lots of pets to the pups and left my windows and shower glass looking brand new! Call him today if you're in the Yucaipa area, you won't be disappointed. read more

I text Vance Friday night to come by and give me an estimate to clean my gutter at my mobile home in Redlands. He replied within 10min and said he could come by the next day to take a look and give me a price. He came by this afternoon as promised and took a good look at all my gutters all the way around my home. He got on the roof and took a ladder at each corner and looked in each gutter on each side. He took the time to show me problem areas and things that need repair in the future. After his review, he gave me a great price and said he could do the work today if I wanted. Him & his crew took the next 3 hours to thoroughly clean the gutters around my 1,800 sqft mobile home. I know it was a tough job because I've never cleaned them in the 11 years I've lived here!! But they were able to get them all cleaned out and in working order again. They also helped tighten & cut a few downspouts to help the flow for future rains. They did a really good job of cleaning it all up when they were done and sprayed down my home / windows & concrete around where they had worked. Overall Vance gave me a great price & did a great job!! I can't be happier with the service him and his crew provided. Thanks again Vance!! read more

I have over 40 windows and Vance cleaned them all so nicely. I will definitely be returning customer. He did such a great job.

Vance responded quickly to my request for a quote and completed the job before I even got responses from 3 other competitors! He communicates very well and after seeing how great everything looked I added some more work to my original request. Luckily his schedule accommodated and he was able to complete the extra work. He pays close attention to detail and my backyard looks great just in time for some 4th of July grilling! Thanks Vance! read more

Vance was awesome! He was kind, courteous, and had great attention to detail. He did a wonderful job on our windows that hadn't had a full deep cleaning for at least 15 years, some had kids stickers and some had old peeling tint. Highly recommend! read more

With so many windows, we've tried just about everything to keep them clean. But a few years ago, we got a recommendation to try Vance, and we haven't wanted anyone else since. Vance does a quality job, and the windows stay clean. Little windows, big windows, skylights, and solar panels, this house has them and Vance cleans them all. Vance is a veteran with attention to detail and pride in his work, so there are no surprises or swirls that pop up at sundown, when everything tends to show. Vance is polite and considerate, wears protection on his feet, and is careful around the house, so the only way you know that he's been here are the crystal-clear windows. We have recommended him to friends and neighbors with no regrets, so a review here is long overdue. When it comes to cleaning windows and solar panels, Vance gets my highest recommendation. read more

Wow Another 5 Star review. He is doing something right ! He promised a great job and delivered. I only have a 1600 sq. ft. home, he replaced 2 screens, Cleaned all the tracks, he scraped each window and rubbed in some of his magic powder, he then washed and dried every window, as well as made them squeak inside and out before he left some 4 hours later. And he was very careful and clean about his work. I believe he delivered the Quality, Old Fashioned Customer Service he promises. Nice job Vance. read more

Wnen God said "Let there be light", he must of had Vance Zygmunt Window Cleaning in mind at the time. Vance was professional, efficient and prompt. First he vacuumed and brushed around my 17 window seals and frames. No hose just good old hand washing and bucket. I can now see out if my windows and Vance repaired my screens. I moved in my home last July had my windows cleaned at least what I thought was cleaned. The decals from previous tenants where still on windows but not after Vance. Frames where bent Re: the previous washer did not know how to reinstall screens which let bugs in home when windows were opened. Vance perfectly restrung and installed all my screens where now I can let the fresh air inside. I just cannot say enough about Vance Zygmunt window Cleaning so I took pictures. I now have an appointment every six months. Thank you Vance for the excellent work and the beautiful view. read more
