Sunshine Janitorial did an amazing job getting my house cleaned up for us to sell it. We had the interior and exterior of the house done and it looks like a brand new house. They were so friendly and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you!!! read more

Sunshine has been our go to more than once now and we HIGHLY recommend them. Their team is kind, thorough, and very hard working. Everything they do is done with excellence and nothing is left undone. Each house they've cleaned for us has felt like we're walking into a new build when they're finished. Absolutely amazing work. Definitely a 5-star crew and the cost is worth every bit of their services. read more

I was so thrilled with the job this cleaning crew did. My windows are immaculate, down to the details of the tracks and screens. The People are efficient and friendly. I was exhausted watching them work. It's as if they were cleaning my house to sell it. Love Sunshine Janitorial come back any time. P.S I thought I needed new carpet, turns out they just need to be professionally cleaned by sunshine. read more

We needed all of our very dirty windows cleaned inside and out. They had been neglected for 2 years due to the refurbishing that went on. I was able to schedule it very quickly and quite a crew showed up. I think they were there about two hours and truly worked as a team. They vacuumed the window sills and the tracks and removed every thing that was on the surface. The estimate meeting was pleasant and professional. This was not the first time we had used Sunshine Janitoral service and that is why we turned to them for the windows. Their work is complete and is a good value. We highly recommend them if you want a reliable job done in a professional manner. read more

Removing 10+ yr old stains from a white Berber carpet sounds almost impossible. Sunshine was miraculously able to remove various stains in my grandparents carpet. The quality of work is something you just can't find these days. Look no further, if you want a company that is punctual, works hard, reasonably priced and has excellent customer service! read more

I was selling my home that had been a rental. Unfortunately, my renter left it in a complete mess, filled with trash and filthy. I knew of Sunshine, as they regularly cleaned at my work. One quick call to Scarlet and I was set up for a walk thru estimate. Jesse came the next day and gave me a comprehensive estimate which I greatly appreciated. On cleaning day, a team of 6 came and cleaned everything in the house! They removed the pull out shelves from the kitchen cabinets and cleaned the inside of cabinets, cleaned the cabinet doors, scrubbed floors, the shower and bathtub, cleaned the walls, dusted the ceiling! The house is spotless as it waits for the new owner! So very happy with their work! Sunshine Janitorial definitely brought some sunshine to me with their great work! read more

Called to set up an appointment 2 weeks ago because I used them a couple of years ago. I am very disappointed that I have been put off for two weeks in a row. We spoke again on Friday, April 4, 2025, and she said she would call me back within an hour. Of course, she did not make that happen. This illustrates the unreliability of this company. She wanted me to order more services, not just the window cleaning. Previously, I gave them a lot more service to complete. I had turned away companies to provide them with my business; loyalty in this case was unappreciated and undervalued. read more

They were here on time and did a EXCELLANT job on our bathrooms and windows! The team (5), were all very nice and detailed in their work. Will be having them back on a monthly basis! :) read more

I had Sunshine Janitorial Service coke out to my house and clean my windows and solar panels. Paul first came over and gave me an estimate and was professional and knowledgeable. The team today to do the cleaning, they were all efficient and my windows look amazing, they got some hard spots off some of the windows that other cleaning companies have not been able to do. My solar panels look like new. I will be using this company yearly to clean my windows and solar. If I have any other cleaning needs I will be calling them. read more

They showed up at 6:50 am for a 7:00am call. They were done at 8:35am. XCLNT work, no issues. Everything was done according to the contract. We will be using this service in the future. read more

I had the initial clean done, pressure wash outside and carpets. The team was fantastic! The house is immaculate! I just wish they did weekly cleaning. As I was collecting estimates for weekly cleaning, the cleaning company's reps all commented that the house was amazingly clean. One even slipped and said he had never seen a cleaner house. Then he quickly followed up with "unless my company did the cleaning." read more

So we needed some outside rooms cleaned and I put out a Yelp request. Jessie at Sunshine was the first to respond and the first to show up. His price was reasonable and compared well to others for the same work, so I hired him. On the appointed day, his team showed up 10 minutes early and attacked the work like a SWAT team. They were very thorough. Everyone on the team struck me as honest and hard-working, and also very courteous. Gosh, I really like working with people like this! I'm having them back next week to clean our solar panels. Good folks all the way around. They have my full recommendation. read more

I needed a window cleaner. I found several on Yelp, but they were the only company that responded immediately and wanted to schedule an appointment. I called, very friendly. When the service was done, the team of 3 worked so efficiently, as the windows were very dirty, the house is a rental getting ready to sale. The windows came out so beautiful!Highly efficient & friendly team! Would definitely recommend! read more

Wanted my oven cleaned and my window sills in the front room cleaned. first of all: I did a better job on the window sills that I had finished. I am going to have to go over the window sills they did. Second: Great job on the oven, however when the top was done, the young girl they sent made a HUGE scratch on my stainless steel! Not happy! I have a WOLFE stove. Then, They poured the chemicals they used in the bucket they had down my black granite composite sink. I washed it out immediatly and luckily it wasnt ruined. They left grime on the faucet handles. OMG they're supposed to be a "cleaning crew". NO attention to detail. Will never use them again. Better to just do it yourself! Horrible experience. Just can't get good help these days. read more

This company genuinely wants all their customers to be happy with their work. I had them do some really deep cleaning at the beginning of summer. They had a huge crew come out and did a great job. My windows are sparkling. I even had them clean, degrease, lemon oil all my wood cabinets. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this family owned company for any of your cleaning needs! read more

I have had an incredible experience with this company. I called and their estimator came out that same day and was even able to get me a same day emergency cleaning. He followed-up with me with everything that had been completed and what he would bring next time. Every employee that came was incredibly friendly and hard-working and there were never any communication issues. They worked around my schedule and even met my last minute requests. I never had to worry about running out of supplies and I never had any complaints. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and friendly employees. read more

I hired this company a few weeks ago to do a deep clean on my 1200 sf three bedroom home. Paul the owner came out and was very convincing on how good they were. He quoted me a an extremely high price of 360.00 for the first visit. This was supposed to be a deep clean of everything. Now that did include three extra windows, of which they did a good job. I reluctantly agreed to the high price, hoping our home would be really clean. The job they did was worse that what I used to pay 95.00 for with another company. The shower was actually left in worse condition than they found it. It had a white oily residue all over it, and they made feeble attempt to clean the soap scum off of the tile. I later cleaned the shower myself, and it now not hard at all. I pointed out a few things to Paul that the old cleaners usually missed. Well these people missed them too. the stainless steel in the kitchen had residue all over it. They made no attempt to clean the mini blinds in one of the bedrooms. The bottom line is I felt totally ripped off. If you hire these people don't hire than until they are done to your satisfaction. read more
