(deep clean) Im only giving them 2 stars because the communication with the owner was excellent but I will never book with them again. I asked for a deep clean which was suppose to include kitchen 2 bathrooms living room and dusting all rooms. my house is not big at all. To my surprise the cleaner spent the entire day at my house yet had to come back to "wash" my shower. She didn't even scrub the showers, even after coming back to do just that, ended up stained my toilet, and didn't dust my bedrooms. She cleaned my stove and oven and left that pretty clean! she cleaned the outside of my cabinets but after inspecting them yesterday had a bunch of chemical residue. I am extremely disappointed, I really thought I was booking a service from a company with high standards.

I hired this company for a deep clean of an unfurnished home and was really disappointed with the…read moreresults. Only one cleaner, Monique, was sent -- which seemed unrealistic for the scope of work. While she was kind and worked hard, many areas were left untouched: dusty closet shelves, stair railings, and floors that still left my 1-year-old's feet black after crawling. When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job. At the end of the dayI paid for a service which was done half way, I am currently going through the entire house and finding more missed spots. I'm extremely disappointed.

I can confidently say that Susana and Richard are the best I've ever hired! I contacted Susana on a Thursday, and she had an appointment scheduled for that Sunday. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, a family emergency prevented her from making the appointment, but her partner, Richard, was still able to come. Richard was absolutely outstanding! He spent nearly eight hours meticulously cleaning my home to get it move-out ready. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he didn't overlook a single thing. By the time he finished, the house was absolutely spotless. His dedication, work ethic, and pride in his work were evident throughout the entire process. The service was worth every dollar, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the results. If they serviced North County San Diego, I would hire them in a heartbeat for our biweekly house cleanings. Without question, the best move-out cleaning service I've ever used. I highly recommend Susana and Richard to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding results!

It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.
