Another red flag and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The home was empty by the way, no obstructions that could hinder a flawless finish. At this point I was appalled that more than several areas were unclean at final check. I understand sometimes very minor things can be missed however Susana assured me that she wiped down everything inside and out. Now seeing other reviews stating similar experiences. It is disappointing as I am also a service professional and I value when an appointment is set. Unfortunately photos do not lie and I will be continuing my business elsewhere. If honest work was done, I do believe in paying a fair fee.
