What has been most frustrating is how these issues have been handled. This is about more than $40. It is about accountability, following through on commitments, and treating customers fairly. When belongings are damaged, an offer of compensation is withdrawn, and an acknowledged overpayment remains unreturned, it understandably undermines a customer's trust. Several areas were clearly missed (basic surface dusting, blind stains I paid extra for, basic wall/door spot cleaning I paid extra for) and I ended up having to clean behind them, which is pretty frustrating when you're paying a premium price.
