They did a solid job on the floors and bathrooms, which were noticeably clean, so I know the capability is there. That said, for a $600 "deep clean", I expected a similar result for all areas cleaned. Additionally, their staff arrived 2 hours late with less staff than promised, and their crew visibly looked and performed exhausted (likely from working a full 8 hour shift before arriving). Several areas were clearly missed (basic surface dusting, blind stains I paid extra for, basic wall/door spot cleaning I paid extra for) and I ended up having to clean behind them, which is pretty frustrating when you're paying a premium price. I'd encourage the team to be more thorough on future visits and do a final walkthrough before wrapping up. Right now, the price doesn't match the result. read more

Needed a deep clean for an event that I was having a couple weeks back. Contacted Amir about a month before the event to have him come over and review the home (~3500 sqft) and the same day he was able to provide me with 3 estimates on level of service. We chose the most thorough option, scheduled the cleaning the day before the event, and the rate was competitive and fair. The day of, Amir arrived promptly on time, with Penny and Aileth, and they immediately got to work. They started at 9 am and were wrapping up at about 2 pm. Even with the size of the house, they managed to make great progress. Amir and his team were very attentive to details in the home and made sure to clean trouble areas we had previously discussed. I don't think the house has ever been this clean since we moved in. the mirrors and windows beautiful and streak free, bathrooms clean enough to eat in the tub, the glass on the walk-in shower completely void of the built up soap scum. They also cleaned the Kitchen, Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Oven...Again, so clean I almost feel bad using them. And finally, they dusted did the baseboards, cleaned the tile floors and vacuumed the entire house. While, personally, I don't really care what it takes to get the clean, clean, I appreciated the bonus that they were using cleaning practices that were all natural. The steam cut through years of grime with the greatest of non-toxic ease. So if this is important to you, say if you have children or pets, you can rest easy that there will be no harmful chemical fumes, liquids, etc. While my wife and I are/am able to maintain on our own throughout the year, we plan on getting a deeper clean done more regularly. I requested same week cleaning service on Monday 5/27; Amir was out the next day for a walk through to provide an accurate quote and my cleaning service was scheduled 2 days later. I really appreciated his responsiveness and sense of urgency with my request.
