Call vip and set him up to do my carpet cleaning and he sent some clowin that did the worst job i ever seen i will never used them again

This was definitely a VIP experience! Leslie and Vanucia are the holy grail of deep cleaning. I hired them for a deep clean before our newborn arrives (in one week!) and they did the best cleaning job of anyone I've ever hired or that I could do myself when I'm not pregnant. And I get excited just about vacuum lines in the carpet! I showed them what rooms I needed cleaned, and with no direction they cleaned things I hadn't even thought of (like a spider web that was behind a window screen). They also brought a ladder and an extended duster, and dusted chandeliers in our entry way and stairs that I didn't even mention and thought would be too difficult to get to. They are very detail-oriented, well-equipped, professional and also very friendly. My house has NEVER been cleaner, and it smelled very fresh -no harsh cleaning scents- when they were done. They were also very sweet to my daughter and dog, and very courteously turned off the vacuum when I brought my sleepy child home and took her upstairs for nap time. I have a lazy, old dog and was glad I didn't have to lock her up when I left the house. After they left, I was so calm and relaxed. I've been feeling stressed and in "nesting" mode trying to clean and organize things before the next baby comes. For the first time in a long time, I was at a loss what to do with myself when they were done because everything was immaculate! I actually just got to sit down and play with my daughter for awhile without worrying about what needed to be done around the house. Vanucia and Leslie have been cleaning my home for about six months and they have been such a huge help to me!! From the start, they have been thorough and consistent and their communication is excellent on cleaning day! They clean my home every two weeks and I am always amazed when I enter the door after they have been there! It has helped me so much to just do a wipe down of everything on the week they don't come, knowing they are coming the following week to do a thorough clean. VIP cleaning is AWESOME!!!! Vanucia and Leslie arrived on time and were very warm and friendly. They discussed briefly how they were going to clean our house and then asked us if we wanted other areas not mentioned to be cleaned. We had none. They were very professional and thorough. Our house was immaculate after they were done. The bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned and sparkling! The bedrooms were vacuumed thoroughly and the windows and wooden shutters meticulously cleaned. The kitchen was thoroughly cleaned to include the appliances and the gas stove. The Living room and dining room were thoroughly cleans and mopped. They arrived on time and were done in 3 1/2 hours! Hiring Leslie and Vanucia was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The first time they cleaned our home, they drove out to us and inspected every part of our house and gave us a very fair price. Being 9 months pregnant at the time, all I wanted was a clean house to bring our new baby home to. They did a deep clean for 7 hours and didn't miss anything!!! Amazing! We hired the duo to fully clean our home top to bottom, and they did that and beyond! I didn't really know what to expect when I got home. They did a deep clean for 6 hours while I took family on an outing. We walked in and the lights were all off and yet the house was lit up! So clean that it felt clean lol. These ladies are fantastic! They went above and beyond everything I expected when I hired them to do a deep clean of my house. Everything is spotless, shiny, and fresh everywhere I look. They even cleaned my husband's closet and my closet! I needed to get a house I was renting deep-cleaned after we moved out. I got a few quotes but picked VIP Cleaning because they were competitively priced but also a new family-run startup. Being formerly self-employed myself, I'm a proponent of startups. We agreed on a flat rate and based on past experience, I was expecting a couple hours cleaning.
