I am writing this review because the service provided by Lee was truly outstanding. First, Lee and his partner arrived punctually at my rental property. Second, they worked hard to thoroughly clean 28 sets of blinds, as well as the windowsills, frames, and tracks; they even went the extra mile to clean mold off the bathtub. When I asked about the additional cost for that, he said there was no charge. In fact, his rates were lower than those of other companies, yet he still sent two cleaners to do the job. Because they did such a great job, I voluntarily gave them some extra money. It was a very pleasant experience for both parties! read more

They were great! They were able to fit my schedule, arrived on time and followed all of my instructions. The house looks amazing and I will definitely have the team back next time. Thank you! read more

Prompt, warm & positive reply from Lee at 7:07 am with a quote. I sent MULTIPLE messages, SIX, but Lee never responded, nor did he send anyone after I accepted his quote. After they offered, the quote, and I accepted, a highly effective business would message to inform the person that things changed, and in fact they will not be able, or they simply don't want to, provide cleaning service requested. Instead I received nothing. read more

I have been using them for 5 months now and they always do a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

The team we worked with was awesome! We had recently had tenants move out of our house and left it in (not the greatest) condition. I worked with Lee in the coordination of the move out cleaning, as well as requested appliance cleaning since some of ours were left with a good build up of cooked over remnants of many meals that had been left in its wake. Jodi and Alejandra took on the task with smiles on their faces (even though I was internally cringing at the state of our property). They had to come back a second time because the house was in such bad shape, they weren't able to get it done in the time they were here the first time. Our epoxy floors in our garage were also left looking like someone had decided to run a dirt bike race in there. I asked Lee if he offered power washing services. He actually came in himself at a later time to power wash the garage for us. I would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for a team that not only does the job, but is also great to work with. read more

Lee was very flexible with date and time when my schedule wasn't working out. Did a great job on a move in clean for my family. Very satisfied with our experience! read more

So happy to have gone with this company for our cleaning needs. Alejandra and Aaron did such an amazing job. They were on time and focused throughout there time here. They cleaned all the areas we asked and were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely go with this company again in the future! I didn't receive a call after the appt to discuss my pricing, my card was just charged a few days later, so that's why I gave them 4 stars rather than 5. Overall I am pleased with the service and recommend them. read more

Jodi and Alejandra were very detailed and good cleaners. Professional and personable. I would request them again for regular biweekly cleaning. We were supposed to get 3 cleaners but one couldn't make it, nevertheless Jodi stayed later and did a thorough job. Appreciate that a lot. read more

Lee & Daniel did not just clean my rental unit, but rather they did such a good job, I believe a more accurate description is restoring my rental unit. The previous Tenants left the place so dirty it was almost unrecognizable. I was pretty stressed out till Lee & Daniel spent ~a day cleaning the place. They worked without complaint despite the initial horrendous conditions of the house. And even after I told them the place was done/clean/good enough from my perspective at the end of the day, they stayed even longer & came back the next day to get it to their standards. THANKS Your Favorite Cleaners. I will be using you in the future! read more

I booked a cleaning for my son and daughter-in-law after they moved into their new home and had a new baby. My daughter-in-law informed me that they did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning! They arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning job. They were very patient and accommodating as we had to reschedule a couple of times. Highly recommended! read more

Annette made scheduling and coordination a breeze with short notice, the Cleaning Crew was awesome, house is spotless top to bottom, inside all cupboards clean like new, shiny floors, dusted blinds & baseboards, kitchen and baths all amazing, really a fantastic job, all ready for the new owners! Well worth the price after a couple days of moving out and being exhausted, will use you guys again! God bless, praise Jesus and thank you so much! read more

I hired this cleaning services to help me with a deep clean before the holidays and I'm so glad I did. My bathroom had admittedly gotten out of control and my couch needed a good vacuum. Jodi and Alejandra came in and did a wonderful job, making everything sparkly and new. I also appreciated the attention to the couch cushions and making everything fluffy and presentation ready - better than I would have styled it myself. Really grateful to this team and would invite them back with open arms! read more

Annette is the most unprofessional individual i have ever dealt with in my life, this is the most unorganized company i have ever dealt with. Why is no one getting me answers? She rudely hung up on me when i asked the owner to call me because she doesn't return my calls and cant answer any of my questions. How does this company have 5 star reviews? read more

They were able to clean my clients home on short notice and did a fantastic job! Will definitely recommend there services.

I needed someone fast to come and clean our new home we had purchased. The smell of cigarettes and wet dog and having dust and pet hair all over. I requested a quote for Your Favorite Cleaners and they responded quick . They came introduced themselves and started to work. They did An amazing job the smell of cigarettes and wet dog went out the window. Well most definitely recommend . Jody and joe were professional and worked efficiently. Would hire again! When I was looking through my blinds I saw that they didn't clean them. They were dusty . Didn't look like they even bothered wiping them down. These where my downstairs blinds. I should of double looked at them while they were still here. Bummer now I have to clean them myself. read more

My house is sparkling clean! I love it! Alexandra and Rika did a fantastic job! I'm so very pleased! They worked great individually and also as a team from room to room. The team was responsive, timely and did an exceptional job deep cleaning. I wish I had taken a before and after picture of my oven. The job done on that alone was incredible! In addition to their detailed and efficient work, their manager also stopped by to inspect and pointed out a couple items that needed a little bit more attention from her team (things I don't think I would have even know to look at). Overall blown away by the professionalism and quality or work. ALSO how expeditiously it was completed. 10/10 will use them in the future and recommend to others. read more

Leo & Annette were amazing communicators from start to finish. Leo was very responsive from the get-go when I reached out via Yelp. He connected me to Annette shortly thereafter and she also was extremely helpful, quick to respond and scheduled the deep cleaning of my new home without any delay or issues. The day of Karina and Ty were the assigned cleaners. Karina was prompt and explained the process from start to finish. She is very thorough and takes her time. It was kind of interesting though, I asked a few times where the other cleaner was and she said she sure if he was coming, she couldn't get a hold of him. The next thing I know he showed up, about a hour late. They both were friendly, respectful and did an overall great job! There were a handful of spots they missed/didn't clean to our liking, but for the most part very satisfied with their work! I will say, I am very meticulous and clean, so I am quite picky. Should I utilize professional cleaners again, I will contact My Favorite Cleaners! read more

Wow!!! I have never been so impressed with a company until now!! The reviews don't lie!! Sent a request the night before for cleaning to be done on a home I had just moved into that was left in pretty bad shape. The response was very professional and prompt. I was charged over $500 dollars for a 4 bed 3 bath. They arrived at 9am and were at the door by 12pm. I forget the lady's name but the young man helping her was extremely lazy. They missed so many spots around the house, they were in such a hurry that they did not deep clean at all, which was the service I requested since I'm selling my home. So many surfaces missed and didn't even clean one of the toilets. Either that or they don't know how to clean one. He was just missing so many things left and right. I genuinely think the older lady wanted to do a good job but that kiddo Joe, I think is his name (long hair), does not know how to clean a house and provide genuine service. Will not be using them again. read more

10 plus stars. Our neighbors house caught fire and our windows were open. You can imagine how much smoke came in the house. Jodi and Alejandra (The A-Team) showed up on time and were AMAZING. Our house was chaotic (we aren't morning people) and the were very professional and very courteous. Lee came into to finish the high to reach places and went above and beyond . I will definitely recommend and use again. Smells so good!!! read more

Hands down one of the BEST cleaning companies we have ever gone with! My husband and I have had some very unfortunate experiences with other companies which caused us to be very hesitant with trusting a new cleaning person to come to our home. I was super impressed with Your Favorite Cleaners! We just moved into our house and this house was filthy dirty! This house is over 2800sq ft and every single inch of that was spotless after Leo and team were done cleaning. After 8 long hours of cleaning they did an amazing job and I would recommend Your Favorite Cleaners to anyone in a heartbeat! Not only are they professional, they are kind, punctual, great attitudes and very passionate about there job. Leo and team went above and beyond to make our house look like a million bucks. We hired this company for a move in deep clean for our 2k sqft home. Jodi and Bree showed up on time and were fast, friendly and professional. The previous owner had 4 dogs and 3 cats and so the whole house was full of pet hair. Jodi and Bree made it look a gazillion times better. They also did a phenomenal job cleaning out the burnt gunk at the bottom of the oven and the weird dried up stains in the refrigerator. I highly recommend this company and would definitely be acquiring their services in the future. read more
