The team we worked with was awesome! We had recently had tenants move out of our house and left it in (not the greatest) condition. I worked with Lee in the coordination of the move out cleaning, as well as requested appliance cleaning since some of ours were left with a good build up of cooked over remnants of many meals that had been left in its wake. Jodi and Alejandra took on the task with smiles on their faces (even though I was internally cringing at the state of our property). They had to come back a second time because the house was in such bad shape, they weren't able to get it done in the time they were here the first time. Our epoxy floors in our garage were also left looking like someone had decided to run a dirt bike race in there. I asked Lee if he offered power washing services. He actually came in himself at a later time to power wash the garage for us. I was charged over $500 dollars for a 4 bed 3 bath. They arrived at 9am and were at the door by 12pm. I forget the lady's name but the young man helping her was extremely lazy. They missed so many spots around the house, they were in such a hurry that they did not deep clean at all, which was the service I requested since I'm selling my home. So many surfaces missed and didn't even clean one of the toilets. Either that or they don't know how to clean one. He was just missing so many things left and right. I genuinely think the older lady wanted to do a good job but that kiddo Joe, I think is his name (long hair), does not know how to clean a house and provide genuine service. He connected me to Annette shortly thereafter and she also was extremely helpful, quick to respond and scheduled the deep cleaning of my new home without any delay or issues. We hired this company for a move in deep clean for our 2k sqft home. Jodi and Bree showed up on time and were fast, friendly and professional. The previous owner had 4 dogs and 3 cats and so the whole house was full of pet hair. Jodi and Bree made it look a gazillion times better. I wish I could give this company a five star review, but it feels like the ladies who cleaned didn't give it their all. They were hired to clean our home that we had just purchased in Canyon Lake, before we moved in. The home was completely empty and only 1200 square feet of it needed cleaning. It looked fine as we walked in, but upon further examination, we noticed the details of the window and door tracks that were not even cleaned or vacuumed. Even worse, after about an hour of painting the kitchen before we moved anything in, our feet were black from walking on the wood and tile floors. They never cleaned the tile grout which is a very small area in the kitchen, and did a terrible job over all on the wood floors. Furthermore, the top of the ceiling fan blades were never even touched. When we turned on the fan in the dining and living room, dust flew off of them and went everywhere. I was seriously disappointed. We paid $300 and gave the ladies a $40 tip. I'm not one to complain a whole lot, but I don't feel we got what we paid for in this instance. read more
