The person I scheduled with sent me a list of items they cover and with that I scheduled. The tech arrived late, but I let it go once she arrived. I showed all the areas needing to be cleaned and once that was covered, I let her do her thing and stayed out of the way. I could tell based off the first room she was struggling as she was cussing to herself. The rest of the house seemed to go smoother. Once she was done, she notified me, and left. Once I walked around the house, I noticed the counters in the kitchen weren't cleaned, the top of the fridge wasn't cleaned, blinds were "cleaned" but not thoroughly or at all and what blinds were cleaned you could see where a quick swipe was done leaving dust behind. Fans were also left dirty. All things that were said to be addressed. I reached out to the company who called me back and said that because the tech was there the entire time, there would be no partial refund option and just because they say they will cover all these areas doesn't mean they will get to them in that amount of time. They did offer to send someone out later in the evening or Sunday, I explained my baby shower was Saturday, so cleaning Sunday wouldn't work nor would coming later in the evening as the person couldn't get it done right the first time. Ended up ending the call letting them know I wouldn't be recommending them due to poor customer service. Received a message on Yelp later letting me know the full balance would still be due. Don't waste your time if you want something done right.

Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Without her there, our service steadily declined to the point that we terminated the relationship. After complaining about poor service a couple of months ago, the times provided by her team and days we were supposed to have scheduled cleaning began to change. Further, the service got worse each subsequent visit. It wasn't "all the way bad" but little things were being ignored. Further, she began to send messages that her team would be later and later each visit and then they would rush to be done to get out of the home before it got too late in the evening. Finally, we were bumped from our regular day and were asked if the team could switch from Wed days to a Friday night at the end of a day. Of course we said "no" and the final visit was back to Wed. The final visit was a catastrophe. The "girls" Came in at 3:05 and left at 4:30pm. The pictures of this rushed service are those that are attached. This came from one visit - the very last one. It was like an Easter Egg Hunt but instead of looking for eggs, we began looking for areas that weren't cleaned and/or dusted. We discovered numerous incidents where her team didn't bother to move anything - There are many more pictures we didn't submit. Of course, Gaby will respond to this review that she offered to come back and fix what her team didn't do but we had by then told her we simply wanted a refund and didn't want anyone from her "team" to come back into our house as we literally felt violated and "stolen from". (We had already "Venmo'd" payment on our way home (before seeing the job) and the job was beyond horrible). It was so bad we just couldn't stomach allowing her in our home again. The oddest thing happened during our text exchange (see attached photo) where Gaby stated that the abysmal service "wasn't her fault". That also incensed us - whose fault is it? We asked for a refund because she did not provide the service we paid her for. To date, she has yet to provide the same so we are forced to write this poor review. Recommendations: 1. Don't pay her with Venmo as you cannot dispute the charges once paid even if the service is poor. (This is important because she will text you to say "girls are done" and expect payment immediately and likely before you ever see her work. 2. Insist on Gaby checking her team's work before you pay. Or insist she performs the work. 3. Insist on getting your service performed early in the day - the team was horrible at the end of the day. 4. Don't sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. It seems to me she makes more money off the initial cleaning jobs and does much better to get your business than to keep it.
