I picked this company based off the Yelp reviews and this is the first time Yelp was wrong. I scheduled a deep cleaning of my home prior to my baby shower to take the load off myself. The person I scheduled with sent me a list of items they cover and with that I scheduled. The tech arrived late, but I let it go once she arrived. I showed all the areas needing to be cleaned and once that was covered, I let her do her thing and stayed out of the way. I could tell based off the first room she was struggling as she was cussing to herself. The rest of the house seemed to go smoother. Once she was done, she notified me, and left. Once I walked around the house, I noticed the counters in the kitchen weren't cleaned, the top of the fridge wasn't cleaned, blinds were "cleaned" but not thoroughly or at all and what blinds were cleaned you could see where a quick swipe was done leaving dust behind. Fans were also left dirty. All things that were said to be addressed. I reached out to the company who called me back and said that because the tech was there the entire time, there would be no partial refund option and just because they say they will cover all these areas doesn't mean they will get to them in that amount of time. They did offer to send someone out later in the evening or Sunday, I explained my baby shower was Saturday, so cleaning Sunday wouldn't work nor would coming later in the evening as the person couldn't get it done right the first time. Ended up ending the call letting them know I wouldn't be recommending them due to poor customer service. Received a message on Yelp later letting me know the full balance would still be due. However, there was something about Heather, the owner that I could connect with. She responded immediately. We exchanged a few emails through Yelp. She was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions. Heather was very responsive to each and every concern I had. It's difficult having people come to your home that you don't know. So, now that I have settled in, and have time to write a review, I will. Here goes... I reached out to a few companies to have our new home deep cleaned prior to us moving in. I decided on perfectly clean based off of reviews and response time. I was told that a few ladies would be coming to clean and one would come a little bit into the cleaning to clean the oven. This was in July so I can't remember if it was two or three ladies that initially came but I want to say three. I saw them cleaning windows and I started smelling a clean smell so I was like okay cool... I was pretty much outside and out of their way. They finished rather quickly which I thought was odd for an almost 2700 sq door house but figured it was because there were multiple girls cleaning. Back up to the additional person coming to clean the oven. She didn't even clean the oven, one of the other girls did, and I had to remind her prior to them leaving. (Mind you I paid extra for that). So she proceeded to clean the oven so I walked away. Once they left I looked in the oven and it was still dirty. I called the supervisor who was very nice and apologetic and had someone come right out to clean it. As the day goes on, I see little things such as streaky windows, debris, on walls that to me if I for a deep cleaning wouldn't be there. My definition of a deep cleaning is walls being scrubbed, banisters, etc. I didn't bother to call or reach out to the supervisor again because I knew I was just never going to use them again. I did tip the girls and would still tip them simply because they were nice and did clean although it was not a deep clean and not worth the money. I was really hoping to have this company be my regular bi weekly cleaning company. I honestly don't even feel that the job that was done would suffice for a regular cleaning. read more

We used Perfectly Clean services for a move in cleaning and were very impressed on how clean the place was when we moved in so we decided to use them for a bi-weekly bathroom cleaning. From the initial contact about getting an estimate, to managing schedules and just overall communications, it's an A++++ We are so happy with the bi-weekly bathroom cleaning schedule. Our cleaning person is Heather, which is also the name of the owner and both Heathers are great to interact with. Very friendly, professional and easy going. I do not recommend this company. My family paid for a whole house deep cleaning for a few hundred dollars. They spent 3 hours on one bathroom and it was still dirty. Plus the crew spent a lot of time talking instead of working. Because the job was supposed to be for 5.5 hours, they couldn't finish the whole house. They wanted to come back and charge more for a job that was already paid for. Maybe if they spent less time talking they'd get the job done. I wouldn't even give it one star but I guess that's the minimum for this post. But to be fair, they cleaned 2 doors thoroughly. read more

Are they the cheapest? Nope. Are they the best? Yeah, they are. They came in and did an initial cleaning (my previous cleaners did not operate over the last 12 months so it was as clean as I could do it, given I have two full time jobs). It was a long day to get it done, and at one point even the owner came in a helped (really helped, not 'supervised'). They did a fantastic job (and yeah, my house smells a lot better too). I've used a number of local cleaning services here in the Riverside area over the past 8 years and these people are the absolutely best, most thorough, most careful, most helpful, most energetic team you can find. I wanted to update this review. The owner came out with a new staff member and did a fantastic job.

This is what I asked for Christine was very. Friendly at first gave her a list of what I need done. She made it sound like no problem. I told her I was moving so needed bathrooms cleaned, showers glass door in master suite done, oven, 4 kitchen drawers wiped out, sweep, mop, vacuum and blinds. 2 crew members came for 4 hours for $380 dollars. They did not get much cleaned in the 4 hours with 2 people. She texted me since I was out of town. Told me they were going to hold off on completing the blinds until the very last thing because it taking to long and my shower was taking to long to clean because it was to dirty. I trusted that she was delegating time management with her crew members to complete the job but I received another text saying they will need 2 more hours to finish the whole job. She didn't tell me there was going to be an additional charge of $170. I finally got home from out of town and saw that hardly any cleaning was done. 2 more crew members came the second day both were late 1 was 10 minutes late and the other was 21 minutes late. I tried to ask one of the crew members what she did yesterday for the 4 hours and she wasn't very professional and kinda of rude. Like why l was asking what was done. Like I didn't have a right to ask her anything which keep in mind I paid $380 for 4 hours of cleaning. I called Christina with my concerns and she told me to send the girls home that she would be at my house at 6:30 and rudely stated I would be charged for every minute she was here and hung up on me. I sent the girls home early and tried to call Christina back but she wouldn't answer my call. I tried several times to call her with no answer so I texted her to not come. I then tried to call the office to work out an arrangement because I wasn't told about $170. I would be charged for the second day which I wasn't notified of when I spoke to Christina. If I would've known, I was going to be charge for the second day for two more hours. I would've opted out because the four hours they didn't do a good job. I spoke to someone in the office and they told me that it's their policy and I should've known that and there's nothing they could do. I went back-and-forth with the office. I was willing to pay half of the second day, splitting it with them, but they still wouldn't agree. What I'm trying to say is DON'T use this company. I paid $550 for them to clean my bathroom shower clean some of the blinds the top of my fridge and the drawers in my kitchen. The worst customer service, unprofessional, and rude. read more

We have been using this company awhile now and are overall very happy with our cleanings. They come out once a month and we have Daniel (the owner) do our cleanings. Sometimes he comes alone and sometimes with a helper but each time, we are happy with their work. They are professional, thoughtful and pleasant. We have kids so things get a bit messy around here. I will often take my girls out while they clean so they are "out of the way" and often come back to a sparkly house. They care about their reputation/company and we like that about them. When asked to clean certain areas a little more careful, they do so with a positive attitude and there have been times where I'll notice they did a little extra which is very much noticed and appreciated. The owner was very responsive and helped me last minute. My house is 2000 square feet and one woman arrived to clean my house. She told me she doesn't pick up things because she doesn't know where they go. That was a first for me.. After 2 hours.. not much was completed. She called me to say she wouldn't be able to get the whole house done in 4 hours and if I wanted to add extra hours for 50 dollars an hour. I declined and told her areas to focus on. I've had cleaning services before and usually 2 people come and they clean the whole house. If you're charging 200 dollars to clean a 3 bedroom home you should be able to complete the entire home. I had a move in cleaning shceduled with them and they discovered and reported a water leak that allowed me to address it and get it fixed before it turned into a disaster mitigation. This is a past service review. Spoke with Cristina at the office and paid the deposit required to clean a new vacation rental which they said they know how to do . The flat fee was $150. 2 people showed up to clean. One of them said she had done vr in the past not the guy who had no clue and was new in training per the other cleaner. . In 3 hours they only did 2 bathrooms upstairs, made 3 beds. No washing was required. They said they have to go and that I need to pay more to complete. all downstais still not cleaned, carpet and flooring, not done , all kitchen and refrigerator was not cleaned. I recently had the carpet cleaned, and deep cleaning done. And we used the property 2 people. So the home did not need a deep cleaning and everything was new. the owner said she was going to send someone the next day to finish. The same girl was sent and we discussed what needs to be done. I went upstairs and not long it was quiet I went downstairs and found that the cleaner had left quietly and left me a note saying they can not service my cleaning needs.. The kichen counter wasn't cleaned and all appliances needed some wiping. In general was not professionally cleaned as expected. I called the owner left her a message but never called me back. This was an easy cleaning as I had this property recently cleaned and deep cleaned. I will stay away from this company and will never use again. Irresponsable owner. read more

I just started using Perfectly Clean housekeeping service two months ago for my 91 year old, housebound mother. Ebony has cleaned my mother's mobile home twice and has done a thorough job both times. She is punctual, friendly and, from my mothers observation, she was very happy with her work and how well the house was cleaned. We have set up a regular cleaning schedule so we can use Ebony each time but would be open to try other staff if needed. Overall my house is kept clean. I was quoted for 4 hours but requested 2 hours since the space is small. They finished in a little over an hour but I was charged for an hour and a half. It was decent, but some of the things I wanted done weren't. Several decorative items were touched/dusted and my ceiling fans were not cleaned. I didn't realize until later that day. It was a decent job, but feel like more could have been done especially since they were finished so early. Overall nice and did a decent job, but I don't think it was worth it for me.
