I was in the process of selling my two story 2700 sqft home. They came in at night, because they overbooked for that day. I trusted that the house was clean, and because I wasn't living in the property, it was completely empty, I paid her. As soon as I opened the door, the next morning, a horrible smell of old cleaning stinky mop/water, like dirty mops that you leave drying w/o cleaning, so I assume it was from her previous clients she had that day! Gaby's cleaning services started out great with no issues. We chose the deep clean and subsequent bi-weekly service. To be clear, when Gaby is at your house during a clean, the work is good. Without her there, our service steadily declined to the point that we terminated the relationship. After complaining about poor service a couple of months ago, the times provided by her team and days we were supposed to have scheduled cleaning began to change. Further, the service got worse each subsequent visit. It wasn't "all the way bad" but little things were being ignored. Further, she began to send messages that her team would be later and later each visit and then they would rush to be done to get out of the home before it got too late in the evening. Finally, we were bumped from our regular day and were asked if the team could switch from Wed days to a Friday night at the end of a day. Of course we said "no" and the final visit was back to Wed. The final visit was a catastrophe. The "girls" Came in at 3:05 and left at 4:30pm. The pictures of this rushed service are those that are attached. This came from one visit - the very last one. It was like an Easter Egg Hunt but instead of looking for eggs, we began looking for areas that weren't cleaned and/or dusted. We discovered numerous incidents where her team didn't bother to move anything - There are many more pictures we didn't submit. Of course, Gaby will respond to this review that she offered to come back and fix what her team didn't do but we had by then told her we simply wanted a refund and didn't want anyone from her "team" to come back into our house as we literally felt violated and "stolen from". (We had already "Venmo'd" payment on our way home (before seeing the job) and the job was beyond horrible). It was so bad we just couldn't stomach allowing her in our home again. The oddest thing happened during our text exchange (see attached photo) where Gaby stated that the abysmal service "wasn't her fault". That also incensed us - whose fault is it? We asked for a refund because she did not provide the service we paid her for. To date, she has yet to provide the same so we are forced to write this poor review. Recommendations: 1. Don't pay her with Venmo as you cannot dispute the charges once paid even if the service is poor. (This is important because she will text you to say "girls are done" and expect payment immediately and likely before you ever see her work. 2. Insist on Gaby checking her team's work before you pay. Or insist she performs the work. 3. Insist on getting your service performed early in the day - the team was horrible at the end of the day. 4. Don't sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. It seems to me she makes more money off the initial cleaning jobs and does much better to get your business than to keep it. read more

I based my decision to use this service on other Yelp reviews, so I need to include mine. My first service was very thorough, several cleaners, time well spent. I decided to continue monthly, the next visit was right on time and before Christmas...perfect. My third visit was not great, my son was home, I was working, Gaby was not there, I was the fourth house it 4:00 ish, all bad things and unfortunately it did not turn out well, they stayed about an hour and all the attention to detail was not evident, it was a rush job. Gaby's cleaning service, I wish I could review their service but instead I'm writing this review due to the lack of service. Customer service doesn't seem to be their top priority from all the bad reviews I've seen and it's quite disappointing. I reached out to get a quote for my property and the response was " I can not service your house at this time". Maybe they are overwhelmed with all their jobs but at least try working together on scheduling or availability and provide a quote? I was impressed that she was able to mobilize a crew for a Friday afternoon appointment and that their care and thoroughness did not diminish. Requested a quote from yelp after seeing all the great reviews. They got back to me right away and quoted me 160 based on my description. I agreed to this price and we set up a time. They ran super late that day and we had to reschedule. I almost decided to cancel but Gaby was so sweet and kept in communication with me so we scheduled a new time the following week. Gaby showed up with 3 helpers. The 4 of them tackled my 3500sf home in 2 hours. Upon completion the price was now 270. Granted, my house was very dusty and some deep cleaning was required but I wasn't prepared for 110 more than we agreed on. We agreed to split the difference of the increase. I was hesitant to write a review about Gaby because she attacks anyone who leaves negative reviews on here but I decided just to leave my honest review anyway. I used Gaby's service only twice. When I first met with her to get an estimate, I immediately liked her. She went through our home and pointed out all the things she wanted to clean in addition to the things I mentioned so I was very impressed. She was also very nice, professional, and presented herself to be very thorough. Given her reasonable prices and 5 star yelp review, I immediately knew that I wanted to hire her! We decided on a date for her to start her bi-monthly cleanings. She came to the first appointment as planned and I was actually very happy with the cleaning she did. Just like everyone mentioned, she was very thorough and my house smelled nice. On the 2nd visit that she was scheduled to come, she didn't show. We didn't get any messages from her either. My husband had been waiting at the house thinking she was running late but she just never showed. I messaged her asking where she was and I got a message back saying she got injured the day before and wouldn't be able to come today. I told her she should've texted me to let me know ahead of time so that we didn't waste our time waiting on her. That's when she got very defensive and basically messaged me that she was injured and I should be more understanding about her situation. I completely understood her situation but I think the way she handled my message was very unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, she tried to make me feel bad about questioning her. Since it was a one time occurence, I brushed it off because I really wanted to continue using her service. I had a party coming up that week and told her I really needed her to reschedule my cleaning. She unfortunately was not available to return on a time I was going to be home so she told me to leave my keys out so she could just come clean. It's not something I would usually agree to but because I had a party that week, I went along with it. I'm sad to say that I was very displeased with how my house turned out. The kitchen floor and pantry floor was still dirty, my carpet still had some debris, there was crumbs on my kitchen counter, and chunks of dust on my bed from her cleaning the ceiling fan. I was very upset with the sloppy and rushed job done on my house. I texted her as soon as I got home to express my dissatisfaction. She just apologized and said she would be more aware next time. I ended up having to clean after her. Not that I would have insisted on it but I felt like she should've at least offered to come back to finish the job. I'm not sure if she was just rushing to clean my home because of her busy schedule or what happened but either way, I was very unhappy with the service I received. I was too irritated at that point to continue my services with her. Although I could've given her lower ratings based on the experience I had with her, I'm giving her stars because I do believe she is capable of giving good service. Lately, we've been busier than usual and as a result the house has gone by the wayside. I was looking for someone to help me get my home in order. You know, do that really thorough cleaning to get things back on track to help me keep it up easier. I did a Yelp! search, found Gaby and she was wonderful. She took her time and didn't miss an inch of my house. The blinds were dusted, the floors were spotless, the carpet felt brand new, my kitchen sparkled and my troublesome shower had a major facelift. She spent an hour and a half getting rid of the hard water stains in one of the showers alone!! Talk about dedication! All my papers were in the place that I left it, just stacked in a little pile off to the side. Nothing was moved or missing, which is always of concern when someone is in your home. The house smelled so fresh. She rid all the doors of their scuff marks, cleaned those nagging little baseboards, and made my stove look new.
