This review is long overdue. After our tenant moved out we decided to move back into the rental property. The tenant promised to have it professionally cleaned, but that didn't happen. So I found Rosy on Yelp. She was able to fit me in on short notice. I paid her up front and left her to clean. WOW! If you knew how high my standards are, you would book her right now. Back in my 20's I used to clean houses. Rosy did not miss a spot. I asked her to remove the ugly contact paper the tenant put in every blessed cabinet. She did. Very disappointed by the professionalism of this company. My sink was damaged during my first cleaning. Rosy did not inform me so I had to find out on my own. Very dishonest. Then when it was time to make right a wrong (after admitting fault), she then brought her husband to my home uninvited who was very rude and unprofessional. He's some sort of mechanic so he came in my home with grease filled hands and then rubbed them all over my bathroom sink as she tried to explain. The whole time he had this mean man face on like it was someone else's fault that HIS wife damaged the sink - sorry, that does not move me one bit. It was a very weird situation - very strange dynamic between the two of them - not trying to figure that one out! The back and forth went on for weeks while the husband tried to get out of being responsible for the sink. He even had the audacity to tell me WHO was going to fix my sink and how. Never knew someone else had the right to tell me how my house would be treated - especially since I don't know you or your wife and the only thing you've demonstrated thus far is that you're unprofessional and dishonest. Why would I trust you? Last but not least, they both just skip out completely and avoid taking care of the situation or paying for the damage. It's taken me a little bit to gather all the details regarding their business and business details and such to file a claim, but now that I have it I will be doing this ASAP. If you use this company, they will clean good, but if they break or damage something, you can forget about them being responsible for it. Rosy repeatedly took responsibility for the damage but her husband seemed to think it was okay to skip out and be totally rude and nasty! He even went as far as to be yelling on the phone like a crazy person - totally disrespectful to women and just down right ridiculous. Not sure what part of good business practice and customer service this was. I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional. Will never recommend and will definitely be filing a small claims lawsuit. read more

Asked Rosie's to do a deep clean was promised 03 persons, but only two turned up. They did not clean the window blinds properly, just wiped down the mirror doors of the cupboards and vacuumed the carpets in the bedrooms, did not clean the bathroom floors properly and the kitchen was just not cleaned.
