The Owner cancelled 20min after the reserved time on the day of claiming her team got covid, i said thats no problem, but then when trying to reschedule the appt I was pretty much ghosted. I requested a move-in/move-out deep cleaning. I was specific with what I wanted. Liz was willing to customize the cleaning for me by cleaning the washer and dryer. I was sure to include a list which I have attached to this post. I also informed Liz that I did not require any vacuuming since I would have the carpets deep cleaned days later. I wanted to be clear on exactly what I wanted cleaned. I am afraid I was not clear enough. My custom deep cleaning quote was for 5 hours and military discount/first time service discount. Liz and her granddaughter were prompt and arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The appointment time was 11am. With a quote for 5 hours, end of service is tentative for 4pm. I received text message before 330pm that the service has been completed and I was on my way to the property at that time. Since the service was completed prior to 4pm, I was anticipating paying less than our original 5 hour quote. This was not the case. I was charged for the full 5 hours of service however I did not receive the complete service I requested and paid for. Referring back to my list, some of the services were not fulfilled including most blinds not thoroughly dusted on both sides, one toilet apparently not cleaned and an obvious smudge on the mirror in the guest bathroom. The kitchen is where I became very frustrated. The cabinets and drawers were not cleaned out. The floor behind the stove and fridge were not cleaned. Needless to say, I had to take time and effort that I did not have to go behind a professional cleaning service in order to prepare the property. It is upsetting. I truly wanted to love the company's service because I am looking for a good, honest, detail-oriented cleaner for my home on a routine basis. I know I could have spoken up at the time. I could have inspected every task on the list but I did a quick walk through the home and I wanted to trust they did the work unsupervised on the property. Liz drove far from her home to my property. It was Mother's Day weekend. I was grateful for the cleaning so I tipped very well for her time/gas/inconvenience and holiday weekend. However, it'll be my first and last time with the service. I do wish the company well but I need to express my frustration to caution future move-in/move-out deep cleaning inquiries. I expected more, and I deeply apologize if my standards are just unattainable. read more

First off my home is a new built, so I'm sure this was one of the easier homes to clean. I specifically asked for a deep cleaning, which was priced at 300 hundred dollars. My impression of a deep cleaning may have been held up to a higher expectation, I guess. My base boards were not cleaned or dusted, my beds were made but didn't have sheets on them. My bedroom furniture wasn't dusted properly. I also noticed scratches on my walls that were not there prior to receiving services. I definitely would not request services again. read more
