I am new to the area and went onto Yelp to check reviews for possible housekeeping and gardening services. They responded quickly, and was able to set up services quickly for housekeeping and landscaping services. I found the prices for the housekeeping services reasonable and started that. She asked if there were any other services I needed. I told her I have been trying to arrange gardening services, but the couple people that have come out would say "where's the grass", she said she could see if she could help and sent Sam out. With his help I quickly realized I needed landscaping services. He is a visionary and could see what I had hoped to do with the grounds that were currently dirt and weeds. But, being in my 70's and still in the moving process I really needed a variety of services. I have found that all I have to do is call/text with what is next on my "moving in" agenda; i.e. moving furniture, cleaning up the grounds, getting rid of junk, some roof repair, pruning trees, he even helped my set up my Christmas lights. Omg I don't know where to start. First of the customer service with M&R was absolutely amazing . The communication when I first booked to have my living area clean was on point. I had a huge job for them. I'm embarrassed to say but my room was a mess, I work all the time and neglected my cleaning duties. But when I tell you they came and cleaned my space better then you can imagine. They didn't make me feel bad about the condition, and was very kind, sweet, and understanding.
