I hired Mike and his team to completely revamp my yard. Before the transformation, maintenance was…read morea hassle with fast-growing plants I wasn't happy with and constant weeding. I had a custom desert-style vision in mind and Mike and his crew delivered while being patient and professional throughout the process. A large project with big ornamental plants naturally brings some challenges, but all issues were addressed and made right in the end. Irrigation was installed to the plants and spacing was done well for a symmetrical, automated setup. The largest tree, a Mediterranean fan palm in a 30" box, was installed expertly - showing they can handle heavy, mature trees as well. Re-Leaf wasn't the cheapest option, but I chose them based on reviews and the experience that was clear during the initial consultation. The end result matches my vision and has made maintenance far easier. Thank you to Mike, Juan, and the team for bringing it to life.

Worker came over to trim my vines, cut down weeds and spray weed killer. He worked for 1-2 hours. There was great improvement in the appearance of my property, but I wish he would have taken time to clean up the remaining vines falling from the tendrils. Like when you get a hair cut-the barber trims the base around your neck area to make it look nicer. I demonstrated to him that these green vines needed to be removed, but he said if he cut the stems it would kill the vines. I've been trying to get this little project done for over 6 months and it's been so frustrating. Companies come by and give me a bid then ghost me. The pavers are perfect and Matt cleaned everything up before he left. I could not be more pleased. Great communication every step of the way. Since I'm being accused of defamation, here is more proof…read more In my opinion, This tree was planted too deep and there was too much mulch and bark completely covering the trunk and base of the tree that we had to remove, unfortunately, this suffocated the tree according to 2 local nurseries. It didn't help that you incorrectly set our sprinkler system. My dad asked for the front yard and back yard to be set the same amount of time in morning and late afternoon, you set it so that the back yard got the highest amount of water in the morning AND afternoon and the front yard got the lower amount of water in the morning and afternoon. No wonder the tree is almost dead. Now to address your accusation of racism: How about you ask your guys that were here when the front yard was being done how often I would speak Spanish with them every time I pulled up to my house? I asked them how to say a couple things and they taught me. I enjoyed having you guys around, including you (when you were there). My post was nothing personal. I took 3 years of Spanish in high school and I always make it a point to practice when I can so I don't forget words. I can also speak a tiny bit of Vietnamese (learned about 20 years ago), tiny bit of Chinese (Mandarin- still learning), a little French and a little German. I've lived in Southern California my entire life. You only met 3 white people at my house and my whole family is an extremely mixed bunch of 3 different races. It's awfully judgmental of you to label someone as racist simply because of their skin color. Telling someone they did something wrong isn't racist, just fyi. I understand your go to "racist" comment with the way the world is right now, but it was displaced towards the wrong people. In my opinion, and the opinion of other landscaping companies that came in to complete the job and saw your work, your company's work was poor. Bottom line. Nothing personal. Just business. You could have fixed the problems (because there are more than I posted) instead of ghosting us and ignoring the issues, but you didn't. It's normal for some people to lash out and personally attack someone when they have no rebuttal for non-personal criticism. However, it's poor business practice when a customer shares their opinion based on their experience (with pictures) and instead of merely apologizing, you dig a deeper hole. Best of luck!

Then said they would fix it anyway. 2 weeks later (during a heat wave) unable to run part of my sprinklers I had to hire someone else who fixed it in 10 minutes.
