I wanted to take the time to leave a great review he was punctual and friendly his work ethic is great I would definitely recommend.

I recently hired Ruiz Landscape for a full yard transformation, and I can't say enough good things about them! From the very first quote to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with total professionalism and integrity. What stood out most was their upfront, locked-in pricing -- no surprise fees, no last-minute add-ons, just a clear, fair quote that they stuck to 100%. In a world where landscaping bids often change, this level of transparency was incredibly refreshing and gave me complete peace of mind. They were spot-on with timing too. They arrived exactly when promised (early, actually!), worked efficiently, and finished the project right on schedule without any delays. The crew was respectful of our property, cleaned up meticulously at the end of each of the day, and left everything spotless. The work itself is simply amazing, and attention to every detail. Our yard looks better than we ever imagined, and it's already getting compliments from neighbors! On top of that, the customer service was awesome from start to finish. The team communicated clearly, answered every question patiently, offered great suggestions, and genuinely seemed to care about making us happy. Friendly, hardworking, and a pleasure to have around. If you're in the Hemet area and need landscaping done right, do yourself a favor and call Ruiz Landscape. You won't find better value, reliability, or results anywhere else. Hands down 5 stars -- we'll be using them again and recommending them to everyone! Thank you, Ruiz Landscape team -- you made the whole process easy and the outcome stunning read more

Messaged in the middle of the night (~11PM) about repairing my anti-siphon valve that was leaking. He replied within the hour! He gave me a quote right off the bat. I spent a long time getting quotes from landscapers and I'm so glad I went with Ruiz Landscape. They came in with a competitive quote and made expectations very clear. Our project was "fixing" a bad job that was done by a different landscaping company last year. Ruiz Landscape came to the rescue and made everything so much better, while preserving elements from the old design that we liked so that nothing went to waste. They did a fantastic job with creating our desert landscape. Everything was done with care, and they made many choices that showed good work ethic (ie sweeping their mess off the street, doing things thoroughly, and cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day.) Ramiro also did a great job installing our Dirt Locker retaining wall. It was his first time installing this specific product, so he spent some time doing his research to make sure it was done correctly. Our neighbors have already complimented the retaining wall! In the end, I felt that I made the right choice going with this company. I will be calling them for any future landscape projects. I highly recommend working with them! read more

He gave me a quick quote (very fair) over the phone after seeing some photos and came out to take a look at things. He fixed it no problem - quick and efficient. Showed me the work and talked over what he did. He also told me that he backs the work for 3-4 months and let me know about other services he could provide in the future. Had to catch up on quite a bit of yard work and decided to have the professionals take care of it. Mr. Ruiz got back to me the same day to arrange an estimate. He was on time and professional. Gave me a very fair price (I'm pretty sure the lowest amongst 7 estimates). The work was not necessarily urgent and he scheduled to come out again later in the week. He was supposed to come out earlier in the morning, but must have gotten delayed with other work. He kept me in the loop at all times. Went over everything again that needed to be done, but it seemed like he remembered already. The people that were with him were also courteous, friendly and professional. Work took about 3-4 hours to complete. Everything was done to my satisfaction! Even took care of some smaller things that we had not specifically discussed. Would definitely hire again! read more
