I am so very happy with the work these guys did at my house. Not only did they put in the artificial turf but the completely removed every plant and rock from my front yard and started over with nothing. They put in concrete and created a front patio. I got a price on 6-29, and as you can see, the quote states valid for 45 days, but since I didn't get it done when other neighbors got there's done, Jesus says, "sorry your price isn't good anymore". So I call the office and talk to a real nice lady and she says that's not right we will honor your price and will send me some samples as I didn't want the exact same turf as the other neighbors, this was on 7/21, I wait a week and call back and say, I haven't received samples, she says "sorry" I will send them out to you. Another week and haven't received them. So last week on 7/29 Jesus comes by the house and says do you still want it done, I basically said get lost, he's doing a couple neighbors down the street and all of the sudden my price is good again. Hmm, be careful when you get a bid, it may be invalid if you don't do it when they are in the neighborhood doing other jobs. I got a quote from another company which is $300.00 cheaper, and my yard is the only one they are doing. The jobs this company did do did turn out really nice. read more

These guys did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome. I was skeptical of Artifical turf in the beginning, but now I wish I had done more turf and less concrete. It looks real and brings together any landscape. Prior to the installation of the turf. I did a complete remodel of the the front and backyard of the house. I got about 5 estimates for turf and All Season Turf beat everyone's quote. Jesus came out to my house and was very professional and seemed very trustworthy. His measurements were right on par with mine, so I knew he wasn't trying to inflate the quote. Other companies seemed to inflate the measurements which makes a huge difference depending on the amount your having installed. Jesus was honest with the design and didn't try to sell me more turf then I needed. When I accepted the estimate a few days later, Jesus set up a time for the estimate to be installed the same week! I was excited, because I wanted the yard to be done before my daughter's birthday party. Jesus didn't even ask for a deposit. On the day of the install, the crew showed up earlier then planned and began working right away. Adrian was the head of the crew. He was professional and kept me informed during the install processes. He made sure I approved of everything during the install. They completed the work in just one day (approximately 800 sqft). They even ran sprinkler lines to several palm trees where the turf was installed. After the work was completed, they spent and hour or so, cleaning up. This is huge with me. Must construction workers leave a mess for the homeowner to clean up. Not AST. They made the front yard look beautiful. They swept, pulled weeds, blew, and hosed down the driveway and new turf. AST made my front yard look amazing. I moved in to the house during the winter and the previous homeowner had cut the water off and everything was just sad and dead. The yard was 'drought tolerant' and had DG everywhere, which would cover the sidewalk if it rained. Jesus came out and we discussed ideas and pricing and what I wanted for the front of my house that would comply with my very nit picky HOA. I had 2 other companies come out to give me quotes - and the decision was a no brained AST was definitely the right choice for my design ideas and budget. Once HOA approved the plans, AST completed the yard in 3 days. This includes rocks, landscaping, leveling the sloping yard, and ripping out a city tree that was causing the sidewalk to lift and crack. I spoke to the owner Leo my first initial phone call who was very unresponsive. I told him where I live to the T and it turns out after a lot of work and planning (on my part,) due to their licensing they cannot put astroturf where I live. But he did not tell me this, I had to speak to a 2nd person and this was after taking pictures and lots of research that I found out they can't even do anything for me. Also the owner said they don't do fencing, when they do. Also speaking to Leo my first phone call he stayed like awkwardly quiet and I actually asked/pried out of him for an answer. Like why are you staying quiet on the phone with a potential customer? Are you too busy? I had to ASK him to respond to me and engage in the conversation. It was really weird. Very conflicting and awkward business. I don't how how they have so many outstanding reviews..there's no way I'm the only one who experienced this odd business and ownership. read more

I think my project was too large for All Season Turf. The project included a new patio and pathways, stain new & existing concrete, retaining wall, and replace all existing natural turf. I had a trip planned 4 weeks out and I advised Leo I could wait until then. He said the project could be completed by then and wanted to start immediately. It didn't dawn on me that the concrete would need to set before staining so it would have been impossible to complete in 4 weeks. Soon there after he requested to postpone the project until our return because he was behind on another install and I was fine. The project started 2 months later. The artificial turf install went very well. This is obviously their forte and it came out beautifully. The retaining wall came out nicely as well, however, they did kill a good number of my existing plants. The concrete was laid as per my diagram with border and then came the trouble. Leo requested more money to pay for the stain over and above the original contract. He said it was not included in the price. I advised him that in the landscape / hardscape diagram specifically stated was paint included. I showed him the diagram and he agreed. I later found the contract that included the pricing for the paint. The stain was and continues to be the biggest nightmare. Removal of stain on the existing patios was necessary before re-staining. For weeks they used chemicals and power washers and never could get the old stain off 100%. I advised Leo if the semi-transparent stain wasn't going to work I would be fine with the solid but he wanted to do what I originally requested. The stain was beautiful, at first. A couple of days after, as they were still working on other parts of the project, I noticed a white powdery substance. The stain had begun to powder and peel on the side of the house walkway. I advised Leo the walkway looked bad and he agreed to take care of it. I then noticed the same white powdery substance in the front courtyard. I asked Leo to have someone repair it as well. Leo came over to examine and proceeded then to ask me to provide the final payment on the project. I advised that until this is 100% complete the last payment is being withheld. He said that this was considered a repair and that the project was done. I disagreed and he agreed to have one of his team come over on Monday and take care of it. No-one ever showed. Truth be said, at this time I was so frustrated with the many, many missed appointments, lack of status and no follow-up or contact, I gave up. I promised Leo that I would not give him a negative Yelp at one point during the mishaps but then it got worse. All the stain has faded and peeling in most areas and the bare concrete is showing. Secondly, I received a notice from the State for my turf rebate approval. I submitted my completed paperwork and pictures and was told that I needed a receipt showing work complete. I had never received an invoice for completion of work. I contacted Leo and asked for a receipt and that I would leave the repairs alone. He said he would provide the invoice but I'd have to make final payment for the stain first (not the turf). I reminded Leo that he walked away from the job at the beginning of the year and it had never been completed. Leo claimed he new nothing about the peeling of the stain (so why did he not request payment since our last conversation at the beginning of the year). "I'll take care of anything that needs to be done I honor what I said" was his text to me on September 2nd. It is now December 1st and, again, no follow-up, status, or contact. I have lost thousands of dollars from the State. I contacted Leo today and advised him that this post on Yelp is coming. He apologized and said he forgot to send the receipt. He's asked to meet me to see what he can do. No Show. read more

We got the best of the best supposedly in our yard, it's tiger turf. Well it looks great but too bad it always smells like urine because of the dogs. This company said there would be no smell when I told them it was a main concern of mine before we decided to install it. We even paid extra for the zeolite on top for odor control. I've bought every type of cleaner for it. I've tried everything. Hosing it more makes it smell more. When it rains it's really bad. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. It was so expensive and now I basically can't go in the backyard because it smells like pee all the time. Oh, it also gets really hot in the summer and the kids can't step on it with bare feet. So of course the dogs can't either which is a problem. They also told me it would get warm, not hot which was not true since it gets very hot in the summer months. I tried calling several times last year to have this company address the odor problem. First no one ever called back. Then I finally talked to Leo. He came out, looked at the yard and noticed the smell immediately and said it was strong and they would fix it. He said his guys would come out, lift up the turf and make sure there was proper drainage and everything. He even said he would leave some good cleaners with me to try. Well I set up the appointment and left my gate open for them since I was not going to be home that day. They never showed up to fix the turf. That was months ago and I havn't been able to get ahold of anyone to fix it. I'm at the point where I regret getting this turf so much. I can't enjoy my yard at all with the smell.
